Objectives : This study was conducted to investigate the current status of outsourcing in Korean hospital information systems and the factors influencing its introduction. Methods : The authors surveyed 136 hospitals located in Seoul and its surrounding vicinities from June 7 to June 23, 2006. The facilitators and inhibitors to outsourcing in hospital information systems were derived from literature and expert reviews. Multiple logistic regression analysis was applied to identify the major influencing factors on outsourcing in hospital information systems. Results : Eighty-six (63.2%) of the 136 hospitals surveyed, which were mainly tertiary hospitals, responded to using outsourcing for their hospital information systems. "Hardware and software maintenance and support," "application development," and "management of service and staff" were the major areas of outsourcing. Outsourcing had been employed for $4\sim7$ years by 45.5% of the hospitals and the proportion of the budget used for outsourcing was less than 20%. A need for an extension in outsourcing was agreed on by 76.5% of the hospitals. The multiple logistic regression analysis showed that both consumer satisfaction and security risk have an influence on hospital information system outsourcing. Conclusions : Outsourcing in hospital information systems is expected to increase just as in other industries. One primary facilitator to outsourcing in other industries is consumer satisfaction. We found that this was also a facilitator to outsourcing in hospital information systems. Security risk, which is usually considered an inhibitor to information technology outsourcing, was proven to be an inhibitor here as well. The results of this study may help hospital information systems establish a strategy and management plan for outsourcing.

Athke's cleft cysts are believed to be derived from remnants of Rathke's pouch, a dorsal invagination of the stomodeum. Although these cysts are characteristically small, asymptomatic and intrasellar in location, they occasionally provoke symtoms with enlargement to compress surrounding structures. It is characteristically lined by stratified squamous epithelium with keratinization on a layer of connective tissue. The cells of the anterior pituitary lobe, from which pituitary adenomas develop, are also formed by the proliferation of the anterior wall of Rathke's pouch. Thus, Rathke's cleft cyst and pituitary adenomas are considered to have a common ancestry. We report a rare case in which the preoperative diagnosis was pituitary adenoma, but the pathologic diagnosis was a combination of a Rathke's cleft cyst and a coincidental pituitary adenoma.
CVD 법에 의한 Si ( 111 ) 기판에 YBaCuO 계 초전도 박막의 제조

화학증착법을 통하여 650℃의 증착온도와 0.0126Torr의 산소분압인 증착조건에서 원료물질로 β-diketonates 킬레이트 화합물을 사용하여 Si(111) 및 SrTiO₃(100) 기판에 YBa₂Cu₃Oy 고온 초전도 박막을 제조하였다. SrTiO₃(100)기판에서 제조된 박막의 T_(c.onset)과 T_(c.o)는 각각 91K와 87K로 나타났다. 또한, Si(111)기판에서 제조된 박막의 T_(c.onset)은 91K였지만 T_(c.o)는 액체질소 비등점(77.3K)에서는 보이지 않았다. SrTiO₃(100)에 증착된 초전도 박막은 치밀하고 2차원적으로 배열된 미세구조를 갖고 있는 반면, Si(111)에 증착된 초전도 박막은 상대적으로 기공이 많으며 무질서한 미세구조를 형성하였다. Superconducting YBa₂Cu₃Oy thin films were prepared at the deposition temperature of 650℃ under oxygen partial pressure of 0.0126Torr on Si(111) and SrTiO₃(100) substrates by chemical vapor deposition technique using β-diketonates of Y, Ba and Cu as source materials. The thin film fabricated on SrTiO₃(100) had a T_(c.onset) of 91 K and T_(c.o) of 87 K. The thin film prepared on Si(111) had a T_(c.onset) of 91 K but didn`t have a T_(c.o) at liquid nitrogen boiling point(77.3 K). Dense and two-dimensionally well alligned microstructure was developed for the film deposited on SrTiO₃(100) substrate whereas a relatively porous and randomly distributed microstructure was developed for the film prepared on Si(111) substrate.

Schwann cell(SCs) has been widely accepted to play indispensable roles during neural development and regeneration but obtaining and culture of SCs is difficulty. SCs have been characterized depending on sequential passages and medium. We measured proliferation and phenotypical stability of SCs using three medium(growth medium, purification medium, high density culture medium). Morphological changes were observed by an optical microscope and cell proliferation was counted using hemacytometer. The effect of sequential passage and medium on the phenotypical stability of SCs was assessed RT-PCR and staining for NF and S-100 as SCs markers. In result, proliferation of SCs showed no difference between three groups up to passage 3. NF and S-100 markers were high expressed in up to passage 3 in PM and HDCM. We concluded that SCs of passage 1, 2 and 3 cultured in HDCM will be useful to cell therapy using SCs or spinal cord regeneration using SCs hybrid scaffold.
발화합성법으로 제조한 YBa<sub>2</sub>Cu<sub>3-y</sub>Ag<sub>y</sub>O<sub>7-x</sub>의 초전도 특성

원료물질인 $Y_2O_3$, $BaCO_3$, CuO 및 $AgNO_3$ 분말로부터 Y계 고온초전도체를 발화합성법으로 제조하였다 $YBa_2Cu_3O_{7-x}$와 Cu를 Ag로 부분 치환한 $YBa_2Cu_{3-y}Ag_yO_{7-x}$의 특성을 X-ray diffractometer, resistivity measuring equipment, SEM, and Vickers Hardness 등으로 분석하였다. $YBa_2Cu_3O_{7-x}$의 Tc,zero는 91K였고, 밀도는 $5.2g/cm^3$, 경도는 $590kg/mm^2$였다. Cu를 Ag로 0.15몰 이하 부분 치환한 $YBa_2Cu_{3-y}Ag_yO_{7-x}$의 경우 임계온도(Tc)는 거의 변하지 않으면서 미세구조, 밀도 및 경도가 향상되었다. The $YBa_2Cu_{3-y}Ag_yO_{7-x}$ high-temperature superconductors were prepared by pyrophoric synthetic method from $Y_2O_3$, $BaCO_3$, CuO, and $AgNO_3$ powders. When we were partially substituted Ag for Cu in $YBa_3Cu_3O_{7-x}$, the superconducting properties of $YBa_2Cu_{3-y}Ag_yO_{7-x}$ were investigated with X-ray diffractometer, resisitivity measuring equipment, SEM, and Vickers Hardness. The Tc,zero of $YBa_2Cu_3O_{7-x}$ was 91K, the density was $5.2g/cm^3$, and the hardness was $590kg/mm^2$. When Ag was substituted below y=0.15, electrical property of $YBa_2Cu_{3-y}Ag_yO_{7-x}$ did not change but microstructure, density, and hardness were enhanced.
