In this study, the present condition of foreign country's "Sports for all" is investigated through documentary records. And the actual state on the participation in "Sports for all" and leisure activities, focused on Chuncheon, are investigated by questionaires. As the results of that, following results are attainable. 1. Individual and light exercises such as badminton and table tennis are preferred. 2. Public services are used as sports equipments. 3. The purpose of taking exercise is for the improvements of health and physical strength. 4. There is an attitude that leisure activity is more important than business. 5. The people who take part in exercise are friends and families. 6. The reason why can't enjoy sports is the lack of leisure time. 7. The costs of leisure activity for a month are about 50-190 thousands won.

The corporate governance of our firms has the agency problem between major stockholders/management and majority stockholders. In order to solve this conflict, the government should take such special measures as the composition of out-sider-dominated boards or the adoption of cumulative voting and class-action suit provisions as the minimum devices to maintain the transparent and accountable management. But, before amendment or adoption of such provisions, the market information collected through the evidences of the previous studies should be fully considered. Outsider-dominated boards are likely to appoint outside CEO candidates when the firm faces a dramatic change in the business policies. The evidence from previous studies of stock price reactions to board decisions indicates that the market tends to view decisions by outsider-dominated boards more favorably than similar decisions by insider-dominated boards. The results of previous studies support that cumulative voting rights can increase firm value. In a derivative suit, possible manager-shareholder conflicts have increased the debate over the role of indemnification and directors' and officers' (D&O) liability insurance. The effect of D&O insurance on stock price is positive, but the broadening of indemnification has no significant effect on stock price. In a class action suit, if the rumor that shareholder will raise a lawsuit against a corporation is spread out in the market, the stock price will be dropped by about 30%. Because a class action suit adversely affects stock price, it should t allowed to shareholders in the direction to minimize its negative effects.
[TCTA-TAZ] : Ir(ppy)<sub>3</sub> 이중 발광층을 갖는 고효율 녹색 인광소자의 제작과 특성 평가

High-efficiency phosphorescent organic light emitting diodes using TCTA-TAZ as a double host and $Ir(ppy)_3$ as a dopant were fabricated and their electro-luminescence properties were evaluated. The fabricated devices have the multi-layered organic structure of 2-TNATA/NPB/(TCTA-TAZ) : $Ir(ppy)_3$/BCP/SFC137 between an anode of ITO and a cathode of LiF/AL. In the device structure, 2-TNATA[4,4',4"-tris(2-naphthylphenyl-phenylamino)-triphenylamine] and NPB[N,N'-bis(1-naphthyl)-N,N'-diphenyl-1,1'-biphenyl-4,4'-diamine] were used as a hole injection layer and a hole transport layer, respectively. BCP [2,9-dimethyl-4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline] was introduced as a hole blocking layer and an electron transport layer, respectively. TCTA [4,4',4"-tris(N-carbazolyl)-triphenylamine] and TAZ [3-phenyl-4-(1-naphthyl)-5-phenyl-1,2,4-triazole] were sequentially deposited, forming a double host doped with $Ir(ppy)_3$ in the [TCTA-TAZ] : $Ir(ppy)_3$ region. Among devices with different thickness combinations of TCTA ($50\;{\AA}-200\;{\AA}$) and TAZ ($100\;{\AA}-250\;{\AA}$) within the confines of the total host thickness of $300\;{\AA}$ and an $Ir(ppy)_3$-doping concentration of 7%, the best electroluminescence characteristics were obtained in a device with $100\;{\AA}$-think TCTA and $200\;{\AA}$-thick TAZ. The $Ir(ppy)_3$ concentration in the doping range of 4%-10% in devices with an emissive layer of [TCTA ($100\;{\AA}$)-TAZ ($200\;{\AA}$)] : $Ir(ppy)_3$ gave rise to little difference in the luminance and current efficiency.
