This paper is optimize streaming media service implementation of the environment of broadcasting and communication convergence services based on the internet broadcasting is general web to provide content like web servers, required streaming media server for the provision of internet broadcasting in need streaming media servers. In the early days of streaming servers, including the role of internet broadcasting system is simply comparing downloading Windows Media Player with the use of computer and a new concept streaming services, provide limited. Currently used internet broadcasting system in order to offer the service of new media especially the streaming media server is required. In this research web pages that can be live and record service and attempts to presented for the application.

The paper is device characteristics analysis uses a silvaco simulation tool. Poly-Silicon Thin Film Transistor and Amorphous-Silicon Thin Film Transistor compared to the four primary structure for the simulations were performed. We investigate the influence of the ambient gas during thermal annealing on the photoluminescence (PL) properties of europium-silicate thin films. The films were fabricated on substrates by using a radio-frequency magnetron sputtering method and subsequent rapid thermal annealing (RTA). The mechanism for the formation of the europium silicates during the annealing process was investigated by using X-ray diffraction (XRD) spectroscopy, Auger electron spectroscopy (AES) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). A series of narrow PL spectra from $Eu^{3+}$ ions was observed from the film annealed in $O_2$ ambient. Broad PL spectra associated with $Eu^{2+}$ ions, with a maximum intensity at 600 nm and a FWHM of 110 nm, were observed from the thin film annealed at $1000^{\circ}C$ in $N_2$ ambient.

Dielectric Barrier Discharge (DBD) reactor with sinsodual AC type of power supply is very widely adopted for its compact size and effective discharging mechanism to generate high density of ozone radicals. However, at the aspect of design on power supply, its optimal switching conditions and topology is achieved by empirical test. Therefore, throughout this paper, it is proposed a design method of DBD power supply to guarantee a maximum ozone yield rate in accordance with DBD reactor modification and impedance variation when rapid gas discharging in the DBD reactor is proceeded.

한탄바이러스의 내피 단백질 (N)은 이 바이러스에 대한 중요한 항원으로 작용하지만 신증후출혈열 예방과 관련된 작용은 명확히 알려져 있지 않다. 본 연구는 이러한 내피 단백질이 한탄바이러스에 대한 중화 항체를 유도할 수 있는가 하는 관점에서 수행되었다. 한탄바이러스의 내피 단백질을 대장균에서 용해된 형태로 발현하고 이를 단클론 항체를 이용한 면역친화 컬럼으로 분리 정제하였다. 정제된 내피 단백질을 기니픽에 면역하여 항혈청을 얻고 이것의 한탄바이러스에 대한 중화능력을 중화항체 플락 감소법 (plaque reduction neutralization test)을 이용하여 조사한 결과 최고 1:160의 중화능이 있음을 관찰하였다. 이는 한탄바이러스의 내피 단백질이 중화 항체를 유도할 수 있는 epitopes을 가지고 있음을 의리하며 이러한 생각은 본 연구에서 수행한 면역침강법과 N 단백질에 대한 단클론항체를 이용한 면역친화법을 통한 한탄바이러스의 정제 실험 결과에서도 뒷받침되고 있다.
GIS 를 이용한 하천의 자연성 평가 - 청주시 무심천 지역을 중심으로 -

River plays an important role both to nature and people. Also considering the limitation of land and water resources coupled with the continuous urbanization and industrialization of Korea, the effective river management becomes more and more important. The evaluation units consisted of main 3 factors (13 detail factors) are classified 5 grade and 5 scores system. The survey area was divided and selected by 5 zones in Musim-cheon river. The final result of evaluation for 5 Zone is good near natural river following next order; 1 (4.07), 2 (3.56), 5 (3.4), 4 (3.1) and 3 Zone (2.6 score) On this condition, the main purpose of this study was to apply GIS (geographic information system) spatial analysis for evaluation method of river naturalness in order to promote the river management and the process of ecological restoration of river corridors.
