        와렌 트러스 설계에의 신경망 적용에 관한 연구

        구조 설계를 위해 초기 부재를 가정할 때나 건축 실무에서 개산 견적을 계산할 때 기술자의 직관이나 비슷한 조건의 기존 설계 평균값을 사용하고 있으나 설계 조건은 모두 다르기 때문에 큰 오차가 발생할 수밖에 없다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 확률론적인 절차가 내재되어 있어 불확실성을 다룰 수 있는 인공 신경 회로망의 이용하여 와렌 트러스를 설계하므로써 적용성을 평가하였다. 제안된 신경망 설계변수값와 구조설계 단계에 따라 다양한 와렌 트러스를 설계하여 MIDAS 프로그램 설계결과의 10% 오차 이내로 근사 설계를 하므로써 모델의 타당성을 검증하였다. 제안된 모델은 약간의 오차를 포함하지만 적은 시간과 노력으로 신뢰할 수 있는 설계 결과를 얻을 수 있으며, 부재 테이블을 사용하는 비선형 관계의 구조설계에도 적용 가능한 특성을 가지고 있다. Most engineers tend to rely on their intuition or existing data in formulating structural design or preliminary estimate of various conditions. Because of these variations, the artificial neural network is used as an alternative design model of the warren truss since it can handle uncertainty through the probability method. This research validated the approximate structural design model of the warren truss, with its proper parameter values of the neural network and design process falling within 10 percent torrence of the different designs that resulted between this model and the MIDAS program. The suggested model for the process was adapted for the truss design using the member section table, while time saving and efficiency are based on the allowed range of torrence.

        미생물 고정화 담체를 이용한 충전율 및 질산화·탈질 속도에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 특정 미생물을 고정화시킨 PVA (Polyvinyl Alcohol) gel을 이용한 질산화 탈질 반응속도를 분석하였다. 질산화용 담체는 질산화 미생물인 Nitrosomonas europaea, Nitrobacter spp.를 혼합 배양하여 고정화시켰으며 탈질용 담체는 탈질 미생물인 Psuedomonas, Bacillus, Paracoccus를 고정화시켰다. 미생물 고정화 담체의 효율을 분석하기 위하여 우선 충전율 결정결과 15% (v/v)이 효과적으로 나타났다. 질산화 반응속도는 $12.53mg\;{NH_4}^+-N/L{\cdot}hr$, 탈질 반응속도는 $20.37mg\;{NO_3}^--N/L{\cdot}hr$로 기존 반응속도(질산화 : $3.93mg\;{NH_4}^+-N/L{\cdot}hr$)보다 빠르게 나타났다. 미생물의 고정화 여부를 확인하기 위하여 미생물 고정화 전 후의 담체를 대상으로 SEM/EDX (Scanning Electron Microscopy/Energy Dispersive X-ray Analyser)를 분석한 결과, C와 N의 성분이 각각 58.5%와 3.85%에서 70.75%와 7.69%로 증가하였다. 결론적으로 미생물 고정화 담체를 적용할 경우 높은 처리효율을 얻을 수 있고 처리시설 규모를 줄일 수 있는 장점을 확인하였다. This study investigated characteristics of nitrification/denitrification rate using PVA (Polyvinyl Alcohol) gel immobilized with specific microorganisms. The media for nitrification and denitrification were producted by immobilizing nitrifying microorganisms (Nitrosomonas europaea and Nitrobacter spp.) and denitrifying microorganisms (Psuedomonas, Bacillus and Paracoccus), respectively. When the media filling rate was the 15% (v/v), the microorganism - immobilized media indicated optimum efficiency. The nitrification rate was $12.53mg\;{NH_4}^+-N/L{\cdot}hr$ and the denitrification rate was $20.37mg\;{NO_3}^--N/L{\cdot}hr$, which was faster than the conventional reaction rate (nitrification: $3.93mg\;{NH_4}^+-N/L{\cdot}hr$). In order to confirm microbial immobilization, SEM/EDX (Scanning Electron Microscopy/Energy Dispersive X-ray Analyser) analysis of media before and after immobilization was conducted. It showed that the contents of C and N increased from 58.5% and 3.85% to 70.75% and 7.69%, respectively. These results suggest that application of microorganism immobilized media improves treatment efficiency and can also reduce the size of the treatment facility.

        Casein micelle 의 조성에 관한 연구 2 . Casein micelle 의 침전에 대한 온도의 영향

        This experiment was carried out to study on the protein composition of casein micelles. Casein micelles were isolated by different temperature of ultracentrifugation. And the composition of individual caseins fur the fractions was determined by DEAF - cellulose column chromatography, The results are summarized as follows: 1. When skimmilk was centrifuged at 4℃, 8.5℃, 13.5℃, 18℃ and 30℃ for 60 min at 200,000 x g, the values for the sedimented casein micelles were 57.80%, 79.79%, 80.85%, 90.43% and 86.88% respectively. 2. When skimmilk was centrifuged for 60 min at 100,000 x g, the values for the sedimented casein micelles and serum casein were 60.85%, and 39.15% at 20℃ and 40.24% and 59.76% at 4℃. 3. The relative amount of αs-, β-, k- and γ-caseins in serum casein which was not sedimented by centrifugation for 60 min at 100,000 x g was 44%, 29%, 19% and 8% at 20℃ and 38%, 34%, 16% and 12% at 4℃ respectively.

        창호설계 도면작성을 위한 캐드 레이어 표준화에 관한 연구

        CAD layering is one of the major technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of architectural drawings. However, the absence of a specialized standard and education regarding the layering system has been a barrier to its practical application. This study tries to identify the problem of layers arbitrarily used by untrained users and aims to propose the standard of naming and structuring of CAD layers for aluminium door and window drawings. To find out the level of standardization in CAD layering systems in the detail drawings of door and window companies, the study analysed 30 sample drawings from ten different companies. The research methods includes both of the quantitative and qualitative analyses on the total number of layers used in each drawing, the ratio of layers shared among those drawings and, the actual use of layers according to the design element and the principle of layer naming. Through these methods this paper indicates that the standardization of practical usage of CAD layers in door and window drawings has hardly been accomplished in the industrial dimension and there was no evidence that even individual companies retained their own CAD layer standards. Based on this analysis with the consideration of KIA Standard Version 1.1, this paper will suggest a standard model of CAD layering system in aluminum door and window drawings. The adequate training and application of the standard is required to extend the industrial productivity in door and window drawings.

        건축 표준 캐드 레이어의 실무적용 실태 분석 연구

        CAD Layering System is the major technology which effectively controls building information related to the life cycle of a building and its standardization is expected to be the substantial foundation of reinforcing national competitiveness in Architecture, Engineering Construction(AEC) industry through individual capacity and productivity enhancement of their users. In 2004, the Architectural CAD Layer Standards had been established as part of government-led "Construction CALS/EC" project which aimed at the effective management of electronic information in the public construction field. Based on the standards, in 2006, Korean Institute of Architects(KIA) and "major architectural design and engineering firms" had established "CAD Layer Standards version 1.1" as the standards of architectural organizations and agreed to apply the standards to their projects. To clarify the degree of the practical adaptation of the first version of the standards, this study focuses on scrutinizing the actual condition of its application on CAD drawings of the eight major architectural companies which had involved in the establishment of the CAD Layering Standards v.1.1(2006). The collected CAD drawings were created since the agreement until the 31st, December 2008. As a result of the research, only one out of eight companies had tried to apply the standards to their practice. Besides there was no CAD drawing which were completely adapted the standards among the 22 case drawings. Only one drawing appeared to adapt the standards to some extents which means CAD layering system of each company rarely adapted the CAD Layer standards both in qualitative and quantitative terms. Moreover, the questionnaire survey of 627 respondents reveals critical issues regarding CAD layer standardization. In detail, three fourth of all respondents are using layers in their CAD drawings. Only 27.1% of them are aware of the establishment of the CAD Layering Standards v.1.1 though the 94.5% of respondents acknowledge the need for the CAD Layer Standards. The 41.3% of them had been trained to use layers in their practice, however the training time was less than 3 hours in most cases. Also, the 95.1% of respondents believe that they need proper education on CAD Layer Standards. Accordingly, further research is expected to develop the new education methodology of the CAD Layering Standards and thier effective settlement in AEC practice from a national perspective.

        중등학교 부장교사의 직무 스트레스가 직무만족에 미치는 영향: 임파워먼트와 교사효능감의 매개효과

        본 연구에서는 중등학교 부장교사의 직무스트레스가 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 임파워먼트와 교사효능감의 매개효과로 확인하여 이에 따른 중등학교 부장교사의 역할 재정립, 행정 활동의 효율성 검토 및 중간 관리 업무자로서 직면하고 있는 여러 가지 문제에 대한 대안을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구방법은 전국에 있는 중등학교 부장교사를 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 설문조사는 최종 219부를 사용하였고, 2018년 7월 1일부터 8월 2일까지 실시하였다. 수집된 자료의 분 석은 SPSS 25.0, Amos 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 상관분석, 요인분석을 실시하였고, 구조방정식 모형을 적용하여 경로계수 산출 및 매개효과는 Sobel 검증을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 중등학교 부장교사의 직접적인 영향을 살펴보면, 직무스트레스는 임파워먼트와 교사효능감을 부적으로 유의미하게 나타났으나, 직무만족에는 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중등학교 부장교사의 직무스트레스에 대한 임파워먼트, 교사효능감 및 직무만족의 간접적으로 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중등학교 부장교사의 직무 스트레스와 직무만족간의 관계에서 임파워먼트가 완전 매개하였다. 넷째, 중등학교 부장교사의 직무스트레스와 직무만족간의 관계에서 교사효능감이 완전 매개하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점 및 추후 연구과제에 대해 논의하였다. This purpose of this study was to confirm whether job stress determined job satisfaction of head supervisor working in middle school, based on the mediation effect of empowerment and teacher-efficacy. On basis of analyzed data, this study focused for their role to be clearly re-established. and reviewed effectiveness of administrative. Besides, this proposed a efficient strategy against problems that head supervisor working in middle school as middle manager had faced. The subjects were 219 and examination period was conducted from July 1 to August 2 in 2018. Collected data was analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and Amos 23.0 after survey. Afterwards, frequency analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis and factor analysis was performed. The structural equation model was applied to calculate the path coefficient and to perform the Sobel verification First, in term of direct effect of head supervisor working in middle school, this study confirmed that job stress was negatively significant with empowerment and teacher-efficacy but was not significant for job satisfaction. Second, job stress of head supervisor working in middle school was indirectly negative to empowerment, teacher-efficacy and job satisfaction. Third, empowerment strongly medicated a relationship between empowerment and job stress of head supervisor working in middle school. Forth, teacher-efficacy strongly mediated a relationship between job satisfaction and job stress of head supervisor working in middle school.
