        조직구성원의 사회적 자본이 경력성공, 영향력 및 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 조직구성원의 사회적 자본을 내부친교 네트워크(IF), 내부과업 네트워크(IT), 외부친교 네트워크(EF), 및 외부과업 네트워크(ET) 등 4가지 네트워크에 기반으로 한 하위차원을 포함하는 구성개념으로 정의하고, 조직구성원의 사회적 자본이 경력성공, 영향력 및 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위해 실증적 연구를 수행하였다. 중국의 북경과 상해를 중심으로 21개 기업체 468명 종업원으로부터 수집한 설문조사 자료를 근거로 분석을 실행한 결과 사회적 자본이 조직구성원의 경력성공, 영향력, 및 조직몰입을 설명하는 요인으로 그 영향이 검증되었다. 구체적으로 사회적 자본과 경력성공의 관계에서 사회적 자본의 IF와 EF 하위차원은 직무, 관계, 경제, 계층, 및 생활 등 경력성공의 5가지 하위차원 모두에 긍정적인 영향을 미친 반면, IT는 관계성공에만 영향이 있었고 ET는 경력성공을 설명하지 못했다; 사회적 자본과 영향력의 관계에서 역시 IF와 EF는 상사 및 동료에 대한 영향력에 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, IT는 영향력의 2가지 하위차원 변수에 한계적인(marginal) 영향을, 그리고 ET는 영향이 없었다. 사회적 자본과 조직몰입의 관계에서는 사회적 자본의 IF 하위차원만 정서몰입과 규범몰입에 영향을 미쳤다. In this study, we defined organizational social capital as a construct which include four sub-dimensions, such as internal friendship network(IF), internal task network(IT), external friendship network(EF), and external task network(ET), and we conducted an empirical study to test the impact of organizational members’ social capital on his/her career success, influence, and organizational commitment. We analyzed the questionnaire data collected from 468 samples of 21 firms in Bejing, Shanghai, and the other two cities in China, and found the results as follows: between social capital and career success, IF and EF sub-dimensions has positive effects on all of five dimensions of career success, including job, interpersonal, financial, hierarchical, and life success, but IT only positively related interpersonal success and the ET did not explained career success; between social capital and influence, IF and EF both had positive effects on influence on supervisors and on colleagues, IT had marginal effect on both of two influence variables, but ET had no effect on influence; between social capital and commitment, only IF sub-dimension of social capital had positive effects on affective and normative commitment.

        중국 공공조직 구성원의 공공봉사동기가 조직몰입에 미치는 영향: 잡 크래프팅과 직무배태성의 연속다중매개효과

        조직몰입, 잡 크래프팅, 직무배태성의 연구가 중요한 개념으로 주목받고 있지만 공공부문 맥락에서는 경험적 연구가 거의 이루어지지 않았다. 이에 본 연구는 공공조직에서 공공봉사동기가 직무배태성에 미치는 영향, 그 관계에서 조직몰입, 잡 크래프팅의 연속다중매개 효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과 공공봉사동기의 하위요인인 정책결정에 대한 호감도, 공익몰입, 동정심, 자기희생은 모두 조직몰입에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났고, 잡 크래프팅의 매개효과 검증에서 공익몰입, 동정심, 자기희생과 조직몰입 간의 관계에서 잡 크래프팅의 매개효과는 유의미하지만 정책결정에 대한 호감도와 조직몰입 간의 관계에서 잡 크래프팅의 매개효과는 유의미하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 직무배태성의 매개효과 검증에서 정책결정에 대한 호감도, 공익몰입, 동정심, 자기희생과 조직몰입 간의 관계에서 직무배태성의 매개효과는 전부 유의미하였고, 잡 크래프팅과 직무배태성의 연속다중매개역할 검증에서 정책결정에 대한 호감도와 조직몰입 간의 관계에서만 잡 크래프팅과 직무배태성의 연속다중매개효과는 유의미하지 않는 걸로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 시사점, 한계 및 향후 과제를 제시하였다. Faced with the increasingly growing and complex public service needs and requirements of the people, the Chinese government is recruiting and cultivating talents with high-level public service motivation as members of public organizations. Members of Chinese public organizations should also become innovative public service providers, by redesigning their positions that are suitable for them, improving their level of fertility in the job environment, enhancing their trust and attachment to stagnant organizations, and ultimately taking on the important responsibility of promoting the development of public services and serving the people. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to reveal the mediating and continuous multiple mediating effects of job crafting and job embeddedness from the impact of public service motivation of Chinese public organization members on organizational commitment. In order to conduct empirical research, an online questionnaire survey was conducted among members of Chinese public organizations, with a total of 276 questionnaire materials used as samples in the final analysis. As a result of the study, it was found that the sub-factors of public service motivation, such as attraction to policy making, serve the public interest, compassion, and self-sacrifice, all had a significant positive(+) impact on organizational commitment. In testing the mediating effect of job crafting, it was found that the mediating effect of job crafting was significant in the relationship between serve the public interest, compassion, self-sacrifice, and organizational commitment, but the mediating effect of job crafting was not significant in the relationship between attraction to policy making and organizational commitment. In testing the mediating effect of job embeddedness, the mediating effects of job embeddedness were all significant in the relationships between attraction to policy making, serve the public interest, compassion, self-sacrifice, and organizational commitment. In testing the continuous multiple mediating effects of job crafting and job embeddedness, the continuous multiple mediating effect of job crafting and job embeddedness was found to be insignificant only in the relationship between attraction to policy making and organizational commitment. Based on these research results, implications, limitations, and future tasks of this study were presented.

        中國 鄕鎭企業의 發展段階에 관한 연구

        The development of Chinese township based on individual rural artisan industry of the early time of liberation of China, and especially made its rapid progress during 20 years after reform and open of China and it has seriously influenced overall economic development of China. The Chinese township enterprise has become subject of rural economy and Chinese economy mainstay. First, its influence on rural economy, increasing of peasants’ income and their living level, providing working opportunity for excess rural labor, and promoting agricultural modernization and rural urbanization, etc. Second, the contribution and role of Chinese township enterprise’s and includes the effective social supplier, developing important new source of national financial income, promoting of the national industralization, ensuring of social political stability, a leading power in construction of market economic structure, etc. As a Chinese specific Phenomenon, even though there are many reasons about the development of township enterprise, but the most important one is that of special conditions of Chinese rural community -especially the conflict between peasants and the size of arable land, and desire of become the rich- was the most important internal factor, and the supportive policies of government is the important external factor for development of township enterprise. In this research, we focused on the evolution stages of Chinese township enterprise, and divided it into 6 stages, and from each of the stage, we described the efforts of township enterprise itself and efforts of government for township enterprise. Through such attempts we expect to provide some implications for predicting the prospection of Chinese township enterprise, and for understanding of special backgrounds and reasons of Chinese economic development. Chinese township enterprise has its problems and facing with many challenging tasks for continuos development. The different gap among the township enterprises are remarkable now, recently one of the most remarkable features of the township enterprise is the tendency of large scale, and some township enterprises has made rapid progress which now can compete with large public enterprises. We should expect that the township enterprise will continuously perform its important role in Chinese economic development in the near future, so the Chinese township enterprise should be given some more attention to understand Chinese economic development.

        중국 첨단기술산업개발단지 성장과 발전

        Today there are 53 National High-tech Industrial Development Zones(hereinafter high-tech zone) in China. For the purpose of promoting industralization of high technology, many regions in China has established numerous forms of high-tech zones since China implemented reform and opening policy. From these high-tech zones, the Chinese State Council selected some cities which have advantages of intensive intellectual resources and good industrial basis, and permitted them as National high-tech zones. The development of high-tech zones is one of the core components among national high technology industry development strategies. These high-tech zones has become a base of Chinese economic development, and obtained dramatic economic growth within only 15 years from its early development stage. With such important roles in economics of China, the ‘economy of zones’ has become one of the most rapid economic growth point of the development Chinese economy. Although Chinese high-tech zones have obtained remarkable performance, they just have passed primitive accumulation stage such as depending on special policies from government, introduction of foreign merchant and capital, and so on. Experts view that Chinese high-tech zones is now has entered the ‘second start-up’ stage which core content is innovations, and this stage will take from 5 to 8 years. This article focused on the growth of Chinese National High-tech Zones, and to study their overall development situations. For this purpose we first look at the objective, definition, function of the high-tech zones, and then review the development history, strategic distribution, economic performance, and future goals of the Chinese high-tech zones.

        中國 延邊과 韓國간의 생산적 교류에 관한 연구

        There has been continuous, incremental exchanges between Korea and China since 1992. Especially, a great deal of active exchanges between Korea and Yanbian in China is noteworthy. This has generated numerous negative effects along with some positive ones. This study aims to bring better understanding of present conditions and problems of the past and ongoing economic and cultural exchanges between Korea and Yanbian and to explore more productive possible directions and suggestions for Korean entrepreneurs and their counterpart, Yanbian. Literature reviews and investigations and case studies were adopted as the methods for this study. In conclusion, in order to achieve more mutually productive exchanges, this paper suggests the following advices to both Korea and Yanbian respectively. Firstly, Korean entrepreneurs should consider that 1) more precise understandings about cultural differences are essential. 2) more accurate knowledge about Chinese law, system and market are required. Joint ventures with Hongkong or Taiwanese corporations which have relatively rich knowledge and experiences to Chinese can be good options to be considered for Korean corporations which lack of them. 3) seeking or targeting new markets in smaller cities competing with smaller local companies rather than in bigger cities with bigger ones is better strategy for small and middle sized Korean companies. 4) approach to Yanbian with business mind for a basis, not political or mental consideration is important. 5) entering into a contract on equal terms with Yanbian must be observed. Secondly, Yanbian, as the host should make improvements in the following aspects: 1) expanding concrete establishment of infrastructure for foreign business. 2) consolidating more safe social system, especially for Koreans. 3) creating 'business mind' among Yanbian public service personnel.
