최근 우리나라에서는 귀농귀촌이 활발히 이뤄지고 있다. 중앙정부 뿐만 아니라 여러 지자체에서 귀농귀촌을 유도하는 다양한 정책을 시행함으로써 이러한 추세는 앞으로도 계속될 것으로 예상된다. 하지만 많은 귀농귀촌인이 새로운 지역에서 정착하지 못하고 다른 곳으로 이주하는 것으로 나타나며, 이는 해당 귀농귀촌인 개인적 측면과 더불어 사회 전체적인 측면에서도 비용을 발생시킴을 의미한다. 본 연구는 진안군 귀농귀촌에 대한 자료를 이용하여 귀농귀촌의 특성과 지속성 간의 관계를 실증분석을 통해 밝힌다. 분석의 결과에 의하면, 귀농귀촌인이 남성이거나 연령이 많을수록 혹은 귀농귀촌시 가구원수가 많을수록 진안군에 계속 거주할 확률이 높으며, 가구주 단독으로 귀농귀촌하는 경우에 비해 부부가 함께 이주하는 경우에 지속성이 높은 것으로 나타난다. 더불어, 귀촌에 비해 귀농의 지속성이 상대적으로 높은 반면, 귀농귀촌의 유형, 즉 I턴과 U턴 간에는 지속성에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타난다. 또한 지역 내 귀농귀촌이 증가하여 귀농귀촌관련 지원 및 한정된 자원의 배분에 대한 경쟁이 심화되는 경우에 지속성은 현저히 낮아진다. Recently a lot of people migrate to rural areas. This trend is expected to continue with the help of local as well as central government`s policies. However, in some cases migrants fail in settling down and move to another area which causes not only private but also social costs. This paper using micro-level data on migrants in Jinan empirically explains the relationship between characteristics of returning to farm and rural and its duration. According to the results, the possibility for migrants to remain in Jinan rises when they are male, older, or with more family members. Relative to the case of the household move alone into Jinan, couples are likely to stay there longer. In addition, while there seems to be no difference in duration between I-turn and U-turn, migrants for farming relative to non-farming tend to maintain the status longer. Also, a rise in competition for a related subsidy and restricted resources distribution as more people migrate to Jinan remarkably lowers their tendency to stay in Jinan.

Locomotive engineers in SMRT have serious health problems due to irregular working hours and anxious state of working environment. They need resting facilities to relieve the stress from heavy tasks, but many facilities haven't been installed in the workspaces and some of the facilities are too old to use. Workers should be given proper resting spaces with space planning, regarding the fact that the installation of these facilities increase worker's efficiency. This research is based on emotional and functional solutions that both understands the limitations of the resting places in working environment and reflects workers' various needs. The concept of general design, which consists of spatial, and color designs, corresponds to physical resting and psychological harmony. Therefore, the main concept is the combination of oak tree, which reflects the nature, and one of the music genre, soul music. The title of the design is the word game of the two material, oak tree(sonamu)+Soul music = Sol. The design uses circulation planning, and It aims to distinguish private spaces from public spaces, which has coexisted before, by separating them into stories. It forms chromatic color spaces in order to utilize the psychological and aesthetic attributes of colors, contributing to more comfortable environment. It also plans to have high-satisfaction by using efficient furniture arrangement.

본 프로젝트에서는 건물에 출입하는 사람들의 특성을 파악하여 진열과 상가 배치에 대해 어른과 아이를 구분함으로써 과학적이고 통계학적인 접근을 하기 위함에 목적이 있다. 구분 방법으로는 Optical Sensor를 이용하여 어른과 아이를 구별하고, 측정 결과를 AVR8535를 이용 처리한 후 RS232 방식으로 컴퓨터에 Data를 보내게 되며, 컴퓨터에서는 Windows Application을 통하여 받은 Data를 즉시 관리자에게 보여주게 되고, 또한 Data를 축적하여 실시간 통계 그래프로 보여주는 방식으로 채택하였다.

There is an increasing trend each year in the number of subway users due to increase in the traffic volume. As the number of train service has risen, the subway drivers are given heavy work and from the same, are put at risk of mental health deterioration due to stress. As this is directly connected to safety, there is an urgent need for improvement of the situation. Therefore, as a way to appropriately relieve such stress, resting space where mental and physical energy can be recharged is necessary. Thus, this research conducted a survey of demand with subway drivers as subjects in order to provide resting space that can offer healthy rest and increase work effectiveness. 50 subway drivers were the subjects of this survey. As a result of analyzing the contents of the survey, environmental satisfaction was shown to be the lowest compared to psychological and morphological satisfaction. In the case of sleeping room, they wanted more comfortable and individual space. And the waiting room had the highest rate of usage frequency. The storage space was where the subway drivers showed the strongest attachment and was shown to be the only personal space. Most were shown to be satisfied with the outdoor space, but it had the lowest usage frequency. In addition, it is nessasery customized storage cabinet designed for subway drivers should be produced, which can effectively arrange the limited space. I hope that these direction of improvement can increase the healthy rest and work effectiveness of the locomotive engineers as it is directly being connected to the health and safety of the citizens.
