Objectives : This study purposed to survey psychosocial stress and the yangseng level in rural residents using measuring tools, to determine the correlation of the variables with health, and to suggest directions for rural residents' health promotion based on the theories of oriental medicine. Methods : The subjects were sampled from the residents of a rural area through convenient sampling, and the data on their general characteristics, health related life habits, psychosocial stress, and yangseng level were collected using a questionnaire. Collected data were analyzed through t-test, ANOVA, and correlation test using SPSS 12.0 and the significance level was p<0.05. Results : Stress was lower in those who had a job, whose income level was high, and who had breakfast almost every day, and the yangseng level was higher in those who did exercise 3 times or more in a week regularly. In addition, the stress level was in a negative correlation with the yangseng level, and the correlation was stronger with sleeping yangseng, mind yangseng, and activity and rest yangseng. Conclusion : The results of this study suggest that vocational education, regular life habits and a certain amount of income are essential for health promotion, and measures should be prepared for stress control.

The goal of this study is to develop test method for evaluating the drug eluting properties of drug eluting stents (DES). PBS and the detergent solutions, presented by each DES manufacturer, were used for drug release of DES coated with paclitaxel, zotarolimus and everolimus. The drugs which are coating DES were not released by PBS but released by the detergent solutions, finally paclitaxel 83.38%, zotarolimus 103.85% and everolimus 115.78%. It seems that the use of the detergents is necessary in order to release the drugs because those drugs are extremely hydrophobic. In conclusion, using of detergent solutions presented by each manufacturer were suitable for evaluating the drug eluting property of drug eluting stent.

패션트렌드와 휴대폰케이스 컬러의 연관성에 관한 연구

휴대폰과 액세서리의 결합으로 Phon+accessory=폰세서리가 생길만큼 요즘은 핸드폰을 사기 전에 악세사리를 먼저 구매하는 것이 유행처럼 되어 버렸다. 트렌드에 민감한 국내 스타들은 누구보다 발 빠르게 새로운 휴대폰을 손에 넣어 패션아이템으로 유행을 선도하지만, 다양한 개성을 표현하기에는 휴대폰의 종류가 한정돼 있다. 그들은 같은 휴대폰이지만 다른 느낌을 주기위해 케이스를 활용하고 있다. 또한 오늘날 젊은이들은 한가지의 휴대폰 케이스로는 만족하지 않고 다양한 케이스를 구매하는 경향이 늘어나고 있다. 따라서 휴대폰 제조사들도 다양한 아티스트들과의 콜라보레이션을 한 제품과 다양한 종류의 컬러, 소재 등 케이스를 사용해 디자인 차별화를 시도하고 있다. 기분에 따라 원하는 색으로 교체할 수 있는 휴대폰 케이스는 색의 다양성을 이용해 일률적인 사고나 획일화된 구조에서 우리를 탈피시켜 주기 때문이다. 본 연구는 패션컬러트렌드와 휴대폰케이스의 컬러가 연관성이 있을 것이라는 가정아래, 지난 4년간(2008 spring/summer∼2011 spring/summer)의 트렌드 컬러 변화와 휴대폰케이스의 컬러, 두 가지 색상 조합(combination)을 비교 분석하였다. 또한 소비자의 케이스 활용사례를 조사 및 기존 휴대폰케이스 디자인 만족도 조사를 통하여 패션컬러 트렌드의 흐름과 휴대폰케이스의 상관관계를 조사한 결과 2008년부터 트렌드 컬러와 일치하는 케이스의 색상이 해마다 늘어나 연관성이 커져가는 추세였으나, 정확한 컬러 값은 오차들이 많이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 휴대폰케이스가 하나의 패션 액세서리인 패션 아이템으로서 자리 잡음에 따라 소비자들의 욕구를 충족하기 위해서는 패션트렌드 컬러와 함께 휴대폰케이스도 정확한 컬러 데이터 값으로 디자인이 되어야 할 것이다. Puchasing the accessory first before buying the mobile phone has become a fashion recently as much as creatingthecoined word of Phon+accessory=Phonecessory with the combination of mobile phone and accessory. The Korean stars who are sensitive to the trend take a lead in popularity with a fashion item by having a new mobile phone quicker than any other person. But the types of the mobile phone is restricted to express the personality in variety. Therefore, they utilize the case of the mobile phone to deliver the different feeling even though they are the same mobile phone. In addition, the pattern of purchasing the many cases has been increasing without satisfaction on single case among the youth.Accordingly, the mobile manufacturers have tried design differentiation with the product in collaboration of many artists and case in variety color and subject. Because the mobile phone case which can be changed into favorable colors depending on mood makes us escape from the straightforward thinking and unified structure by means of the variety of colors. Two color combination of the color changing trend and color of the mobile phone case were compared and analyzed in this study for a period of spring/summer from 2008 till 2011 under the assumption that there must be a color relation between the fashion color trend and mobile phone case. The survey on the relation between the fashion color trend and mobile phone case through the questionnaire for the satisfaction to the current mobile phone case by tracing the case utilizing samples for the consumers revealed the increasing trend of coincidence of the trend color and the case color in every year from 2008. It was known that there were many errors for the exact color code. It is considered that the mobile phone case shall be designed in exact color data together with the fashion trend color to satisfy the needs of the consumers for the mobile case which is a fashion accessory to be positioned as a fashion item.

감자전분 함량이 라면의 물성에 미치는 영향

라면제조에 중요한 원료인 전분이 라면의 품질에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 감자전분 함량(12, 14, 16%)을 달리하여 제조된 라면의 물리적 성질을 조사하였다. 라면의 배합비율은 일반 생산 공정 기준으로 하였으며 라면 제조 시 반죽의 초기 수분함량은 35%로 일정하게 유지하였다. 증자단계에 서는 전분함량이 증가함에 따라 면의 수분함량이 증가한 반면에 튀김공정 후에는 반대로 수분함량이 감소하는 경향을 보여주었다. 기계적 조직감 측정에서의 층밀림 압출실험 결과와 capillary vicometer에 의한 라면 국물의 점도 측정결과에서는 전분함량이 증가함에 따라 압출일와 점도가 증가하는 경향을 보여준 반면에 viscoamylograph에 의한 호화 개시온도는 감소하는 경향을 보여 주었다. 관능검사 결과는 층밀림 압출 실험 결과와 그 관계가 조사되었으며, 층밀림 압출실험의 압출일이 전체 관능적 기호도와 양의 상관관계를 보였으며, 거칠음성, 접착성, 씹음성 그리고 굳기와는 음의 상관관계를 보여 주었다. 감자전분 함량이 증가할수록 거칠거나 끈적이지 않아서 전체 선호도가 증가함을 볼 수 있었다. The physical properties of ramyon made of potato starch at various levels (12, 14, 16%) were investigated to find out the effect of potato starch on ramyon quality. The higher starch content in dough, the higher water content after steaming and the lower moisture content after deep frying. As the starch content increased, the magnitudes of extrusion work of cooked ramyon and capillary viscosity of ramyon soup increased but the starting temperature of gelatinization decreased. There was a good correlation (R²=0.99) between extrusion work and capillary viscosity. Firmness and chewiness values measured by texture analyser decreased with increase in starch content while tenderness and overall texture preference evaluated by sensory analysis increased.

지방신문의 존립 형식과 대안 모델

이 연구에서는 위기에 처한 광주·전남지역 신문들을 중심으로 지역 신문들이 어떠한 방식으로 존립하고 있는가, 그리고 그 개선을 위해 가능한 대안은 무엇인가에 대해 살펴보았다. 먼저 이 지역 신문들의 존립 방식을 편집과 경영 차원에서 그 제작 형식, 신문의 발행 목적과 기능, 신문의 수입 구조, 언론 노동 조건 등 4가지 부문을 대상으로 고찰한 결과 신문들이 비정상적인 방식으로 경영되고 있음을 확인했다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 이러한 지역 신문의 문제들을 개선하기 위해서는 지역사회 내에 지역 신문 논의 기구를 제도화할 것을 제안했다. 또한 지역 신문의 형식은 기존의 행정권역 중심에서 생활권역 중심으로 재구성하거나 특성화하는 것이 타당하다고 보았다. 지역 신문들은 나아가 타 신문과의 연계적 존립을 지향하고, 시장논리 중심 저널리즘 모형에서도 전략적 발전책을 찾아보는 것이 현실적 방안의 하나임을 제시했다. The purpose of this study is to identify the crisis of the local newspapers related with some kind of existing formula and to suggest alternative model improving the bad situations in Gwang-ju city and Chonnam province. The results of this research are as follows. First, most the local newspapers were managed on an anormal ways not justified as a press`s common rules. Second, for overcoming the difficult conditions, this paper suggest that regional people construct the system discussing about the problems of local newspapers. This paper contends that the local newspapers need to break the conventional regional boundary for reporting news because it is useless in rapidly changing era. Besides that, this paper advised that the local newspapers should take some lessons from market-oriented journalism and the public journalism.

본 연구는 급변하는 여성의 사회경제적 지위가 향상됨에 따라 광고물에서 여성역할의 메시지 소구에 대한 재조명이 요구되고 있다. 최근 소비패턴이 다양해지면서 메가트렌드의 정보화시대에 여성성 강화의 현상에 따라 성역할의 변화가 광고이미지에 어느 정도 영향을 미치고 있는지를 검토하고자 한다. 국내 인쇄 광고물에 나타나는 성역할의 이미지를 분석한 결과, 선행연구에서는 전형적인 스테레오타입화 현상이 지속적으로 나타나고 있음을 알 수 있다. 하지만, 최근 인쇄광고물에서는 전통적인 스테레오타입이 변화하고 사회적 성역할이 독립적이며 다차원적 관점으로 새로운 성역할이 나타나고 있다. 따라서 시대변화에 따라 남녀의 성역할 이미지는 고정관념이미지가 계속되면서도 이전시대와는 달리 사회의 모습을 많이 반영하는 모습들이 공존하는 상황이라고 할 수 있다. 여성의 경우, 전통적인 성역할의 스테레오타입화인 특히 순종하는 현모양처, 미인, 젊은 나이에 대한 스테레오타입이 지속되는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 시대가 흐를수록 그 비율은 점차 감소하고 있으며 최근에는 새로운 유형으로 전문직 여성이 증가하면서 역할전환에 의한 여성이 등장하고 있으며 등장모델의 연령대도 높아져 다양하게 등장하고 있다. 남성의 경우, 전형적인 스테레오타입화로서 보수적이며 남성다움에서 벗어나 자상하며 부드러운 여성의 역할지향으로 스테레오타입화 현상이 새롭게 자리 잡고 있음을 알 수 있다. 이러한 결과는 광고를 이용하는 수용자들과 광고실무자들에게 중요할 것이다. 따라서, 향후 성적소구광고 연구를 위한 이론적 시사점과 함께 실제 광고제작에 필요한 몇 가지 실무적 시사점을 제시하고 있다. This study examines the structural relationship among feminine role orientation, societal gender role in advertising in today`s changinig society. Recently, as the consumer`s trend is diversified, the megatrends of an information-oriented society is to analyze the image change in gender roles featured in advertisments. Findings suggest that the stereotypes portrayals of gender roles in print advertisments.still remain.maintains. However, in recently the traditional gender stereotypes have changed and the independently, multidimensional views and new gender roles have emerge in print ads, According to the finding that stereotypes representation of gender roles perpetuates ads, reflecting a shift in the new societal attitude toward gender role. The typical stereotypes for women, particularly idealizations for women as a wise mother, a submissive wife, a beautiful and younger woman still permeate ads. However, typical stereotypes of gender role has significant decreased in the most recently. For men, the stereotypes depiction of ideal images for men as being strong, adventurous, capable and successful still remain. yet. However, there have been significant change in new stereotypes roles. The results of a give important suggestion both to the advertis and consumer. Theoretical implications are offered as well as practical ones.
