This paper presents a novel methodology for estimating vehicle ego-motion, i.e. tri-axis linear velocities and angular velocities by using stereo vision sensor and 2G1Y sensor (longitudinal acceleration, lateral acceleration, and yaw rate). The estimated ego-motion information can be utilized to predict future ego-path and improve the accuracy of 3D coordinate of obstacle by compensating for disturbance from vehicle movement representatively for collision avoidance system. For the purpose of incorporating vehicle dynamic characteristics into ego-motion estimation, the state evolution model of Kalman filter has been augmented with lateral vehicle dynamics and the vanishing point estimation has been also taken into account because the optical flow radiates from a vanishing point which might be varied due to vehicle pitch motion. Experimental results based on real-world data have shown the effectiveness of the proposed methodology in view of accuracy.

글로벌 탄소시장에서 큰 변화를 겪으면서 급락했던 탄소배출권 가격은 2012년 이후 전 세계적인 경제적 안정과 중국의 탄소시장 합류로 인해 점차 상승할 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 이러한 세계적인 탄소시장의 상황을 고려하여 편백의 시비방법별 탄소배출권 가치를 추정하기 위하여 본 연구를 실시하였다. 연구 시험포지는 전북 김제시에 위치해 있으며 처리구는 대조구를 비롯하여 총 11개로 구성되어 있으며 3반복 실험을 하였다. 각 시험구별로 5본씩 총 165본을 식재하였다. 시비방법에 따른 탄소배출권 가치를 분석한 결과, 가장 높은 탄소배출권 가치를 보이는 처리구는 고농도액비-100 처리구(49.13 euro/ha), 저농도액비-100 처리구(44.48 euro/ha), 그리고 퇴비-100 처리구(41.91 euro/ha)의 순으로 나타났다. 반면에 화학비료처리구의 경우에는 대조구(20.20 euro/ha)와 유사한 값(21.20 euro/ha)을 보였다. 전체적인 처리구별 탄소배출권 가치를 살펴보면, 퇴·액비의 시비효과가 가장 뛰어났으나 시비량이 기준치를 초과할 경우에는 오히려 생장에 악영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 화학비료에 관해서는 시비효과의 고저 또는 시비효과 발생시기에 대한 추가 연구를 할 필요가 있다. Having decreased and made the huge changes at the global carbon marketing for the last few years before 2012, the carbon emission value is expected to increase due to the constant economic stability over the world and joining China in the carbon market. Regarding to this global circumstance in the carbon market, this study was conducted to estimate the carbon emission value of Chamaecyparis obtusa based on the fertilization methods. The study site located in GimJe-si, Jellabuk-do, was consist of the 11 fertilizer treatment plots repeated tree times. The total of 165 sample trees, every five of which was for each plot, were planted in a row. From the analyzed results of the carbon emission value for Chamaecyparis obtusa concerning the fertilization methods, the plots expected to have the highest value were HLF-100 % (49.13euro/ha), LLF-100% (44.48euro/ha), and CP-100% (41.91euro/ha). On the other hand, the CF treatment plot showed the value (21.20 euro/ha) as similar as the Control plot having the lowest one (20.20euro/ha) among these 11 treatment plots. When considering the carbon emission exchange value according to the kinds of the fertilizers, Liquid fertilizer and Compost were the most effective in the tree growth, while in case that a mount of the appliedfertilizer exceed the standard, they would make negative effects in the growth and development.In addition, it is required to make the further research on the effects of chemical fertilizer.
계산 방법론에 따른 용접부 응력 평가 및 비교 : FE 상세 모델 vs 수 계산

According to development of method and device of Finite Element Analysis, the strength of welded joint is demonstrated by Finite Element Analysis not classical calculations. On the FEA, all of the joints for carbody are assumed to be ideal connections and the yield stress of welded joint is assumed to be the same to base metal. On these assumption, FEA is appropriate to evaluate the overall stability and strength of whole carbody. The classical calculation is appropriate to evaluate strength of specific welded joint and to determine the weld method and properties. Some project request strength calculation of the specific welded joints in addition to FEA, because of the demonstration of stability. The objective of this paper is the check of the consistency of the FEA result for the welded joints by the stress comparison between Detailed FE Model and classical calculation and the evaluation of the reliability of FEA result.
한국-러시아 국제철도화물의 통관애로 해결을 위한 위험화물관리 및 전자통관시스템 구축에 관한 연구

Understanding and integration of other railway systems is required in order for transit from Korea to Europe through North Korea, China and Russia. Researches to develop hardware technology by vehicle technology, civil engineering technology and interface development have been actively conducted. However, the research on customs clearance for railway traffic is relatively insufficient. It is necessary to study different customs clearance for railway traffic transported to point-to-point, which requires most of the time and money in border crossing procedures, compared to maritime or air transportation. Therefore, we clarified the indicators and status for trade facilitation in the case of customs clearance of railway freight and tried to find out the solutions by analyzing the features and obstacles in the customs procedure. In this study, we analyzed the customs clearance of international freight railway transport between Korea and Russia by railway transportation using the Trans - Siberian Railway (TSR), which is the route through the border with the minimum number of times to Europe. Introduced a hazardous cargo inspection system and Improvement of electronic clearance system as a way to drastically simplify ineffective customs time and procedures. verified technical possibility of introduced systems; hazardous cargo inspection, Improvement of electronic clearance, X-Ray cargo inspection, AEO and suggests data that can be used to assess the effectiveness of the system. In addition to the technical measures proposed in this study, the application of international common customs procedures through the joining of the International Railway Cooperation Organization and Participating in bilateral and multilateral standardization to simplify customs procedures. Efforts should be made to improve the international customs through partnership formation.

This study tries to analyze the agricultural producer’s preference on the green tounsm. The anysis data are obtained from the pear’s farms in Naju district, Jeollanamdo providence. One hundred -twelve respondents are selected. Questionnaires are collected on the March, 2004 .. In the model of this study, the dependent variable is the producer’s willingness of participating on green tourism. The independent variable is the cognitive level of green tourism policy, designing the program for the field σip , improving accomodations, and the requirements of governmental support. Besides these factors, respondent’s demographics are considered as independent variables. The results are summarized as follows; First, there is a statistical significance between the need of government’s support and managing skills of green tourism as an independent variable and producer’s willingness as a dependent variable. Second, the farmers want to participate in the green tourism emphasize the Government support(financial aid, various educations, leader‘s training).
