        고효율 LCD 감광막 제거기술 구현 연구

        The realization of the photoresist(PR) removal method with vaporized water and ozone gas mixture has been studied for the LCD TFT array manufacturing. The developed PR stripper uses the water boundary layer control method based on the high concentration ozone production technology. We develop the prototype of PR stripper and experiment to find the optimal process parameter condition like as the ozone gas flow/concentration, process reaction time and thin boundary layer formation. As a results, we realize the LCD PR strip rate over the 0.4 ${\mu}m/min$ and this PR removal rate is more than 5 times higher than the conventional immersion type ozonized water process.

        미래 핵심인 SW산업의 국제 경쟁력 확보를 위하여, SW 분야의 세계적인 기술변화에 대응하고 향후 SW 산업의 분석 및 설계를 주도할 아키텍트 수준의 SW 기술 인력 양성이 요구된다. 그러나 현재의 상황은 일정 수준의 경력에 따른 SW 기술 인력이 일반관리자로 전직하는 경향을 보이고 있다. 이러한 현실을 해결하고 SW 기술 인력의 질적 수준을 제고하기 위해서 국내 SW 기술 인력의 체계적이고 효과적인 성장방향을 제시하는 것이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국내 SW 기술 인력의 체계적이고 효과적인 성장방향을 제시하면서, 고급 SW 분석/설계 인력의 경력 경로를 제시하며 이를 실현할 수 있는 방만을 제시하고자 한다. For guaranteeing the international competitive power of SW industry that is the core industry for the future, the training of SW technical manpower as an architect is needed. They must confront the change of worldwide technology and also lead the design and analysis of SW industry for the future. However, SW technical manpower based on regular career tends to change his employment as a general manager in current status. For solve this situation and reconsider the quality level of SW technical manpower, we need to propose the systematic and effective growth direction for them. Therefore, we propose the systematic and effective growth direction for domestic SW technical manpower and a plan to be realized by suggesting the carrier path of high level SW analysis/design manpower in this paper.

      • PR 제거공정 적용을 위한 오존 수 생성기술 연구

        반도체 또는 평판디스플레이 제조에 있어 노광공정 후의 PR(photo-resist) 제거 공정으로서 기존의 황산기반 용액을 대체하는 고농도 오존 수 생성 기술에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 세라믹 연면방전구조의 오존발생장치를 개발하여, 0.5[ℓ/min]의 산소 유량에서 최대 12[wt%]이상의 오존가스 농도를 얻었으며, 이를 고농도로 물과 혼합하기 위한 고효율 오존접촉장치를 개발하였다. 오존 수 생성 실험 결과, 오존가스 10[wt%]에서 80[ppm]이상의 오존 수 농도를 달성하였으며, 70[ppm]의 오존 수에서 PR 제거율 147[nm/min]의 양호한 결과를 얻었다. We have been studied on the high concentration ozonized water production technology which substitute for the SPM wet cleaning solution process as the PR strip process after the photolithography process in the semiconductor and flat panel display manufacturing. In this work, we have developed the surface discharge type ozone generator which has the characteristics of the 12 [wt%] ozone concentration at the oxygen gas flow of 0.5[ℓ/min] oxygen per cell and also developed the high efficiency ozone contactor for the mixing ozone gas with deionized water. As the production test results of the ozonized water, we obtained the ozonized water concentration above 80[ppm] at the 10[wt%] ozone gas concentration, and also had a good result of the PR strip rate of 147[nm/min]. at the 70[ppm] ozonized water.

        항공기 운용 특성을 고려한 적정 운용 대수 산정 기준 연구

        In this paper, we consider a method to access the number of aircraft requirement which is a strategic variable in national security. This problem becomes more important considering the F-X and KF-X project in ROKAF. Traditionally, ATO(Air Tasking Order) and fighting power index have been used to evaluate the number of aircrafts required in ROKAF. However, those methods considers static aspect of aircraft requirement. This paper deals with a model to accommodate dynamic feature of aircraft requirement using absorbing Markov chain. In conclusion, we suggest a dynamic model to evaluate the number of aircrafts required with key decision variables such as destroying rate, failure rate and repair rate.

        불임 환자의 치료에서 Mild Ovarian Hyperstimulation을 이용한 Single IUI와 Double IUI의 비교

        Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy of double intrauterine insemination with single intrauterine insemination in GnRH antagonist combined ovarian hyperstimulation (Mild ovarian hyperstimulation) Materials and Methods: From Jan. 2001 to Jul. 2004, a retrospective clinical analysis was done of a total of 295 cycles in 170 patients who underwent ovarian hyperstimulation for ART (assisted reproductive technique). Subjects were divided into three groups; only clomiphene citrate ovarian hyperstimulation (n=55, 95cycles), GnRH antagonist combined ovarian hyperstimulation (soft ovarian hyperstimulation) (n=66 99cycles), and GnRH agonist combined ovarian hyperstimulation (short protocol) (n=49, 101cycles) Each group were randomly devided into two subgroups. One group underwent single IUI and the other group underwent double IUI. Results: GnRH antagonist group and GnRH agonist group had similar pregnancy rate. In GnRH antagonist Group, pregnancy rate was 36.1% in single IUI subgroup and was 36.6% in double IUI subgroup. These finding were not statistically significant. And Pregnancy rate was 20.8% in single IUI subgroup and was 19.3% in double IUI subgroup in single clomiphene citrate group, and 36.3% in single IUI subgroup and was 33.3% in double IUI subgroup in GnRH agonist group. These finding were not statistically significant, too. Conclusion: Pregnancy rate of GnRH antagonist was high and complication rate such as OHSS and multiple pregnancy was lower. In GnRH antagonist group, to compare with single IUI and double IUI, the result do not statistically differ. So GnRH antagonist single injection with single IUI was relatively comparable ART in infertiliry patient.

        IT 융합교육 활성화를 위한 Computational Thinking 수업 모형 설계

        최근 학문 간의 경계를 허물고 새로운 지식을 창출하는 융합 교육이 대학 교육의 핵심 이슈로 부각되고 있다. IT융합 교육의 핵심은 SW 교육을 통해서 이루어지고 SW 교육의 목적은 CT(: Computational Thinking)을 향상하는데 초점이 맞추어 지고 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 IT 융합 교육을 활성화하기 위한 CT 수업모형을 설계하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 IT 비전공 학습자의 CT 능력과 SW 적응력을 높이고 전공분야에서 활용될 수 있도록 알고리즘과 프로그래밍을 중심으로 CT 교육과정을 제시하고, 교수자와 학습자간의 CT 수업 효과와 성취도를 향상하기 위하여 CT 수업 제반요소와 수업에 대한 성취기준, 교수 학습방법을 통해 IT 비전공 학습자에 적합한 수업 모형을 설계 하였다. 이는 대학에서 IT 융합 교육을 위한 CT 수업 방법과 교육 과정을 설계하는데 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Breaking down the boundaries between recent study has emerged as a key issue of convergence education to create new knowledge. The core of IT Convergence Education is being made through educational SW, SW purpose of education has been focused on improving the CT(: Computational Thinking). The purpose of this paper is to design a CT teaching model for activating IT Convergence Education. In this study, we designed a CT Curriculum focusing on algorithm and program for the purpose of enhancing non-majors learner s CT ability and software adaptability and being utilized in the majors. It is expected to be utilized to design a CT teaching methods and curriculum in University.

        Multianalyte Sensor Array using Capillary-Based Sample Introduction Fluidic Structure: Toward the Development of an Electronic Tongue

        N/A A micromachined fluidic structure for the introduction of liquid samples into a chip-based sensor array composed of individually addressable polymeric microbeads has been developed. The structure consists of a separately attached cover glass, a single silicon chip having micromachined channels and microbead storage cavities, and a glass carver. In our sensor array, transduction occurs via colorimetric and fluorescence changes to receptors and indicator molecules that are covalently attached to termination sites on the polymeric microbeads. Data streams are acquired for each of the individual microbeads using a CCD. One of the key parts of the structure is a passive fluid introduction system driven only by capillary force. The velocity of penetration of a horizontal capillary for the device having a rectangular cross section has been derived, and it is quite similar to the Washburn Equation calculated for a pipe with a circular cross section having uniform radius. The test results show that this system is useful in a p.-TAS and biomedical applications.

        의사 입장에서 본 간호사 윤리

        This article was written for the purpose of improving communication and understanding between nurses and doctors. It is written from the standpoint of doctors. The "ethics of nurses" is used in this article to refer both to the ethical standards or principles that nurses observe in nursing practice as well as to statements concerning the ethical principles with which nurses or their associations claim to comply. It is pointed out that medical practice requires a division of labor and that most associations of medical and paramedical practitioners explicitly endorse principles specifying the need for, and duties regarding, collaboration among medical and paramedical practitioners. Such principles of collaboration not only promote systematic cooperative relationships, they also encourage each group to hold the other in check, so as to safeguard medical ethics in clinical practice. It is argued that nurses and doctors should strive to reconstruct an advanced, democratic, complementary, coexistent, productive, and consonant relationship in order to promote effective communication in medical practice.
