        식육추출가공품 중 갈비탕에서의 Staphylococcus aureus 성장예측모델 개발

        본 연구는 축산물에 대하여 쉽게 오염될 수 있는 S. aureus에 대해 축산제품에 속하는 식육추출가공품 중 갈비탕에 대해 식중독 예방과 식품의 안전성을 확보하기 위하여 Baranyi model을 이용하여 성장 예측모델을 개발하였다. DMFit 프로그램을 이용하여 S. aureus의 유도기(LPD)와 최대성장률(μ<SUP>max</SUP><SUP></SUP> , maximum specific growth rate)을 산출하였다. S. aureus의 성장곡선은 4, 10, 20, 37°C의 보관 온도에서 측정하였다. Baranyi model의 LPD의 값은 4, 10, 20, 37°C의 저장 온도에서 각각 256.04, 152.60, 5.41, 3.78 h으로 온도에 반비례 한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 μ<SUB>max</SUB>의 값은 4, 10, 20, 37°C의 저장 온도에서 각각 0.003, 0.007, 0.258, 0.528 log CFU/g·h으로 온도에 비례 한것으로 나타났다. 또한 일차식의 적합성을 나타내는 R<SUP>2</SUP> 값은 모두 0.9 이상으로 나타나 실험값과 예측값의 상관관계가 높은 것을 알 수 있었다. RMSE 값은 0.39로 비교적 0에 근접하게 나타난 것을 볼 수 있으며 개발된 예측모델의 적합성이 높다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 개발된 모델을 이용할 경우 식육추출가공품 중 갈비탕의 다양한 생산 환경과 온도에 따라 S. aureus의 성장을 예측할 수 있을 것이라고 사료된다. 갈비탕을 생산, 보관 및 판매하는 산업체에서 널리 활용할 수 있을 것이라고 생각되며 이를 위해평가에서 또한 충분히 활용가능 할 것이라고 생각되어진다. In this study, predictive mathematical models were developed to estimate the kinetics of Staphylococcus aureus growth in processed meat product galbitang. Processed meat product galbitang was inoculated with 0.1 mL of S. aureus culture and stored at 4, 10, 20, 37℃. The μ<SUB>max</SUB> (maximum specific growth rate) and LPD (lag phase duration) values were calculated. The primary model was used to develop a response surface secondary model. The growth parameters were analyzed using the square root model as a function of storage temperature. The developed model was confirmed by calculating RMSE (Root Mean Square Error) values as statistic parameters. The LPD decreased, but μ<SUB>max</SUB> increased with an increase in the storage temperature. At 4, 10, 20 and 37℃, R<SUP>2</SUP> was 0.99, 0.98, 0.99 and 0.99, respectively; RMSE was 0.39. The developed predictive growth model can be used to predict the risk of S. aureus contamination in processed meat product galbitang; hence, it has potential as an input model for the risk assessment.

        고리원전 1호기 재가동에 대한 중앙일간지와 지역일간지의 보도행태에 대한 비교 연구

        본 연구는 지역/환경 이슈인 고리원전 1호기 재가동에 대해 중앙일간지인 조선일보와 경향신문 그리고 지역일간지인 부산일보와 국제신문의 기사분석을 중심으로 보도행태에 대해 고찰했다. 기사유형과 정보원, 프레임 그리고 보도량의 차이를 분석한 결과 첫째, 기사빈도는 중앙일간지보다 지역일간지의 빈도가 더 높았으며 기사유형 분포 사이에는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정보원 유형 분석을 통해 지역일 간지와 중앙일간지의 정보원 활용에 차이가 있는 것이 확인되었다. 셋째, 5개의 프레임 비교를 통해 지역일간지간에는 뚜렷한 차이가 나타나지 않았지만 중앙일간지간에는 매체의 이념적 성향에 따라 다소 차이가 있음이 확인되었다. 넷째, 단순 보도량(기사건수)은 지역일간지가 더 많았으며 발행면수 대비 본문자수를 분석한 상대적 보도량의 차이에서는 지역일간지간 차이는 없었으나 중앙일간지간 차이는 나타났다. 또 중앙일간지와 지역일간지간 통계적인 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 지역/환경 이슈에 대해 중앙일간지와 지역일간지의 차이를 확인할 수 있었으며 위험 지각을 포함하는 고리원전 1호기의 보도를 통해서 중앙일간지의 이념적 성향의 차이를 다소 확인할 수 있었다. This study aims to analyze article aspects on the Gori No.1 Nuclear plant reactivation of the Chosun Ilbo, the Kyunghyang Shinmun as national newspapers and the Busan Ilbo, the Kookje Daily News as local newspapers. The results of analysis of article type, frame and amount of report are as follows: (1) national newspapers have higher article frequency than local newspapers, and there s a statistically meaningful distinction between two groups article type distributions. (2) Difference for using informant between national and local newspapers is shown by informant type analysing. (3) For 5 Frames comparison, no distinct difference between the local newspapers is shown. But the somewhat difference is shown in the comparison between national newspapers by media s ideologic tendency. (4) The local newspapers have more number of the body text s words, and for the amount of article analyzing text words per number of publication page, local newspapers have no difference. But national newspapers have differences. In conclusion, the different attitude toward local issues involving regionalism between national and local newspapers is confirmed. And the difference of ideological tendency between national newspapers for reports on Gori No.1 Nuclear plant reactivation including risk perception is confirmed.

      • 론 아라드 작품에 나타난 유기적 표현특성에 관한 연구

        The issue of nature, human, and architecture may be a theme that has been discussed and experimented endlessly to date since the modern times. In the realm of design, the term "organic" has been interpreted in an ambiguous and wide-ranging way, depending on the person who use the term and the situation. Organic representation in design means the fundamental way of representing the nature of human that coexist with the nature. This study examines the concept, background, and characteristics of the term "organic" through theoretical consideration of organic design, and analyzes the works of Ron Arad of England who has come to the spotlight as one of the most influential designers in our age based on many different preceding organic design approaches. Recently, his works have developed into organic forms, which give the impression of looking at the "materials" themselves, by employing experimental techniques and designs that go beyond specific matter or area, and this study focused on the characteristics of organic representation in his many different artistic works. By exploring what characterizes the works of Ron Arad, who seek new design language, and the organic design characteristics revealed in his works, this researcher expects that the organic design would have unlimited potential in the future and reflect the most essential psychological and physiological features of human.

        약물 관련 악골괴사와 연관된 위험인자와 골밀도에 관한 연구

        To examine risk factors of MRONJ and compare whether there is a difference in BMD value depending on the duration of administration, method of administration, and occurrence of MRONJ. We selected 53 patients who were diagnosed with MRONJ at the Ulsan University Hospital and underwent surgery between January 2011 and May 2021. The risk factors are age, sex, systemic disease, location, administration methods, type of drug, duration, local factors and stage. 19 patients, especially those who were diagnosed with MRONJ and underwent BMD, were compared with BMD in femur and lumbar areas according to duration, administration methods. There were many women in all age groups, with 18 in their 70s. There were about twice as many mandibles as the maxilla. It was significantly higher when the IV BPs was administered in cancer patients, and significantly higher when the oral BPs was administered in osteoporosis patients. There was a significant difference between each period in patients taking oral BPs, and the incidence of MRONJ was high when taking them for more than 4 years. There were 35 patients who developed into MRONJ after dentoalveolar surgery. There were significant differences in femur and lumbar BMD, T-scores by administration method, with lumbar BMD, T-scores being significantly higher in the IV BP group compared to the oral BP group.

        Predictive model of Staphylococcus aureus growth on egg products

        Egg products are widely consumed in Korea andcontinue to be associated with risks of Staphylococcusaureus-induced food poisoning. This prompted the developmentof predictive mathematical models to understandgrowth kinetics of S. aureus in egg products in order toimprove the production of domestic food items. Eggproducts were inoculated with S. aureus and observe S. aureus growth. The growth kinetics of S. aureus was usedto calculate lag-phase duration (LPD) and maximumspecific growth rate (lmax) using Baranyi model as theprimary growth model. The secondary models providedpredicted values for the temperature changes and werecreated using the polynomial equation for LPD and asquare root model for lmax. In addition, root mean squareerrors (RMSE) were analyzed to evaluate the suitability ofthe mathematical models. The developed models demonstrated0.16–0.27 RMSE, suggesting that models properlyrepresented the actual growth of S. aureus in egg products.

        Recently, many side effects such as bone necrosis have been reported during dental treatment for patients with osteoporosis as an underlying disease. In particular, osteoporosis is on the rise every year in menopause women and elderly patients, and occurs in connection with bisphosphonate medication. Such medication-related osteonecrosis of the jaw is often caused by surgical dental treatment, and it is difficult to cure when it occurs, so prevention is important. Surgical treatment may be required in the oral Preparation process for extraction or prosthetic repair due to periodontal disease, and for the successful treatment of osteoporosis patients, dentists should fully understand and pay attention to the treatment of osteoporosis patients.

        시중 유통판매 중인 편육에서의 Staphylococcus aureus 성장예측모델 개발

        This study was performed to develope mathematical models for predicting growth kinetics of Staphylococcus aureus in the processed meat product, pyeonyuk. Growth patterns of S. aureus in pyeonyuk were determined at the storage temperatures of 4, 10, 20, and 37oC respectively. The number of S. aureus in pyeonyuk increased at all the storage temperatures. The maximum specific growth rate (μmax) and lag phase duration (LPD) values were calculated by Baranyi model. The μmax values went up, while the LPD values decreased as the storage temperature increased from 4oC to 37oC. Square root model and polynomial model were used to develop the secondary models for μmax and LPD, respectively. Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) was used to evaluate the developed model and the fitness was determind to be 0.42. Therefore the developed predictive model was useful to predict the growth of S. aureus in pyeonyuk and it will help to prevent food-born disease by expanding for microbial sanitary management guide.
