숲 체험 교육프로그램이 발달장애인의 정서적 행동에 미치는 영향

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 지속적인 숲 체험교육 프로그램이 발달장애인의 정서적 행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법: 인천의 8개 주간보호센터 및 장애인거주시설의 발달장애인 26명이 2018년 4월부터 10까지 총10회기의 숲체험교육 프로그램에 참여하였다. 이 프로그램에서 그룹별 1명씩 배치된 보조생태강사가 EBC(정서적행동검사지, Emotional Behavioral Check list)중 우울위축, 자아개념, 공격성 항목에 대하여 그룹별 무작위 선정된 2명의 참가자를 대상으로 수업 매 회기마다 관찰 기록하였다. 8개 기관 총 26명에 대한 사전관찰1회(26개 기록), 사후관찰 10회(260개 기록) 관찰기록 자료가 비모수 검정방법으로 통계처리 되었다. 숲체험 교육프로그램이 우울·위축, 자아개념 및 공격성에 미치는 영향은 회기별로 측정하여, 회기 간의 차이가 유의한지 알아보는 프리드만 검정을 실시하였고, 자료 처리는 SPSS for Window(22.0 Version)를 이용하였다. 연구결과: 발달장애인을 대상으로 한 숲 체험 교육프로그램 효과는 성별, 연령대, 장애 유형에 남녀나 다양한 연령대, 장애유형에 관계없이 비슷한 효과를 경험한 것으로 볼 수 있다. 발달장애인을 대상으로 한 숲체험 프로그램은 정서적행동에 효과가 있었으며 특히 하위요인(우울-위축 증상 중재에서 주로 효과가 있었다. 발달장애인을 대상으로 한 숲체험 교육프로그램 과정에서 가장 많이 감소한 행동은 우울-위축의 1번 문항인 “제한된 감정의 표현을 단순하고 평이한 목소리로 말한다(중얼거림, 음성을 낮추어 천천히 말한다.)”이었다. 즉, 우울-위축 증상 중에서 숲 체험 교육프로그램 기간 중 가장 개선된 효과가 큰 행동으로 볼 수 있다.

해양환경보호를 위한 지방조례의 기능과 역할에 관한 연구

해양환경 문제는 지역적으로 시작하여 광역적으로 확산되기 때문에 지방정부에서 사고 시에 신속하게 대응하고 상시에 적극적으로 관리하는 것이 중요하다. 그러나 현행 해양환경관리는 대부분 중앙정부가 담당하고 있기 때문에 지방정부의 역할이 아직 미미한 상황이다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 논문은 역대 부산 광역시의회 안건처리 일람을 분석함으로써 해양환경관리 부문에 있어서 지방의회의 역할 실태를 분석하고, 이를 토대로 지방의회의 역할을 강화할 대안을 도출하고자 하였다. 분석결과 역대 부산광역시의회는 해양환경 관련 안건처리에 있어서 전문성 부족, 소극적 역할, 의정활동의 지속성 및 일관성 결여 등의 문제점들이 나타났고, 이러한 문제점들을 보완하기 위한 정책대안으로 의회 내정책거버넌스의 도입, 국제협력체계의 추진, 해양환경 분야의 우선순위 및 시민의식 제고 등의 대안을 도출하였다. It is important to respond quickly at the time of the accident and to manage actively at all times by local government, because the marine environmental problems start locally and spread broadly. It is necessary to strengthen the role of local government in managing marine environment, because the central government controls the most of them currently. This study analyzed the status of the role of local council and deduced the alternatives to enhance of that by analyzing the list of the cases proceeding of successive generations of Busan metropolitan council. As a result of the analysis, the authors found that the Busan metropolitan council had some problems such as lack of expertise, passive activities, lack of consistency and sustainability of ordinance about treating agenda related to marine environment, and suggest to complement this problems adopting policy governance, driving international cooperation system, improvement of the priority of the marine environmental policy and awareness of citizens and so on.

부산광역시 ‘해양수도 건설’의 문제점과 발전방안

본 연구는 부산광역시의 ‘해양수도21 기본계획’의 분야별 목표를 확인하고, 선행연구와 지역언론을 통해 각 분야에 대한 현 실태를 평가하는 것을 목표로 했다. ‘해양수도 건설’ 계획의 5개 중점 전략을 평가하기 위한 분석틀은 구조적관점과 제도적 관점으로 설정하였고, 이를 통해 자료들을 정성적으로 평가했다. 분석결과, 항만인프라 구축 분야에서는 항만의 환경과 안전기준, 다원화된 항만관리기관간의 협의회가 필요하였다. 해양수산 분야에서는 저개발 어장의 재정비, 단계별 산학협력 장려가 요구되었다. 해양문화·관광분야는 축제와 공간을 연계한 관광코스 개발, 역사와 현재가 조화된 관광자원의 개발이 필요하였다. 그리고 해양인력·정보 분야는 해양클러스터 실무진 협의회 개최, 일자리 수요를 반영한 인력양성이 요구되었으며, 해양경제 분야는 해양금융 관련 기관의 협업을 위한 운영방식 개발, 해운거래소 설립과 해양펀드 운영 등이 필요하였다. 본 연구는 해양수도 건설계획에 대한 외부평가 자료를 정성적으로 파악하였으며, 향후 명확한 데이터를 토대로 한 정량적인 분석도 필요한 것으로 판단되었다. This study was aimed to identify the sectoral goals of ‘Ocean Capital 21 Master Plan’ and evaluate the current state about each field through previous studies and local newspapers in Busan metropolitan city. The analytical framework for assessing the five important strategies of 'Building the Ocean Capital' plan was set to structural and institutional perspectives, and tried to evaluate the data qualitatively through them. As results, it is necessary to make environmental and safe standards, and the conference among the port management organizations which are dispersed in the field of port infrastructure. And also it requires modifying the underdeveloped fisheries and strengthening industrial-educational cooperations step by step in the field of maritime and fisheries. In the field of marine culture and tourism, it is necessary to develop tour courses in collaboration with the festival and space, and tourism resources that are harmonious of history and present. In the field of marine human resources and information, it requires holding the working group conference of marine cluster and carrying out manpower training policies considering demands of work. Lastly the development of the management system for the collaboration of ocean financial institutions is demanded and the establishment of shipping exchange and management of marine fund is required in the field of marine business. This study tried to understand the external evaluation data for the planning qualitatively, it will need quantitative analysis based on specific data in the future.

지방대학 혁신역량강화사업 효과분석 : NURI 항만물류사업단을 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 수요자 측면에서 지방대학 혁신역량강화사업의 효과성을 분석하는 것이었다. 2004년도부터 2008년까지 총 5년간 NURI 항만물류사업단의 자체보고서를 기초로 선정한 효과성 평가지표는 전반적 만족도와 세부적 만족도, 타 대학 출신인력 비교우위, 지속 적 채용의사, 재교육의 필요성, 필요교육 우선순위 등이었다. 그리고 보다 객관적인 분석을 위해 2006년부터 2009년까지의 취업률을 지표로 선정하였다. 분석의 결과, 만족도는 대체적으로 꾸준히 증가하였고, 타 대학 비교우위는 높게 나타나면서 재교육의 필요성은 점점 낮아져 사업의 효과성은 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. 특히 재학생의 외국어능력 수요를 충족시키고 있는 것으로 나타났지만, 산학연계는 보다 강화될 필요가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 누리사업단의 참여학부(과)는 비참여학부(과)에 비해 취업률이 지속적으로 증가한 것으로 나타나 사업의 효과가 객관적으로 있는 것으로 나타났다. This study aimed to analyze the effect of New University for Regional Innovation in terms of the users. The evaluation indicators based on the reports of NURI port logistics education project from 2005 to 2009 are overall satisfaction, detailed satisfaction, comparative advantage for from the other universities, continuous employment intention, necessity of re-education, and priority of educational needs and so on. And the percentage of employment was chosen from 2006 to 2009 for the more objective analysis. Analysis shows that the effect of the program is founded because the satisfaction increased gradually and the comparative advantage for from the other universities was higher and the necessity of re-education declined less and less. Especially the program filled the foreign language demands. But it needs to reinforce the links between schools and industries. And also the percentage of employment for the participated departments has continuously increased compared with that for non-participated departments, it shows that the effects of NURI project.

α-Synuclein is a pivotal genetic factor implicated in the pathogenesis of Parkinsons disease(PD), since pathogenicα-synuclein gene mutations occur in rare familial PD and wild-type α-synuclein appears to be a major component of Lewy bodies observed in PD. The main goal of this study was to determine whether the expression patterns of α-synuclein are differentially affected in the brains of PD, compared to normal controls. Here, we showed that new forms of the slowly-migrating α-synuclein were detected from the striatum, a region selectively affected in PD, in the brain of the patients with PD, but not from cerebellum of PD and normal controls. Moreover, these forms of α-synuclein were observed from the right brain that has a unilateral 6-hydroxydopamine lesioned nigrostriatal system in a rat model of PD. The results suggest that the new differential alteration inα-synuclein might be associated with the pathogenesis of PD.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of the drug educational program on knowledge and medication compliance for kidney transplantation patients. Methods: Kidney transplantation patients were recruited from a transplantation center, at a university hospital located in D city, Korea. Data were collected from June 18m 2016 to september 30, 2016. The research design was a nonequivalent one group pre-posttest. Nineteen subjects participated twice in a drug educational program given by the researcher. Results: After the intervention, the participants showed a significant increase in medication knowledge (t=-7.074, p<.001) and medication compliance (t=-4.553, p<.001) than before the intervention. Conclusion: The research findings suggest that a drug education program can be used as an effective nursing intervention for kidney transplantation patients.
