        남편이 은퇴 후 체험한 부부관계에 대한 현상학적 연구

        본 연구는 남편들이 은퇴 후 체험하는 부부관계를 심층적으로 이해하고자 하는 목적으로 시도되었다. 이를 위해 은퇴한지 4개월에서 5년 이하 된 은퇴한 남편 6명을 대상으로 심층면접을 실시하였고, 현상학적 분석절차를 거쳐, 이들의 부부관계체험은 어떠한지, 그 의미는 무엇인지 알아보았다. 자료 분석 결과 6개의 구성요소와 23개의 하위구성요소가 도출되었다. 연구결과는 「내가 받아들여지지 않아 속상함」, 「관계를 유지하려고 갖은 애를 씀」, 「어찌해볼 도리가 없어 체념하게 됨」, 「어쩔 수 없이 혼자 해결하게 됨」, 「이제야 비로소 나와 아내의 내면을 알게 됨」, 「힘든 중에도 편안함을 찾음」으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 은퇴한 남편들이 체험한 부부관계의 본질을 이해할 수 있으며, 은퇴 후 부부관계의 질적 강화를 통해 그들의 삶의 질을 높일 수 있는 지식을 제공함으로써 다양한 전문가들이 은퇴 후 부부관계 개선을 위한 개입 방안을 마련할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study was to explore the nature of retired husband`s marital relationship and understand the meaning. The data were collected from 6 retired husbands by using in-depth interview for 8 months from March, 2012 to November, 2012. The phenomenological analytic method suggested by Giorgi was used for the analysis of the data. Finally, 6 constituents and 23 sub-constituents were derived from the analysis of the data. The 6 constituents are 「Feeling frustrated from being not accepted」, 「Struggling to keep marital relationship」, 「Giving up own desire due to helplessness」, 「Finding solutions on my own」, 「Finally getting to know the internal world of me and wife」,「Finding comfort in the midst of struggling」. The significance of this study is understanding the nature of retired husband`s marital relationship. It will help the researchers and the counselors to develop appropriate social service for marital relationship of retired husband.

        디지털 TV의 출력 칼라변환 행렬에 의한 기준색 조정

        In this paper, we propose a method of adjusting the output CSC(Color Space Conversion) 3×3 matrix located in DTV chipset to map the color gamut of primary colors with its HDTV broadcast standard-ITU_BT_709 and we present the regarding experimental results produced. A computer controllable automatic primary color tuning system was designed and implemented. Using the system, we measured u’ and v’ values of reproduced colors on DTV panel which depend on the values of each element of the CSC matrix. Based on the observations of data, we represent the functional relationships as a set of linear regression equations which are employed in automatic primary color tuning algorithm. The proposed approach has been tested on DTVs and compared the color differences. As the iterations continue the color differences are refined towards its goal values. Through the tuning process we imposed the constraint that sum of each row in the CSC matrix to be 1 to maintain reference white point on the spot of specified color temperature.

        디지털 TV의 영상신호 특성 측정시스템 구현

        Image signal is finally transmitted to the digital display panel through the various image processing and displayed on the screen. In this paper, we design and implement an image signal measurement system for measuring image signal characteristics from the image board system that receives and processes input image signal(LVDS). To measure the characteristics of the panel input image signal, we suggest a method for measuring the sharpness after displaying a specific bar pattern to the TV set under test and the contrast ratio in patterns with more changes than single colors. In addition, this study implemented the system to measure image signal characteristics and applied the system to measurement of image signal characteristics of LCD TV, and PDP TV set. This system can measure comprehensive effects of image processing algorithms used in image boards of the digital TV.

        DTV 디스플레이 장치의 칼라측정 시스템 구현

        Recently, according to the trend for larger screen size and full HD of digital display panels in FPDs, the main display panel and DTV set manufactures are concerned about digital display device's color characteristics and are studying the image color enhancement by these color characteristics. Fundamentally DTV's color characteristics are determined from the type and characteristics of the digital display panel, but also image processing chips for the panel and image processing techniques effect the digital display's overall color appearance. In this paper, we proposed to analyze the panel input color signal(LVDS) to eliminate color variations of the circuit boards. The hardware is implemented and verified successfully using FPGAs. Typically the color performance of DTV systems were measured only on the display screen, but with this experiment we measured color from the panel input signal as well as the screen color and compared the two. The proposed system can respectively and automatically measure both, so that with our proposed system it is possible to compare individual panels. This system can play a large role in evaluating the panel color performance and developing future panels.

        Thyroid storm (thyrotoxicosis) is rarely encountered during pregnancy or the puerperium, even in untreated women and characterized by hypertension, hyperthermia, and multiple systems involvement. Much more common is heart failure, apparently caused by the long-term myocardial effects of thyroid hormone and intensified by other pregnancy complications that include severe preeclampsia, infection, anemia, or combinations of these. Prompt diagnosis and treatment of thyroid storm are essential in reducing morbidity and mortality of a patient from this disorder. We experienced a case of triiodothyroxine induced thyroid storm (T3 thyrotoxicosis) developed after Cesarean section. This case highlights both physicians should be aware of the symptoms and risk factors and reversing of heart failure successfully by reducing cardiac workload is important through immediate medical treatment-adequate hydration, thermoregulation, and control of hypertension, infection and anemia et al.

        Angiogenesis is a essential part for bone formation and bone fracture healing. Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), one of the most important molecules among many angiogenic factors, is a specific mitogen for vascular endothelial cells. VEGF-mediated angiogenesis is required for bone formation and repair. However, the effect of VEGF on osteoblastic cells during osteogenesis is still controversial. In recent days, substantial progress have been made toward developing tissue-engineered alternatives to autologous bone grafting for maxillofacial bony defects. Periosteum has received considerable interest as a better source of adult stem cells. Periosteum has the advantage of easy harvest and contains various cell types and progenitor cells that are able to differentiate into a several mesenchymal lineages, including bone. Several studies have reported the bone formation potential of periosteal cells, however, the correlation between VEGF signaling and cultured human periosteal cell-derived osteogenesis has not been fully investigated yet. The purpose of this study was to examine the correlation between VEGF signaling and cultured human periosteal-derived cells osteogenesis. Periosteal tissues of $5\;{\times}\;20\;mm$ were obtained from mandible during surgical extraction of lower impacted third molar from 3 patients. Periosteal-derived cells were introduced into the cell culture and were subcultured once they reached confluence. After passage 3, the periosteal-derived cells were further cultured for 42 days in an osteogenic inductive culture medium containing dexamethasone, ascorbic acid, and ${\beta}-glycerophosphate$. We evaluated the alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity, the expression of Runx2 and VEGF, alizarin red S staining, and the quantification of osteocalcin and VEGF secretion in the periosteal-derived cells. The ALP activity increased rapidly up to day 14, followed by decrease in activity to day 35. Runx2 was expressed strongly at day 7, followed by decreased expression at day 14, and its expression was not observed thereafter. Both VEGF 165 and VEGF 121 were expressed strongly at day 35 and 42 of culture, particularly during the later stages of differentiation. Alizarin red S-positive nodules were first observed on day 14 and then increased in number during the entire culture period. Osteocalcin and VEGF were first detected in the culture medium on day 14, and their levels increased thereafter in a time-dependent manner. These results suggest that VEGF secretion from cultured human periosteal-derived cells increases along with mineralization process of the extracellular matrix. The level of VEGF secretion from periosteal-derived cells might depend on the extent of osteoblastic differentiation.

        컴퓨터로 추출된 태아심박동 각 변수들의 상관분석

        목적 : 분만전 태아의 상태를 판독하기 위한 산전검사로서 태아심박동(FHR)검사가 많이 사용되고 있다. 그런데, 산전 FHR검사는 높은 위양성율 및 판독자의 주관적인 판정이 문제점으로 지적된다. 따라서, FHR검사의 객관적 판정방법의 개발이 필요한데, 우선 관련된 변수들의 철저한 연구와 분석이 요구된다. 본 연구는 국내에서 FHR검사의 객관적 판독기준을 위하여, 먼저 FHR과 제 변수들간의 선형적(linearity) 관련성을 통계적으로 규명하고자 시도되었다. 연구방법 : 한양대학병원 산부인과에서 산전검사로서 비수축성 검사(nonstress test, NST)를 시행 받은 임산부를 대상으로 하였고, FHR검사자료의 수집 및 FHR 각 변수값의 추출은 FHR 판독 소프트웨어인 HYFM-I, II 를 이용하였다. 1988년부터 1997년까지 10 년간 수집된 대상 파일 중 분석 가능한 6,455 예에 대하여 FHR과 제 변수의 선형성(linearity)에 기초한 상관관계를 보았다. 분석된 상관 관계에 기초하여 임신주수에 따른 FHR 값과 두 변이도, 즉 진폭(Amplitude, Amp) 및 박동간격(Mean minute range, MMR)를 하나의 군(group)으로(이하 F.A.M.)하고, 임신주수(NSTweeks), 기록손실도(Signal loss) 그리고 태동수(Fetal movement)를 또 다른 하나의 집단군(이하 N.S.F.)으로 하여, 정준상관분석(Canonical correlation analysis)을 실시하였다. 결과 : 두 집단(F.A.M. & N.S.F.군)간 상관관계가 만삭전(N=3,993)에는 r=0.40, (p=0.001) 만삭(N=2,387)에서는r=0.34(p=0.001) 그리고 만삭후(N=75)에는 r=0.41(p=0.004)로 나타났으며, 이를 세분화하여 살펴본 결과, 임신 23주 이전에는 r=0.79(p=0.013)로 높은 선형의존도가 있었다. 임신 23주 이후부터 30주 이전까지는 다소 불규칙한 변화 (23∼24주(r)=0.47, 25∼26주(r)=0.29, 27∼28주(r)=23∼24주(r)=0.47, 25∼26주(r)=0.29, 27∼28주(r)=0.56, 29∼30주(r)=0.24)를 보였고, 임신 30주 이후부터는 r=0.3∼0.4정도(31∼32주(r)=0.32, 33∼34주(r)=0.33, 35∼36주(r)=0.37, 37∼38주(r)=0.33, 39∼40주(r)=0.37, 41주이상(r)=0.35)로서 안정적인 관계변화를 보여 주었다(p<0.02). FHR과 두 변이도, 즉 진폭(AMP)와 박동간격(MMR)의 N.S.F.군과의 선형적 관계를 보면, 만삭전에서 태아심박동수는 r=0.06, AMP와 MMR과는 동일한 r=0.39을 보이다가 만삭중 및 만삭이후가 되면서 점차 고른 상관성을 보였다(FHR(r)=-0.27, AMP(r)=0.23 그리고 MMR(r)=0.35). 또한, F.A.M.군과 임신주수는 만삭전에서 다소의 선형관계가 있었지만(r=0.27), 만삭, 만삭후에서 0에 가까운 선형관계로 변화되었다.〔term(r) = 0.01, postterm(r) = 0.06〕 결론 : 본 연구에서는 태아심박동수와 제 변수의 선형관계를 임신주수별로 유기적, 복합적 그리고 정량적으로 제시하였는데, 이것은 앞으로 일차적이고 본질적인 선형성의 기준치로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 임신주수증가에 따라 불안정한 선형적 관계가 안정적인 선형적 관계로 변화하는 것은, 미숙한 과도기적 단계에서 성숙한 단계로의 도약을 의미하는 것으로, 향후 정상, 비정상임신에서 이들 선형적 변화와 비선형적 관계 규명 그리고 종합적인 관계 연구가 요구된다 하겠다. Objective : We aim to analyze each variable affecting FHR to build objective decision basis using canonical correlation analysis Methods : The sixty four hundred and fifty five cases of NST from 1988 to 1997 at Hanyang University hospital were collected. We used FHR interpretation softwares, HYFM-I & II those were already developed by author, for extraction of each variable of FHR. We classified the variables into 2 groups, F.A.M(FHR, Amplitude, Mean minute range) and N.S.F(NST weeks, Signal loss, Fetal movement) groups. The Canonical correlation was compared between each variable and group.Results : The canonical correlation between F.A.M & N.S.F are as follows; r=0.40 (p=0.001) in preterm, r=0.34 (p=0.001) in term, and r=0.41 (p=0.004) in postterm. The high linear dependency is shown as r=0.79 (p=0.013) before 23 weeks, the irregular changes shown from 23 weeks to 30 weeks (r=0.47 in 23-24 weeks, r=0.29 in 25-26 weeks, r=0.56 in 27-28 weeks, r=0.24 in 29-30 weeks) and the stable relative changes shown (about r=0.3-0.4) after 30 weeks (r=0.32 in 31-32 weeks, r=0.33 in 33-34 weeks, r=0.37 in 35-36, r=0.33 in 37-38 weeks, r=0.37 in 39-40 weeks, r=0.35 after 41 weeks) (p<0.02). In the linear correlation of FHR, two indicies of FHR variables, AMP and MMR pertaining to N.S.F., FHR(r) is 0.06, AMP and MMR seem to be identical as r=0.30 and then the canonization in term and postterm〔FHR(r)=-0.27, AMR(r)=0.23, and MMR(r)=0.35〕lies in the regular pattern. Moreover, there is rather a linear correlation between F.A.M and the gestational weeks in preterm and it is changed into linearity similar to zero in term and postterm pregnancies〔term(r)=0.01, postterm(r)=0.06〕Conclusions : This study shows the linearity of FHR and the variable which are based on the gestational weeks organically, comprehensibly, and quantitatively. It would be utilized as the fundamental standard of the linearity. The changes from the irregular linear correlation to the regular pattern according to advancing gestational weeks means the changes from the immature and transitional level to the mature level. The closer investigation of the linear and the non-linear changes in normal or abnormal pregnancies, and the unified correlation studies remain for further research.

        디지털 TV의 RGB 이득 인자에 의한 자동 화이트 밸런스 조정

        In this paper, we propose a method to adjust RGB gain factors at each luminance level for DTV white balance and we implement it to test the effectiveness of the developed algorithm. Gain Factors for DTV white balance are adjusted independently by R<SUB>gain</SUB>, G<SUB>gain</SUB>, B<SUB>gain</SUB> control for each preset luminance levels. The relationships between the measured values of u′ and v′ color coordinates and the parameters R<SUB>gain</SUB>, G<SUB>gain</SUB>, B<SUB>gain</SUB> are approximated by a set of linear equations. Using these equations, an automatic white balance adjustment algorithm is implemented. To demonstrate the validity of the proposed method, we present the color differences of white point (u′, v′) color coordinates of HDTV standard ITU.BT.709 and the measured (u′, v′) after applying the proposed algorithm. Also, the achieved correlated color temperatures(CCT) are plotted with the temperatures before the adjustment which verifying a considerable improvement by showing its location around the standard daylight color temperature of 6500°[K].

        파킨슨병 환자의 뇌에서 전기영동시 서행하는 α - Synuclein 발견

        α-Synuclein is a pivotal genetic factor implicated in the pathogenesis of Parkinsons disease(PD), since pathogenicα-synuclein gene mutations occur in rare familial PD and wild-type α-synuclein appears to be a major component of Lewy bodies observed in PD. The main goal of this study was to determine whether the expression patterns of α-synuclein are differentially affected in the brains of PD, compared to normal controls. Here, we showed that new forms of the slowly-migrating α-synuclein were detected from the striatum, a region selectively affected in PD, in the brain of the patients with PD, but not from cerebellum of PD and normal controls. Moreover, these forms of α-synuclein were observed from the right brain that has a unilateral 6-hydroxydopamine lesioned nigrostriatal system in a rat model of PD. The results suggest that the new differential alteration inα-synuclein might be associated with the pathogenesis of PD.
