        임상진단명에 따른 질병분류체계 구축모형 개발 - 안과를 대상으로 -

        Background : ICD-10 Classification, which is used domestically as well as internationally, has limited use in the clinical practice since it is developed for at disease statistics and epidemiology. Therefore, the purposes of this study were to improve the quality of diagnosis by constructing a new disease classification based on the diagnoses doctors currently make in the clinical setting and connecting this classification with OCS and EMR, and to meet the demands of doctors for high quality medical study data in medical research. Methods : The specialists in each ophthalmic subfield collected clinical diagnoses and abbreviations based on the ophthalmology textbooks and confirmed the classifications. Total number of clinical diagnoses collected was totaled 672, for which ideal diagnoses had been selected and a new model of disease classification model in connection with ICD-10 was constructed. The constructed classification of clinical diagnoses consisted of six steps: the first step was the classification by ophthalmic subspecialty field; the second to fifth steps were the detailed classification by each specialty field; the sixth step was the classification by site. Results : After introducing the new disease classification, research on the use and a pre-post comparison was conducted. The result from the research on the use of the clinical diagnoses in inpatient and outpatient care has shown a gradually increasing tendency. From the pre-post comparison of EMR discharge summary diagnoses, the result demonstrated that the diagnosis was stated correctly and in detail. Since the diagnosis was stated correctly, code classification became correct as well, which makes it possible to construct high quality medical DB. Conclusion : This construction of clinical diagnoses provides the medical team with high quality medical information. It is also expected to increase the accuracy and efficiency of service in the department of medical record and department of insurance investigation. In the future, if hospitals wish to construct a classification of clinical diagnosis and a standard proposal of clinical diagnosis is presented by a medical society, the standardization of diagnosis seems to be possible.

        축제 서비스품질이 긍정적 감정, 애호도에 미치는 영향 - 긍정적 감정의 매개역할을 중심으로 -

        This study aimed to verify the influence relationship between festival service quality, positive emotions and favorability, and whether positive emotions play a mediating role. A survey was conducted for visitors to the Yeongdeungpo Yeouido Spring Flower Festival in 2021, and empirical analysis was carried out using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS statistical program, including frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, multiple regression analysis, and bootstrap analysis. As a result of the study, it was found that reliability, empathy, and responsiveness among festival service quality factors had a positive (+) effect on positive emotions, and positive emotions of festivals had a positive (+) effect on favorability. In addition, reliability and responsiveness among the festival service quality factors had a positive (+) effect on attitude favorability, and reliability, certainty, and responsiveness had a positive (+) effect on behavioral favorability. Finally, it was found that positive emotions play a mediating role between festival service quality and favorability. This suggests that the provision of accurate information to visitors and the response of staff for the festival are important in festival service quality, and that the positive emotions of visitors at the festival can make the festival more favorable to increase their revisit.

        가족상담 전문가 교육에 대한 미국의 연구동향 분석: 프로그램 평가를 중심으로

        The purpose of this study was to critically analyze the studies about marriage and family counseling/therapy training that have been published in the U. S. It was expected to find future directions of Korean family counseling education research by this study. This review was conducted with 35 empirical studies, which were divided into the following five sections: needs assessment, program theory evaluation, process monitoring, impact assessment, and efficiency assessment. This study found that most of the family counseling training research were focused on needs assessment, process monitoring, and program theory evaluation. In terms of research method, qualitative methods and mixed methods have been actively utilized as well as quantitative methods. In Korea, it is rare to find a study regarding family counseling education. Since several graduate programs for family counseling have been established in Korea, it is imperative to do research for needs assessment and program theory evaluation of family counseling training programs. This will help to consolidate family counseling field in Korea. 본 연구는 우리나라의 가족상담 전문가 교육프로그램에 대한 평가 연구를 활성화시키기 위하여 미국에서 출판된 연구논문들을 분석하고 그 시사점을 찾고자 하였다. 프로그램 평가적 접근이 적용되어 검색된 총 35편의 연구들이 5개의 하위 영역으로 분류되어 분석되었다. 5개의 하위 영역은 요구분석, 프로그램 이론 평가, 과정 평가, 효과성 평가, 효율성 평가 등이다. 미국의 경우 가족상담 전문가 교육 프로그램에 대한 대부분의 연구들이 요구분석, 프로그램 이론 평가, 그리고 과정 평가에 집중되어 있었다. 특히 최근에는 양적 연구방법 뿐 아니라 질적 연구방법 및 복합적 연구방법 등이 다양하게 적용되어 실행되고 있었다. 우리나라의 경우 가족상담 전문가 교육프로그램이 개발되어 운영되고 있는 상황이므로 프로그램 개발․평가의 초기 단계에서 행해지는 요구분석과 프로그램 이론 평가가 더욱 절실히 요구된다고 할 수 있다. 이러한 연구들은 가족상담 분야가 독자적인 영역 구축을 하기 위한 발판이 될 것이다.

        한국어 교육기관의 상담 체계 구축 방안 연구

        Currently, in Korea, as the number of international students increase, the available methods of which foreigners get accustomed to Korean culture and language learning are being debated. Foreigners arrive in Korea and the closest relationship for them is this student-teacher relationship where the teacher plays the role of an advisor who helps students and at the same time, plays the role of cross-cultural coordinator. Also, the encouragement of Korean learning and the mental stability of foreign learners is an important role. However, as ‘cross-cultural coordinators’ expecting Korean language teachers to be ‘mental stability counselors’ and participate in educational training is not reality. This paper explores how Korean language teachers aid learners in becoming accustomed to Korean life and promote mental stability of Korean learners learning by focusing on ‘real teachers counselling cases’. Where teacher counselling education is not reality, we explored the organization of a Korean language institution counselling system. Through this we looked at how teacher counselling for Korean language learners changed and how the teachers’ satisfaction and accessibility changed to see the importance of establishing a Korean language institution’s system for Korean language teachers counselling.

        주입속도에 따른 가온된 생리식염수와 혈액의 투여온도

        Purpose: This study was undertaken to determine the effect of the infusion rate on the temperature of the infusate reaching the distal end of an infusion tubing with active fluid warming. Methods: One-liter bags of normal saline were warmed to 60˚C using a microwave oven and were then run through standard infusion tubing at rates of 200, 400, 600, 800, and 1,000 mL/hr. The temperatures at the distal end of the infusion tubing were measured every one minute for the first 10 minutes and then every ten minutes for 1 hour. Subsequently, normal saline and packed redblood cells, which were warmed using a fluid warmer, were infused at rates of 200, 400, 600, 800, and 1,000 mL/hr. Temperatures were recorded when the readings had stabilized within a range of ±0.1˚C. Results: Normal saline warmed by a microwave oven could be delivered through standard infusion tubing at a temperature of more than 37˚C if the normal saline had been preheated to 60˚C and infused through long tubing (210 cm) at rates of 800 and 1,000 mL/hr. Also, normal saline and packed red blood cells, warmed to 41˚C with a fluid warmer, could be delivered at a temperature of or near 37˚C through relatively short tubing (110 cm) at a rate of 1,000 mL/hr. The fluid composition influenced the infusate temperature (p<0.05). Conclusion: When patients with hypothermia or major trauma are treated by infusing warmed normal saline or packed red blood cells, we should consider appropriate flow rates for the fluid so as to maintain a therapeutic delivery temperature when using practical infusion tubing in the ED setting.

      • LPS에 의해 유도된 RAW264.7 세포에서 산부추 (Allium thunbergii G. Don) 에 의한 Nitric Oxide 억제 효과

        Plant extracts have been shown to exert a variety of biological activities including anti-inflammation. In the present study, we have demonstrated that the methanolic extract from Allium thunbergii G. Don inhibited production of NO in LPS-activated macrophage RA W264. 7 cells in dose-dependent manner with IC50 values of 34.5μg/ml. Allium thμnbergii extract did not significantly affected cell proliferation at the concentration up to 100μgjml. The plant extracts reduced expression of iNOS mRNA. We also showed that the extract inhibited expression of proinflammatory cytokine genes such as TNF-a, IL-l ß, and IL-6. Our results implicate that A. thunbergii G. Don may prove beneficial with regard to the development of natural agents for prevention and treatment of inflammatory diseases.

        재외동포, 이주 및 다문화 배경 구성원 대상 한국어 교육 정책에 대한 소고 -외교부, 법무부, 여성가족부의 한국어 교육 사업을 중심으로-

        The purpose of this study was to derive implications for the policies on the Korean language education by examining policies and major projects and considering problems of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family which are the government departments that oversee Korean language education policies for foreigners in Korea and abroad. With the examination of The Korean language education policies and project data of each ministry from the 2000’s to the first half of 2021, the changes and characteristics of major projects were described as four criteria: curriculum and textbook development, teacher training, education support and integration/liaison between curriculums. When the documents of the three ministries were categorized according to the analysis criteria, the documents in the curriculum and textbook development area were the most common as 73(47.1%), the area of education support was 40(25.8%), the area of teacher training was 37(23.9%) and the area of integration/liaison between curriculums was 5(3.2%). This showed that the three ministries focused most on the curriculum and textbook development area and the rest of the standards differed slightly by ministry. The result of examining the characteristics of work showed that all three ministries were conducting Korean language education business by targets. With the diversity of the purposes of learning Korean language and the complexity of beneficiaries of the Korean language education business, it was found that there were limitations in business categorized by targets. In the development of Korean language textbook, all three ministries were relatively well coordinated with the National Institute of Korean Language the primary concern department. It was also confirmed that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Justice focused on developing their own educational materials according to their departmental characteristics. In terms of teacher training, the Korean language teacher certificate under the supervision of the National Institute of Korean Language was recognized. However the Ministry of Foreign Affairs was promoting a system such as the Hangul school teacher certification system. And the Ministry of Justice was making efforts through multi-cultural society specialist program and the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family through re-education of visiting Korean language teachers. To consolidate policies, it was still necessary to operate a higher level department dedicated to the reorganization and the operation of the Korean language education policies. It was also confirmed that it was necessary to accumulate information in big data on beneficiaries and non-beneficiaries of Korean language education. 이 연구는 국내외 외국인 대상의 한국어 교육 정책을 주관하고 있는 정부 부처인 외교부, 법무부, 여성가족부의 한국어 교육 정책과 주요 사업을 살펴보고 문제점을 고찰하여 각 부처의 한국어 교육 정책에 대한 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 이에 2000년대부터 2021년 상반기까지 각 부처의 한국어 교육 정책과 사업 자료를 확인하고 주요 사업의 변화와 특징을 교육과정과 교재 개발, 교원 양성, 교육 지원, 교육과정 간 통합/연계의 4가지 기준으로 기술하였다. 세 부처의 문서를 분석 기준에 따라 통합하여 분류하면, 교육과정과 교재 개발 영역의 문서는 총 73개(47.1%)로 가장 많이 나타났으며, 교육 지원 영역은 40개(25.8%), 교원 양성 영역은 37개(23.9%), 교육과정 간 통합/연계 영역은 5개(3.2%)로 나타나, 세 부처 모두 한국어 교육과정과 교재 개발 사업에 가장 많은 비중을 두고 있는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 나머지 기준은 부처별로 약간의 차이가 나타났다. 세 부처별로 업무의 특성을 살펴본 결과, 세 부처 모두 대상별로 한국어 사업을 진행하고 있었다. 그러나 외국인의 한국어 학업 목적이 다양하고, 한국어 사업의 수혜 대상이 복잡해지고 있어 대상별 사업의 한계가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 한국어 교재 개발에서 외교부, 법무부, 여성가족부는 주무부서인 국립국어원과의 협력이 비교적 잘 이루어지고 있으나 외교부와 법무부는 부처별로 특성에 맞게 자체 교육 자료 개발에도 집중하고 있음을 확인하였다. 교원 양성 측면에서는 국립국어원이 주관하는 한국어교원 자격을 인정하고 있으나 외교부는 한글학교 교사 인증제와 같은 제도를 추진하고 있으며, 법무부는 다문화사회전문가, 여성가족부는 방문 한국어교원 재교육 등에도 노력을 기울이고 있었다. 이러한 점 등을 고려할 때 대상별로 각기 이루어지는 한국어 교육 정책에 대한 정비와 한국어 교육 정책을 전담할 수 있는 상위 부서의 운영이 여전히 필요함을 알 수 있었으며, 한국어 교육 수혜자 및 미수혜자 등에 대한 정보를 빅데이터로 축적할 필요가 있음을 확인하였다.
