딥러닝 기반 Super Resolution 기술의 현황 및 최신 동향

최근 Ultra-High Definition(UHD) 등의 고해상도 디스플레이가 시장에 등장하고 이에 따라 소비자의 요구가 커지면서 기존의 Full-High Definition(FHD)과 같 은 저 해 상 도 (Low Resolution, LR) 영상을 고해상도(High Resolution, HR) 영상으로 변환할 수 있는 초해상화(Super-Resolution) 알고리즘에 대한 관심이 커지고 있다. 그러나 기존의 전통적인 초해상화 기법들은 고해상도 영상을 복원하는 과정에서 디테일한 부분의 화질 저화 및 열화가 존재하는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 최근 널리 연구되고 있는 딥러닝 기반의 초해상화 알고리즘 연구의 최신 기술 현황 및 동향을 소개하고자 한다. 딥러닝 기반의 초해상화 알고리즘은 기존의 전통적인 기법들에 비해 높은 성능을 보여주고 있으며 현재까지도 다양한 네트워크가 제안되며 활발히 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 딥러닝 기반의 초해상화 알고리즘 중 대표적인 네트워크들을 분석하고 다양한 데이터 셋에 대한 해당 네트워크의 실험 결과를 통해 딥러닝 기반의 초해상화 알고리즘의 우수성을 확인하고자 한다.

Recently, piezoelectric tactile sensors have garnered considerable attention in the field of texture recognition owing to their high sensitivity and high-frequency detection capability. Despite their remarkable potential, improving their mechanical flexibility to attach to complex surfaces remains challenging. In this study, we present a flexible piezoelectric sensor that can be bent to an extremely small radius of up to 2.5 mm and still maintain good electrical performance. The proposed sensor was fabricated by controlling the thickness that induces internal stress under external deformation. The fabricated piezoelectric sensor exhibited a high sensitivity of 9.3 nA/kPa ranging from 0 to 10 kPa and a wide frequency range of up to 1 kHz. To demonstrate real-time texture recognition by rubbing the surface of an object with our sensor, nine sets of fabric plates were prepared to reflect their material properties and surface roughness. To extract features of the objects from the detected sensing data, we converted the analog dataset to short-term Fourier transform images. Subsequently, texture recognition was performed using a convolutional neural network with a classification accuracy of 97%.
S-465 IgM deposit, Prognosis factor in the Biopsy-proven Mesangioproliferative Glomerulonephritis

Bakground: Mesangioproliferative glomerulonephritis (MsPGN) is less well described in the literature. In this study, 122 biopsy-proven MsPGN cases were reviewed about the natural course and prognosis factors of the MsPGN. Methods: 122 Biopsy-proven MsPGN patients from 2004 to 2014 with minimum 3-year follow-up period were studied.Through the analysis of the laboratory findings and biopsy results of the included cases, the natural courses of the disease and prognosis factors were reviewed retrospectively. Changes in Creatinine and eGFR at time of kidney biopsy and at the last visit of the institute were compared according to the following factors: 1) Sex, 2) Age at the initial diagnosis, 3) Urine Protein Creatinine ratio, 4) Presence of IgM deposit found on biopsy. Result: Of the 122 cases, 31 were male and 91 were female patients.The mean patient age was 42.5 and ranged between 18 and 67. Average follow-up period was 93.5 months and ranged between 36 and 145 months. 11 patients had proteinuria at the time of diagnosis and 5 patients had CKD stage2 eGFR.During the follow-up period, 8 patients were treated with steroids or cytotoxic agents. Two patients proceeded to ESRD and started dialysis.The biopsy result showed that 28 patients had sclerosis, 51 patients had tubular atrophy and 50 patients had interstitial fibrosis. IgM deposit was observed in 70 cases. There were no significant differences in eGFR changes between male and female (M :-13.51±3.45, F :-14.02±1.95, p=0.896). Patients were divided into two groups: Ages 40 years and younger, and Older than 40 years. There were no significant differences in these groups.(yr≤40 :-15.27±3.25, yr>40 :-13.22±1.97, p=0.570). Biopsy results were reviewed in order to analyze the relationship between IgM deposit and eGFR changes. Patients with absent IgM deposit on biopsies showed lowered decreasing rate of eGFR(absence :-9.27±2.48, presence :-17.49±2.24, p=0.016). Conclusions: MsPGN is a distinct type of glomerulopathy with a benign renal prognosis. However, the presence of IgM deposit found on Biopsy at diagnosis could be related to poor prognosis of the disease and a close observation on such patient is preferred.
