        신호현시 정보 제공 시스템의 시간 지연특성 연구

        A V2X system can be a candidate as a means to increase the stability of autonomous vehicles. In particular, in order to implement a Level 4 or higher autonomous driving system, the application of the V2X system is essential. Wireless communication technologies applicable to the V2X system include WAVE and C-V2X. Currently, the V2X service most used by autonomous driving systems is a service that provides signal phase and timing information and since real-time characteristic is a very important, verification of this service must be done. In this paper, we measured the time delay characteristics for providing signal phase and timing information using WAVE and LTE communication, and proposed a TOD-based signal phase and timing information generation method without using V2X communication system. To analyze the time delay characteristics, RTT (Round Trip Time) was measured as a result of the measurement. Average RTT using WAVE communication was 5.84ms and was 104.15ms with LTE communication. As a result of measuring the error between the signal phase and timing information generated based on TOD and the actual traffic light state, it was measured to be -0.284~3.784sec.

        쌀 분말을 이용한 유아용 파우더의 이화학적 특성 연구

        유아용 파우더는 유아의 기저귀 발진을 방지하거나 기타 다른 화장용 파우더의 원료로 사용되고 있고 그 주성분은 일반적으로 광물질인 탈크 분말이 주로 이용되고 있다. 탈크 분말은 사용에 있어 호흡기로 흡입하게 되면 심각한 폐 손상 등을 야기하여 위험하다고 알려져 있다. 쌀 분말을 이용한 유아용 파우더를 개발하기 위하여 3종류의 쌀 품종이 사용되었고, 곱게 분쇄하였다. 최적의 유아용 파우더를 얻기 위해 몇 단계의 분쇄과정을 거쳤고, 파우더에 대한 오일과 실리콘 코팅 처리 전후의 파우더 입자크기, 생리활성, 색차, 수분 흡수율 등의 파우더 특성을 검정하였다. 분말의 색택과 입자 크기 등의 특성에서 고아미 품종의 파우더가 우수한 특성을 보였고, 전자현미경 관찰결과 오일과 실리콘 오일 코팅한 쌀 파우더가 탈크에 비해 둥글고 부드러운 모양을 나타내었다. 또한 오일과 실리콘 코팅에 의해 평균 입자크기가 줄어드는 현상을 나타내었으며 쌀 분말의 단점인 수분흡수를 차단하여 파우더로서 우수한 특성을 유지함을 보였다. Baby powder is an astringent powder used to prevent diaper rash. It also has other cosmetic uses. In general, it is composed of talc powder (talcum powder). Talc powder is harmful if inhaled because it can cause significant lung damage. With the aim of developing a new rice-based baby powder, three kinds of rice varieties were selected and pulverized. To determine the cost-effectiveness of the different states of rice powder, several milling processes were tried, and the powder characteristics of the resulting rice powder, such as particle size, biological activities, digitalized color value, and moisture content before and after coating treatment with essential oil and silicon oil, were examined. “Goami” showed good flour characteristics with respect to lightness (92.0, L*[D65] value) and particle size (8.9 μm). SEM analysis showed that the rice powder particles coated in the essential oil and silicon oil showed a smoother and rounder appearance than those of the talc powder. In addition, the average particle size was decreased by the essential oil and silicon oil coating. The silicon oil coating solved the problem of moisture absorption in rice flour. Rice flour properly coated with essential oil and silicon oil shows great potential as a new material source of powder.

        국내 육성된 향미 품종의이앙시기별 이화학적 특성 및 향기성분 비교 분석

        1. 본 연구의 향미의 품종별, 이앙시기별 이화학적 특성 평가한 결과 품종간의 차이는 나타나지 않았으며 단백질 함량은 5.8~7.3%로 나타났고 5월 22일 조기이앙시 평균 6.4%로 가장 낮았으며 지방 함량은 조기이앙시 평균 $2.6{\pm}0.1%$, 보통기이앙시 평균 $2.5{\pm}0.1%$, 만기이앙시 평균 $2.2{\pm}0.1%$를 나타내어 이앙시기가 빠를수록 높은 경향을 나타내었다. 2. 향미 품종 중 Hyangmibyeo 2 ho가 강하점도의 값이 152.3RVU로 가장 높아 전분의 구조가 호화되기 쉬운 구조적 특성을 가지고 다른 품종에 비해 밥맛이 우수 할 것으로 판단되며 이앙시기는 조기나 보통기 이앙이 좋을 것으로 판단된다. 3. 향미 품종, 이앙시기별 향기성분 정량 분석 비교에서는 향기성분 등 중 대표적으로 2-acetyl-1-pyrroline (2AP)를 지표성분으로 정하여 정량분석 한 결과 품종 중에는 Aromi가 $41.7{\sim}66.7{\mu}g/100g$으로 가장 높은 2AP의 함량을 나타내었고 이앙시기의 영향은 모든 품종에서 각각 보통기이앙시 평균 $37.4{\mu}g/100g$, 만기이앙시 $31.5{\mu}g/100g$ 조기이앙 시 평균 $37.4{\mu}g/100g$ 순으로 나타났다. 최적 이앙시기는 생산력 검정 등의 다양한 요소를 고려해 볼 때 6월 5~20일 사이에 이앙하는 것이 최적으로 판단된다. BACKGROUND:The Aromatic rice which is characterized by the flavor of Nurungji when cooked rice, and consumption is increasing recently. The purpose of this study was to investigate the physicochemical characteristics and aroma components of five aromatic rice cultivars according to transplanting time. METHODS AND RESULTS: Quantitative analysis of protein, fat, fatty acid and essential amino acid for five aroma rice cultivars(Hyangmibyeo 2 ho, Aromi, Mihyang, Aranghyangchal, Heughyang)and transplanting time was analyzed by crude protein analyzer, gas chromatography (GC), liquid chromatography (LC) and viscosity analysis was done by using rapid viscosity analyzer (RVA). The content of 2-acetyl-1-pyrroline (2AP) was determined by gas chromatography mass spectrometer. (GC-MS) As a result, the average protein and lipid contents were 6.5% and 2.4%, respectively. The content of essential amino acid showed the highest content at 104.4mg/g. There was no significant change in normal nutrients during the transplanting time. By RVA, cv.Hyangmibyeo 2 ho showed the highest peak and total setback viscosities and lowest breakdown viscosity in early transplantation. The content of 2AP in flavor varieties and transplanting time was quantitatively analyzed by GC-MS. Among the cultivars, Aromi showed the highest 2AP contents at $66.7{\mu}g/100gin$ normal transplanting time. CONCLUSION: cv.Aromi and Hyangmibyeo 2 ho were excellent physicochemical properties and 2AP components contents amongaromatic rice cultivars tested. Theiroptimaltime to transplant was at the beginning of June in the area of Miryang.

        중만생 항산화 적색메벼 ‘건강홍미’

        To fit the market demands for functional rice such as black and red color rice, ‘Sugary’a high free sugar content line was backcrossed to the black rice ‘Milyang152. The pedigree method was adapted in selection and generation advance. A high polyphenol content line, YR19646-3-2-1-1-2-2 showing red pericarp was selected and designed as ‘Milyang234’ followed by variety name ‘Geonganghongmi’ in 2010. Heading date of ‘Geonganghongmi’ was Aug. 19, medium-late maturing cultivar. ‘Geonganghongmi’ showed resistance to leaf blast and rice stripe virus while susceptible to major diseases and insects. The total polyphenol content of ‘Geonganghongmi’ was high as much as 24.2mg/g compare to that of 4.9mg/g of ‘Nampyeongbyeo’ and 17.2mg/g of a red pericarp rice ‘Jeogjinju’ at 70% ethanol extraction conditions. In local adaptability tests, yield of ‘Geonganghongmi’ was 4.5MT/ha about 86% of ‘Nampyeongbyeo’ and 102% of ‘Jeogjinju’, respectively. ‘Geonganghongmi’ is suitable for southern and middle plain area of Korea.

        기능성 흑찰거대배아미 조생종 벼 품종 ‘눈큰흑찰’

        Nunkeunheugchal (registration No. 01-0001-2014-4), a black waxy giant embryo rice cultivar, was developed by the rice breeding team of National Institute of Crop Science (NICS), RDA in 2012. This cultivar was derived from the cross between get and Josaengheugchal in 2004/2005 winter season, and selected by a promising line, YR25277-B-B-314-2, was selected and designated as the line of Milyang263 in 2009. The local adaptability test of Milyang263 was carried out at four locations from 2010 to 2012 and it was named as Nunkeunheugchal. This variety is a early maturity cultivar. It has 65 cm in culm length and 72 spikelets per panicle, and 1,000 grain-weight of brown rice is 17.8 g which is less than that of Josaengheugchal. This variety is resistant to leaf blast, but susceptible to bacterial blight, neck blast, virus disease and insect pest. The yield potential of Nunkeunheugchal was about 3.54 MT/ha as brown rice at ordinary fertilizer level in local adaptability test for three years. Nunkeunheugchal possesses benefits to rice consumers because of high amounts of GABA, anthocyanin, calcium and iron. This variety would be adaptable to the paddy field of middle and southern plain region of Korea.
