장애인의 경제활동상태에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구: 정신적 장애와 신체적 장애를 중심으로

This study examined the influence of demographic factors, human capital, psychological capital, and social capital on the economic activity state of mentally and physically handicapped persons using the 2019’s Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled(PSED). Based on the results, the purpose is to suggest ways to induce people with disabilities from inactive economic activity to economic activity and to support the difficulties of the person concerned. In this study, 539 mentally handicapped persons and 2,447 physically handicapped persons were selected, and a multinomial logistic analysis method was used. As a result of the analysis, in the case of mentally handicapped persons, self-efficacy, self-stigmatizing thinking, and those who will help with employment have significantly influenced the state of economic activity. In the case of physically handicapped persons, people who will help with employment, family relationship satisfaction, and participation in leisure life significantly influenced the state of economic activity. As a suggestion, expansion of vocational education tailored to individual characteristics, customized psychological intervention, and employment counseling for people with disabilities at home should be activated. 본 연구는 제2차 웨이브 장애인 고용패널 4차 년도(2019년) 데이터를 활용하여 인구사회학적 특성, 인적자본, 심리적 자본, 사회적 자본이 정신적 장애인과 신체적 장애인의 경제활동 상태에 미치는 영향력을 검증하고 그 결과를 바탕으로 비경제활동 상태에 처한 장애인의 경제활동 상태로의 유인과 당사자의 어려움 지원 방안을 제시하는 데에 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 경제활동 상태 문항에 응답한 정신적 장애인 539명과 신체적 장애인 2,447명인 총 2,986명을 최종 분석대상으로 삼았으며, 다항로지스틱 분석방법을 활용하였다. 분석결과, 정신적 장애인의 경우 자기효능감, 자기낙인적 사고, 취업에 도움을 줄 사람 등이 경제활동상태에 유의하게 영향을 미쳤고, 신체적 장애인에서는 교육년수, 장애수용, 자기효능감, 자기낙인적 사고, 취업에 도움을 줄 사람, 가족관계만족도, 여가생활참여도 등이 경제활동상태에 유의하게 영향을 미쳤다. 연구결과 장애인의 경제활동 참여를 촉진하기 위해서는 개인적 특성에 맞는 직업교육 확대, 맞춤형 심리 개입, 재가 장애인을 대상으로 하는 고용 상담이 활성화되어야 한다.

발달장애인 자녀를 둔 어머니의 비공식적 사회적 지지가 가족응집력을 매개로 양육부담감에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 발달장애인 자녀를 둔 어머니의 비공식적 사회적 지지가 가족응집력을 매개로 양육부담감에 미치는 영향에서 가족지원서비스 이용의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하는데 있다. 이를 위해 만 6세 이상 20세 미만 지적 ․ 자폐성장애 자녀를 양육하고 있는 어머니 200명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 발달장애인 어머니의 사회적 지지는 양육부담감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 가족응집력은 비공식적 사회적 지지와 양육부담감의 관계를 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 가족지원서비스 이용은 가족응집력이 양육부담감에 미치는 영향을 조절하는 것으로 나타났으며, 조절된 매개지수 검증결과 가족지원서비스 이용의 조절된 매개효과가 검증되었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 발달장애인 어머니의 양육부담감 경감을 위한 비공식적 사회적 지지와 가족응집력을 높일 수 있는 실천적 접근, 가족지원 서비스의 향상을 위한 정책적 지원 및 프로그램 개선의 필요성을 제언하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the moderated mediating effect of the use of family support services in the relationships among informal social support, family cohesion, and parenting burden of mothers of children with developmental disabilities. For this purpose, 200 mothers who are raising children with intellectual or autistic disabilities were surveyed. The results are as follows. First, the informal social support was associated with parenting burden. Second, family cohesion had a full mediating effect between informal social support and parenting burden. Third, the use of family support services had been shown to moderate the impact of family cohesion on the parenting burden, and the moderated mediating effect were verified. These results suggested that informal social support and practical approach to enhance family cohesion to reduce parenting burden of mothers of children with developmental disabilities, and the need for social policy support and improvement of programs to enhance the family support services.

발달장애인의 도전행동과 성인 비장애 형제의 동반낙인감의 관계: 성인 비장애 형제의 장애인에 대한 태도의 매개효과

본 연구의 목적은 발달장애인의 도전행동과 성인 비장애 형제의 동반낙인감의 관계에서 성인 비장애 형제의 장애인에 대한 태도의 매개효과를 확인하는 데 있다. 연구대상자는 서울시에 거주하는 장애인 가족 내 발달장애인의 성인 비장애 자녀 164명이며, 자료수집은 오프라인 설문조사로 이루어졌다. 연구결과, 성인 비장애 형제의 장애인에 대한 태도는 발달장애인의 도전행동과 성인 비장애 형제의 동반낙인감의 관계를 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 발달장애인의 도전행동은 비장애 형제의 동반낙인감에 정적인 영향을 미치며, 동시에 비장애 형제의 장애인에 대한 부정적인 태도를 통해 동반낙인감에 정적인 영향을 미치기도 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 비장애 형제에 대한 장애인식 교육, 동반낙인감 개입, 부모교육, 통합교육환경에서 비장애 형제의 긍정적 경험 지원, 자조 모임 지원 등의 실천이 필요함을 제시하였다. The aim of this study is to examine the mediating effect of the attitudes of toward persons with disabilities(ATD) among adult siblings without disabilities in the relationship between the challenging behaviors(CB) of siblings with developmental disabilities(DD) and affiliate stigma(AS) of their siblings. Participants are 164 siblings without disabilities in adulthood in Seoul. Data were collected from the “2020 Study on Psychosocial problems for Adult Siblings without Disabilities” conducted by Yonsei University and were analyzed using Process Macro. The results show that the ATD of siblings have a partial mediation effect in the relationship between the CB of siblings with DD and AS of their siblings. In other words, it was found that the CB of siblings with DD had a positive effect on the AS of their siblings, and at the same time had a positive effect on AS through the negative ATD. We suggest that policies and programs including perspective of the disability studies, intervening AS with them as well as perspective of social model to the CB, parental education, helping create positive experiences in integrated education, and support for self-help groups.

Ankle dislocation without malleoiar fracture is very rare injury. Only a few cases were reported previously in the literature and there was no report in Korea. The authors report a case of neglected anterior dislocation of the ankle joint without malleoiar fracture with review of the literature.
