발달장애인 자녀를 둔 어머니의 비공식적 사회적 지지가 가족응집력을 매개로 양육부담감에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 발달장애인 자녀를 둔 어머니의 비공식적 사회적 지지가 가족응집력을 매개로 양육부담감에 미치는 영향에서 가족지원서비스 이용의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하는데 있다. 이를 위해 만 6세 이상 20세 미만 지적 ․ 자폐성장애 자녀를 양육하고 있는 어머니 200명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 발달장애인 어머니의 사회적 지지는 양육부담감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 가족응집력은 비공식적 사회적 지지와 양육부담감의 관계를 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 가족지원서비스 이용은 가족응집력이 양육부담감에 미치는 영향을 조절하는 것으로 나타났으며, 조절된 매개지수 검증결과 가족지원서비스 이용의 조절된 매개효과가 검증되었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 발달장애인 어머니의 양육부담감 경감을 위한 비공식적 사회적 지지와 가족응집력을 높일 수 있는 실천적 접근, 가족지원 서비스의 향상을 위한 정책적 지원 및 프로그램 개선의 필요성을 제언하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the moderated mediating effect of the use of family support services in the relationships among informal social support, family cohesion, and parenting burden of mothers of children with developmental disabilities. For this purpose, 200 mothers who are raising children with intellectual or autistic disabilities were surveyed. The results are as follows. First, the informal social support was associated with parenting burden. Second, family cohesion had a full mediating effect between informal social support and parenting burden. Third, the use of family support services had been shown to moderate the impact of family cohesion on the parenting burden, and the moderated mediating effect were verified. These results suggested that informal social support and practical approach to enhance family cohesion to reduce parenting burden of mothers of children with developmental disabilities, and the need for social policy support and improvement of programs to enhance the family support services.
