Pleomorphic Xanthoastrocytoma is rare astrocyic neoplasm(WHO Grade II - III) of brain, accounting for less than 1% of all astrocytomas. PXAs are typically affects adolescent and young adults ; almost two-thirds of patients are under the age of 18 at initial occurrence. 발달장애인 자녀를 둔 어머니의 비공식적 사회적 지지가 가족응집력을 매개로 양육부담감에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 발달장애인 자녀를 둔 어머니의 비공식적 사회적 지지가 가족응집력을 매개로 양육부담감에 미치는 영향에서 가족지원서비스 이용의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하는데 있다. 이를 위해 만 6세 이상 20세 미만 지적 ․ 자폐성장애 자녀를 양육하고 있는 어머니 200명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 발달장애인 어머니의 사회적 지지는 양육부담감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 가족응집력은 비공식적 사회적 지지와 양육부담감의 관계를 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 가족지원서비스 이용은 가족응집력이 양육부담감에 미치는 영향을 조절하는 것으로 나타났으며, 조절된 매개지수 검증결과 가족지원서비스 이용의 조절된 매개효과가 검증되었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 발달장애인 어머니의 양육부담감 경감을 위한 비공식적 사회적 지지와 가족응집력을 높일 수 있는 실천적 접근, 가족지원 서비스의 향상을 위한 정책적 지원 및 프로그램 개선의 필요성을 제언하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the moderated mediating effect of the use of family support services in the relationships among informal social support, family cohesion, and parenting burden of mothers of children with developmental disabilities. For this purpose, 200 mothers who are raising children with intellectual or autistic disabilities were surveyed. The results are as follows. First, the informal social support was associated with parenting burden. Second, family cohesion had a full mediating effect between informal social support and parenting burden. Third, the use of family support services had been shown to moderate the impact of family cohesion on the parenting burden, and the moderated mediating effect were verified. These results suggested that informal social support and practical approach to enhance family cohesion to reduce parenting burden of mothers of children with developmental disabilities, and the need for social policy support and improvement of programs to enhance the family support services.

발달장애인의 자기효능감이 일상생활만족도에 미치는 영향 : 사회참여의 매개효과를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 발당장애인의 자기효능감이 일상생활만족에 미치는 영향에 있어 사회참여정도의 매개효과를 분석함에 있다. 분석대상은 장애인고용패널조사 2차 웨이브 2차 조사(2017년) 자료의 발달장애인으로 372명이다. 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 발달장애인의 자기효능감은 사회참여정도에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회참여정도는 자기효능감과 일상생활만족에 관계를 완전매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 매개효과 검증은 부트스트래핑(Bootstrapping)으로 진행하였으며, 본 연구결과를 토대로 자기효능감을 향상시키는 프로그램에 대해 현재 운영되는 과정에 대해 논의를 하고 두 번째로, 발달장애인의 일상생활만족을 높일 수 있는 사회참여정도에 있어 실천적 접근방법을 제시하며, 발달장애인의 사회참여정도를 향상시킬 수 있는 정책을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the mediating effects of social participation on the effects of self-efficacy on developmental disabilities on daily life satisfaction. The subjects of the analysis were 372 persons with developmental disabilities in the 2nd Wave 2nd Wave Survey (2017). The main results are as follows. First, self-efficacy of people with developmental disabilities had a positive effect on social participation. Second, the degree of social participation completely mediated the relationship between self-efficacy and daily life satisfaction. The mediating effect test was Bootstrapping. Based on the results of this study, we discussed the current operation of the program to improve self-efficacy. Seoond, the society that can improve the daily life satisfaction of people with developmental disabilities. It suggested a practical approach to participation and suggested a policy to improve the social participation of people with developmental disabilities.

The main purpose of this paper is to treat English question tags considering their pragmatic functions. The language data from English native speakers was analyzed from a pragmatic viewpoint. The subject of the statement sentence agrees with the subject of the question tag is losing its' validity. The propositional contents have determined the number, sex and person of the subject of a question tag so the derivation of the question tag has to be analyzed from the standpoint of situational or the linguistic context of the statement. This has been proved by the language data from English native speakers at Kyungnam University and Masan College. In conclusion, it has to be admitted that sometimes the agreement of subject with the statement and question tag does not agree to the logical result of prescriptive grammar.
