        소형 임대주택 가구특성 및 실내공간 이용실태 조사 연구

        As the provision of National Rental Housing has led the consciousness on rental housing changed, it becomes more necessary to improve the quality of rental housing. The purpose of this study is to analyze the inner space use of a unit and residents' consciousness on the results of surveying the residents in order to construct rental housing which provides comfort residental environment for the residents. Data was collected through questionnaire surveys(459 residents) from 5 estates including 3 estates of National Rental Housing and 2 estates of Public Rental Housing, which is of net area of a unit, for the actual use conditions and their requirements on the inner space of a unit. The results are as follows ; 1) The rental housing differentiated according to the needs from the residents' characteristics should be developed. 2) The main demand household for rental housing is established to that of 4 families including a 40s year-old couple and that of 3 or 4 families including a 30s year-old couple, and a double income family. But the type of household becomes more diverse than before. 3) It is necessary to plan the living room for the Multi-functional inner space emphasizing commom space 4) The various and efficient storage space and system for the residents' demands.

        초등학생의 학교 밖 문식 활동 조사 연구

        이 연구는 초등학생들의 학교 밖 문식 활동의 양상을 살펴 초등학생들의 언어 발달과 국어 활동에 대한 이해를 제고하고, 문식성 교육 개선을 위한 기본적인 정보를 탐색하는 데 주된 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 경기도 및 인천지역의 초등학교 3~6학년으로, 총 13개 초등학교와 각 학교별로 평균 397명, 총 5,110명을 대상으로 하여, 학교 밖에서 자발적으로 이루어지는 읽기와 쓰기 활동의 내용, 매체, 시간, 학습 시간, 독서량 등의 문식 활동의 실태와 이에 영향을 주는 부모, 선생님, 친구, TV, 대화 등의 영향 요인 및 국어 수업과의 관련성을 탐색하기 위한 설문 조사를 실시하였고, 그 실태를 학년별, 성별, 지역별로 분석하였다. 분석 결과 다음과 같은 몇 가지 특징을 발견 하였다. 첫째, 초등학생의 학교 밖 문식 활동은 쓰기보다 읽기를 중심으로 이루어 지는 경향이 있었다. 둘째, 학년이 올라갈수록 취미, 스포츠, 연예, 게임 등의 오락적 내용의 독서를 하는 경향이 나타났다. 셋째, 성별로 학교 밖 문식 활동에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 거의 모든 항목에서 여학생은 남학생보다 읽기, 쓰기를 더 많이 하고 있었으며, 이는 통계적으로 유의하였다. 넷째, 대도시, 중소도시, 읍면지역 중 읍면지역 학생들의 문식 활동이 낮게 나타났다. 다섯째, 학교 밖에서 문식 활동을 전혀 하지 않는다고 응답한 학생들이 적지 않았다. 여섯째, 학년이 올라갈수록 인쇄 매체인 책은 점차 덜 읽는 반면, 문자메시지, 스마트폰 무료 문자 서비스, 인터넷 자료, 전자우편, SNS를 읽는다는 응답이 5학년 이후 급격히 증가하였다. 쓰기 역시 학년이 올라 갈수록 전통적인 의미에서 글이라고 여겨지는 것은 점점 덜 쓰고, 휴대전화나 컴퓨터 등 매체 기반 쓰기는 점점 더 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 일곱째, 학교 밖 문식 활동을 하는 시간보다 사교육 관련 학습을 하는 시간이 더 길었다. 여덟째, 학생들은 국어 수업의 영향을 받아 학교 밖에서 자발적인 읽기, 쓰기를 더 하게 되었다는 것보다 자발적인 읽기, 쓰기 활동을 하면 국어 수업 시간에 하는 읽기, 쓰기가 좋아진다는 것에 더 긍정적인 응답을 했다. 이것은 학생들이 자신들의 학교 밖 문식 활동에 더 큰 의미를 부여하는 것으로 짐작된다. The purpose of this research is to find out the characteristics of South Korean elementary school students` out-of-literacy practices. This research is based on a large-scale survey of 5,110 children from third to sixth grade in 13 elementary schools (average 397 children in each school) in Gyeonggi-do and Incheon, South Korea. A questionnaire was implemented with questions on the content and medium of the students` voluntary reading and writing; the time they spend on their voluntary reading and writing as well as on their studies; how many books they read over the course of one month; how their parents, teachers, friends, television, dialogues with their parents, teachers, friends, and Korean classes might affect their voluntary reading and writing. The results of the survey were analyzed according to the students` grades, genders, and the areas where they live. The main findings were as follows. First, South Korean elementary school students read more readily than they write in out-of-school environments. Second, in terms of the content of reading, older students (upper-graders) read about hobbies, sports, entertainment and games more than younger students (lower-graders) do. Third, girls tend to read and write more than boys. Fourth, city-dwellers read and write more than rural residents. Fifth, a significant number of students do not read or write voluntarily at all. Sixth, older students (upper-graders), particularly fifth- and sixth-graders, read fewer books and more text messages on their cellphones, messages on social networking sites, web page content, and e-mails. They also write less on paper and more on computers and cellphones, especially smartphones. Seventh, children spend more time studying or being tutored at "cram schools" after school than they do reading and writing voluntarily. Last, the more children read and write voluntarily, the more enjoyable they find reading and writing in Korean class. As such, these children evaluate their out-of-school literacy practices more positively than other children.

        "Urban traditional housing" means a type of urban housing which retains characteristics of traditional Korean houses for ordinary people. It is a form of housing created in the process in which traditional Korean ways of life are applied to swift modernization. In Korea's traditional housing, the "court" functioned as a living space that promoted family bonding. The space of the court still remains in the urban traditional housing. However, rapid popularization of the westernized housing form, i.e., apartments, resulted in standardization and westernization of our housing and living patterns, and as a result, the court in urban traditional housing came to lose its original meaning. The objects of this study are residents of urban traditional housing. By studying them, this research aims, firstly, to understand the meaning of the inner court, secondly to analyze correlation between the residents' consciousness of the inner court and their use of the space, and ultimately to find various possible forms of our future housing. For this research, twenty six houses in the Gahoe-dong area in which urban traditional houses are densely built up were investigated. According to the result of this research, the inner court in current urban traditional housing is a space existing inside a house but directly exposed to outer air at the same time. It is a private but shared space. It contributes to forming a pleasant atmosphere by facilitating ventilation and providing sunlight. In addition, it is a living space that actively reflects the Korean living style that values family life.

        한국의 주거문화 모델로서 삼대가족 아파트 개발에 관한 연구

        The Purpose of this study was to verify three generation family apartment appropriate as a cultural housing model in Korea. This was done through library search. For Verification of the validity to develop the apartment, four areas such as elderly welfare, family welfare, housing culture, and housing plan for the elderly were selected. Conclusions were as follows : The apartment hypothesised offers various unit plans which provide various degrees of privacy between the elderly and their married childrens' living quarters, senior centers which provide the elderly's healthcare services and social activity programs, and family welfare centers which provide daycare, library, clubhouse, etc. for residents use only. Additionally it was suggested to be shaped in a way that promotes residents' feeling of togetherness and attachment to the community. The appropriateness of the three generatioin family apartment as a cultural housing model in Korea was verified. It's contribution to promote and disseminate new cultural climate of housing wes expected promising.

      • 도시 저소득층의 주거실태와 주거욕구

        현재 우리나라 전반적인 주거수준은 주택보급율, 주택당 방수, 주택당 가구수등을 살펴본 바에 의해 알 수 있듯이 저소득층의 경우에는 최저수준 이하의 생활을 하고 있고, 대부분 단독주택형태의 방, 부엌, 욕실이 갖추어진 내부공간과 건강, 안락의 기본적인 주거욕구를 갖고 있었으며 공용공간에 대한 태도는 부엌, 마루, 욕실은 함께 사용하기를 꺼려했고, 화장실, 창고, 세탁실의 경우, 긍정적이었다. 그러나 개발가능한 택지조건을 고려해 볼때, 1가구 1주택을 고집할 수는 없으므로 현 상황을 해결하기 위해서는 다세대주택 황용방안을 중심으로, 저소득층의 경제여건과 주거욕구를 고려해서 임대가구를 위한 주택의 체계적 건설, 표준화 단지설정, 임대료 기준설정, 주택자금융자, 부족비용의 지급을 통한 정부의 경제적 지원이 요구된다.

        초고층 아파트 성인 거주자 건강과 실내주거환경의 관계분석

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between housing properties and the residents' health in super high-rise apartment. For the analysis of residents' health, Todai index which was invented for self-reported health measurement was used. The sample size was 595 households in S Newtown. The results of this study were as follows; The story of housing block was not related with the residents' health, which was different from the researches reported from abroad. Which was same in both of the general health condition and the Todai index score. In contrast with this, interior humidity of winter was deeply related with the health condition of residents, however, it had no difference according to the story of housing block in the level of statistical significance. The level of interior humidity of winter has relation with both of the general health condition and the Todai health index score. Opposed to this, the temperature of winter had weak relation with the mental health only. From the result, it was figured out that it is necessary to find out the architectural factors influencing the level of humidity and temperature of winter for improving the residents' health.

        공동주택단지내 부대복리시설의 공간변용에 관한 연구

        This study proposes the problems of the standards enacted by the related regulations in establishing service facilities throughout the field study and survey on the spacial changing patterns and the application status on the service facilities in apartment estates, which become more important, as the community spirit is more required. It also proves that in spite of the strict and uniform regulations, the apartment residents have went through inhabitance process with spacial changes of each facility or establishment of required facility according to their necessity. The spacial changes of service facilities can be considered to be resulted from the uniformed and standardized criteria. The survey result points out that the present standards, which cannot be complied with residents' living conditions and diverse characteristics, should be improved rationally. In order to, therefore, apply the service facilities in apartment estates as a base of improving the community spirit through supporting residents' self-governing activities, this study provides the following improvements which the planning standards of service facilities should have to be revised to: First, the standards should be changed from those simply proportioned with the number of households to those securing the area to support the community activities: Second, the total area of service facilities, which is insufficient presently, should be increased; Third, the planning standard of each service facility should be integrated into an unified standard by the name of community facility to apply various programs according to residents' needs: and, Fourth, the spaces of service facilities should be flexible in planning to take users' self-governing programs, and users' self-control of their applications should be guaranteed.
