실제의 기록과 허구적 창작에 보이는 어득강의 인물 형상

Gwanpo (灌圃) Eodeukgang (1470-1550) was a civil official who served as a dedication, doctrine, and great affairs in the early Joseon Dynasty. Records on it include not only official librarians but also many literary collections of the time and later generations, and also a novel 『어득강전(Eodeukgangjeon)』. Therefore, research on Eodeukgang should be conducted by expanding the horizons, and paying attention to actual records based on history books, or carefully examining real and fictional characters. As a result of paying attention to his words and reputation in the 『Annals of the Joseon Dynasty』, Eodeukgang was a Mokmingwan who worked hard to save the people, but he was not interested in the world's glory, so he retired and lived a life of keeping the temple, and for this reason, he gained a reputation as an idealist who was active and ignorant of the world. When this tendency was expressed through words and actions, he showed a principleist figure who wanted to solve the root of the problem according to laws and principles, and a staunch servant who clearly spoke with cool judgment. However, what Eodeukgang actually wanted to do was play a role that helped the world to edify, so he also showed the aspect of a pragmatist who insisted on establishing a a school of honor and set up a bookstore to cultivate talent. The figure of Eodeukgang in the geographical journal, was a writer with excellent literary talent, a Mokmingwan who saved the people, a retirement from integrity, and a joke artist full of talent and humor. Eodeukgang's figure, which appears in literature transmission materials of a fictional character, is the appearance of a joke artist full of humor and humor. This shows that Eodeukgang's figure, which was noted in the realm of fictional creation, was more of a resourceful joke than a principleist figure. 『어득강전(Eodeukgangjeon)』 presents a new figure. In other words, it is depicted as a book-historical hero who performs tricks through an agent, a person who resists the oppression of unfair power through a base, and a warm person who wins victory against injustice with comical and flexible punishment.

〈강능추월전〉의 구조와 '헤어짐과 만남'

<Gangneungchuweoljeon(강능추월전)> is a story that a sweetheart met with the heaven's fates was separated by a pirate's robbery, and since then their son Lee, woon-hak(운학) kidnapped by just a pirate, finally, after many twists and turns they achieve the reunion of family relationships. And so, it is not too much to say that <Gangneungchuweoljeon(강능추월전)> is the story of 'Separation and Reunion'. But, up to date, there is no study of Separation and Reunion's meaning about this work. So, in this study, it will be analyze the structure of a <Gangneungchuweoljeon(강능추월전)> owned by a professor Kim, gwang-soon, and then make clear that reunion is more important than heroic activity from an structural point of view. In result of structural analysis, it can be tell that from the biographical structure of view, this work shows imperfect heroic life, on the contrary, from the repeated structure of view, it bring out gradual solidification of family relationships by means of repetitive join. Separation and Reunion's inner meaning of the work can be abridged as follow. In process of Lee, choon-baek(이춘백)'s reunion, separations and joins are formed repetitiously, and his reunion is only repatriation from leaving hometown. He is obedient to fate, and cope with the state of affairs heteronomously and passively. So, produce a result of reunion is mere an accident. Lee, woon-hak(이운학)'s reunion is a process that fulfill the lack, and as a result of reunion, he restores his own position. In this process, he deal with a situation spontaneously and actively, and show a different aspect from his father's. Jo, chea-lan(조채란) is a foreigner who get married to Lee, choon-baek(이춘백) from a yeonam(여남). To her, husband's family is the object that must be adapted and make solid her own position. She depart from her father Josangseo(조상서)'s home in yeonam(여남), but go by way of reunion process she consolidate her position in husband's family. And, reunion's meaning is not only subsist in each main character, but also in generation between father and son. In this case, father's reunion speaks for their sense of values based on fatalism, on the other hand, son's speaks for their sense of values based on actualism. As the matter solved by son, we can say that the work emphasize the latter. Besides, reunion is significant because this work reflect the realities of life about separation and join. It was aspects of life to the people of those days that separation induced by war and needy life, and they dreamed of hope for join through a little romantic reunion. Particularly, in the female readers case, because of similar situation with Jo, chea-lan(조채란) reunion's meaning is better special. Her achievements might give a hope to female readers who must be adapted new family. And then readers's wishs are reflected in an alternate version adding Lee, woon-hak(이운학)'s second taking the field.

Study on the 3D effect and applied bone regeneration using safflower extract

Safflower seed extract shows an excellent effect, such as to increase the bone density of osteoporotic bone. In this study, we observed the effect on the proliferation, ALP(Alkaline Phosphatase) and differentiation of osteoblast using the MG-63 cell in vitro, depending on the concentration of the safflower seed extract. And study the bone cement with Hydroxyapatite and Chitosan applied to the 3D. The compressive strength is measuring and observe the form of the crystallization and the crystallization time in the process. Finally, we investigated the effect by the addition of safflower seed extract prepared in the bone cement on the in vitro.

A novel method to synthesize highly-elastic three-dimensional poly(L-lactide-co-e-caprolactone) scaffolds for cartilage regeneration

A biodegradable PLCL copolymer exhibited rubber-like elasticity has been investigated for cartilage regeneration. We fabricated sintered PLCL scaffolds using PLCL spheres which are synthesized through a novel method. The porous PLCL spheres were successfully fabricated through the simple process as well as sintered scaffolds exhibit highly elasticity. The surface of these scaffolds was modified using inorganic compounds which can enhance biocompatibility and cartilage regeneration. The morphology of the scaffolds was examined by scanning electron microscopy. Furthermore, chondrocytes were cultured to investigate cell growth study. These results demonstrated that PLCL spheres have a structure with homogenously interconnected open pores as well as the physical properties of sintered scaffolds can be maintained. On the top of that, surface-modified PLCL scaffolds significantly improve cell growth compared with non-modified ones. Not only can novel synthesized PLCL scaffolds significantly enhance cartilage regeneration but it can be also a potential candidate as cartilage tissue engineering.

Lotus-leaf-like structured chitosan-polyvinyl pyrrolidone films as an anti-adhesion barrier

For postsurgical anti-adhesion barrier applications, lotus-leaf-like structured chitosan-PVP films were prepared using a solution casting method with dodecyltrichloro-immobilized SiO₂ nanoparticles. We evaluated whether the lotus-leaf-like structured chitosan-PVP films (L-chitosan-PVP) could be applied as postsurgical anti-adhesion barriers. A recovery test using a tensile strength testing machine and measurement of crystallinity using X-ray diffraction indicated that films with 75% PVP were the optimal composition of the chitosan-PVP films. Also, dodecyltrichloro-immobilized SiO₂ nanoparticles was synthesized and sprayed on the film after pretreatment with the instant bio-glue. Analysis of cell adhesion, proliferation, and anti-thrombus efficiency were performed via a WST assay, field emission scanning electron microscopy, and hemacytometry. The contact angle with the lotus-leaf-like surface was of approximately 150°. Furthermore, the L-chitosan-PVP film yielded a lower cell and platelet adhesion rate (around less than 4%) than that yielded by the untreated film. These results indicate that the lotus-leaf-like structure has a unique property and that this novel L-chitosan-PVP film can be applied as a blood/tissuecompatible, biodegradable material for implantable medical devices that need an anti-adhesion barrier.
