This paper proposes that effective method to remove the noise which is generate on the image communication channel. This research is very important for image communication of high picture quality. First, we proposes that method of image compression enough for channel coding and Semirandom-Intereaver take effect to progress channel coding efficiency. secondly, propose that effective method to remove existent image noise on the image communication channel using turbo code.

본 발표는 뷰티 및 건강 산업에서 최근의 기술적 기회와 도전 사례들에 대해 소개하려고 한다. 최근의 뷰티 및 건강 산업에서 주목 받는 주제들로는, 친환경 및 바이오 공정을 활용한 자연친화적 솔루션 연구, 미세먼지 등의 대기 오염에서 피부와 건강을 지키기 위한 기술 개발 연구, 고령화 대응을 위한 항노화 및 인지 능력 강화 연구, 디지털 및 데이터를 활용한 연구 생산성과 혁신성 향상 등이 있다. 특히, 최근의 4차산업혁명과 연계하여 다양한 디지털 및 데이터 활용 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 본 발표에서는 각각의 분야에서 시도되고 있는 기술적 시도들과 연구 동향에 대해서 소개하고자 한다. 주요 글로벌 기업체들의 관련 솔루션 개발 및 상품 출시 현황에 대해서도 간략히 소개하고자 한다. 본 발표를 통해 향후 학계와의 협업 관계 구축 및 기술 교류에 대한 단초를 마련해볼 수 있기를 기대한다.

Purpose:The first treatment of choice for nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is radiotherapy as NPC is more responsive to radiotherapy than any other head and neck cancer. We analyzed the clinical characteristics and prognostic factors of NPC patients treated at the Severance Hospital. Subjects and Method:Charts of 123 patients diagnosed with NPC at the Severance Hospital from 1995 to 2002 were reviewed and retrospectively analyzed. They were staged according to the 1997 AJCC criteria. According to the WHO classification, the type I included 14 cases, type II 44 cases, and type III 65 cases. Sixty-five cases were treated with radiotherapy only and 58 cases were treated with a combined modality of chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Results:The factors for a poor prognosis were age over 47 years old, histologic findings of WHO type I and advanced T, N stage. The overall 5 year survival rate was 66.22%. According to treatment modality, only the radiotherapy group was 68.6%, while the chemoradiotherapy group was 63.6%. There was no difference in survival (p>0.05). In chemoradiotherapy group, the survival of induction chemoradiotherapy group was 82.1% and the concurrent chemoradiotherapy group was 36.8%. There was significant difference in survival. Conclusions:There was no significant difference in the 5 year survival rate between the patients who were treated with radiotherapy only and those who were treated with both radiotherapy and chemotherapy.

Domestic maritime accidents are continuously increasing. Due to the increase in leisure activities, the frequency of accidents involving small vessels, such as leisure vessels and fishing boats, has been on the rise. Compared to large ships, small ships sink rapidly due to their body size. Accordingly, great damage occurs before the arrival of human/material resources for rescue. In this study, the concept of air/underwater safety equipment for rapid arrival and rescue was designed to minimize human casualties caused by maritime accidents and to provide the necessary information until the arrival of rescue personnel or equipment. The proposed FAUV (Flying Autonomous Unmanned Vehicles) provides basic information so that it can establish a preemptive rescue plan in an urgent situation by promptly transmitting maritime search and investigation-related information. It is faster than the equipment/manpower applied to current maritime accident systems, this piece of equipment can rapidly arrive at the field. To this end, this paper proposes a conducted study on the conceptual design of such a device and outlines the necessary elements of a single-body unmanned underwater/aerial AUV (Autonomous Underwater Vehicle) equipment that can be simultaneously operated in air and water. .

In this paper, we propose an efficient iteration decoding control method with variable iteration decoding for iteration codes decoding. As the number of iterations increases, the bit error rate and frame error rate of the decoder decrease and the incremental improvement gradually diminishes. However, as the iteration decoding number is increase, it require much delay and amount of processing for decoding. Thus we propose variable iteration control method to adapt variation of channel using Frame Error-Check indicator. Therefore, the CRC method requires the fewest iterations and less computation than the CE method and the SCR methods.
AWGN하에서 SOVA를 적용한 Turbo Codes의 성능분석

In this paper, we were analyzed the performance of Soft Output Viterbi Algorithm(SOVA)- Based decoding for TURBO CODES, and used the BPSK system on the AWGN channel for simulation the result. SOVA is a modified Viterbi algonthm with additional output values associate with the original decode bit sequence. We give a detailed description of the decoding procedure of SOVA, and present Simulation result and properly Turbo-codes of structure. The results are used to propose an adaptive turbo coding strategy for wireless multimedia communications that incorporates a set of interleavers of variable sizes.
