        정주여건을 고려한 의사결정나무기법 활용 농촌지역 유형화

        The objective of this study is to classify the types of rural areas (138 $si{\cdot}gun$) considering settlement environment by Decision Tree Method (CHAID). The CHAID method was used for decision tree algorithm and the seven dependant variables and 5 explanatory variables were selected, respectively. By decision tree method, rural areas were finally classified into six groups through three separate processes. City area, lower area in aging rate and higher area in farmland area ratio was analyzed to be relatively rich rather than other area in the case of settlement environment index. In the future, this study will be able to utilize as a reference to the planning of rural development projects.

        치유농업 형태별 수요자 인식 및 수요분석

        This study conducted a survey on the recognition and demand such as recognition level, policy necessity, service demand and policy demand by supply types in order to provide the basic data for successful settlement of agro-healing services. According to the survey on awareness, 45.2% of respondents were aware of the healing farming, and 31.3% of respondents had experience in participating in the agro-healing services. 63.6% of respondents replied that they were experiencing reasons for participating in agro-healing services. Respondents who had no knowledge of agro-healing services responded that 76.7% of respondents said they would not participate. More than two-thirds of respondents in all types indicated that they needed agro-healing services. As a result of evaluating the maximum willingness to pay, there was a willingness to pay for farm work healing about 15,800 won, horticulture healing about 14,800 won, forest healing about 13,400 won, and animal assisted healing about 17,000 won. Improving accessibility and strengthening awareness were high priorities for inconveniences and improvements. 70.1% of the respondents said that policies for agro-healing services are needed. Development of agro-healing programs and contents was the first priority for support policy. The result of this study is expected to provide reference data that can be suggested for agro-healing policy establishment.

        농촌지역 돌발재해 피해 경감을 위한 USN기반 통합예경보시스템(ANSIM)의 개발

        The objectives of this research have been focussed on 1) developing prediction techniques for the flash flood and landslide based on rainfall prediction data in agricultural area and 2) developing an integrated forecasting system for the abrupt disasters using USN based real-time disaster sensing techniques. This study contains following steps to achieve the objective; 1) selecting rainfall prediction data, 2) constructing prediction techniques for flash flood and landslide, 3) developing USN and communication network protocol for detecting the abrupt disaster suitable for rural area, & 4) developing mobile application and SMS based early warning service system for local resident and tourist. Local prediction model (LDAPS , UM1.5km) supported by Korean meteorological administration was used for the rainfall prediction by considering spatial and temporal resolution. NRCS TR-20 and infinite slope stability analysis model were used to predict flash flood and landslide. There are limitations in terms of communication distance and cost using Zigbee and CDMA which have been used for existing disaster sensors. Rural suitable sensor-network module for water level and tilting gauge and gateway based on proprietary RF network were developed by consideration of low-cost, low-power, and long-distance for communication suitable for rural condition. SMS & mobile application forecasting & alarming system for local resident and tourist was set up for minimizing damage on the critical regions for abrupt disaster. The developed H/W & S/W for integrated abrupt disaster forecasting & alarming system was verified by field application.

        경관지수를 활용한 채소 주산지 공간적 분포 특성 분석

        The objective of this study is to accurately understand the spatial distribution characteristics of the main production area for the three vegetable crops such as Chinese cabbage, radish, and hot pepper. We applied the 8 landscape indices such as TA, NP, PD, LPI, LSI, PLADJ, COHESION, and CONNECT to 35 cities and counties using FRAGSTATS. In the case of main production area for Chinese cabbage, six cities and counties in Gangwon province were revealed as a relatively high degree of aggregation by cultivation parcels than other area. In addition, Gangneung city and Hongcheon county have been analyzed to be the most aggregated area in the case of radish and hot pepper, respectively. In the future, the spatial analysis method used in this study would be helpful to develop an effective regional plan of the main production area.

        농촌지역개발사업에 있어서 농촌어메니티자원 중요도 평가를 위한 ANP기법의 활용

        The objectives of this study are to analyze and compare importance degrees of rural amenity resources for rural development project using AHP and ANP (Analytic Network Process) which can be applied a complex decision making problem. For this study, I chose the 5 rural development project types and the 10 rural amenity resources as major criteria and formed the ANP network from relations with criteria. The importance degree matrix were derived by the results of AHP and several ANP analysis. As the results of this study, the importance degrees of 10 rural amenity resources are determined and the indigenous product resource is identified as the most important resource in general rural development project.

        AHP 기법에 의한 농촌 어메니티 가치 평가 모델 개발

        This study proposed a Rural Amenity Values Assessment Model (RAVAM) to evaluate the rural amenity resources based on the Myun as a spatial unit. In RAVAM, 61 rural amenity resources were classified into almost intact nature resources, interaction between nature and man resources, man-made resources, respectively. Especially, Rural Scenic Value Index (RSVI) was developed to quantify rural scenic views as a rural amenity resource. RSVI was utilized in evaluation process of rural amenity resources. The weighing factors for the amenity resources were evaluated from the step wise pair-comparison results of 11 specialists by Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). In the results, the weighting values of almost intact nature resources, interaction between nature and man resources, man-made resources were 496, 323 and 181, respectively, among total value being 1,000.

        GIS 및 RS를 이용한 자료 구축 및 농촌 어메니티 가치 평가 모델의 적용

        The purpose of this paper is to test the applicability of the rural amenity values assessment model(RAVAM) to a case study area. To verify the practical applicabilities of the RAVAM, south-east area of Kyounggi province was selected as a study area. Full data of 101 Myuns of Kyounggi province were gathered with Geographic In-formation System(GIS) and Remote Sensing(RS) techniques. All the 101 Myuns' rural amenity resources were assessed. Cluster analysis was performed on almost intact nature, interaction between nature and man, man-made amenity values to classify rural amenity characteristics. It was expected that the proposed RAVAM could be used in developing rural development plans considering local rural amenity resources' distribution.

        유휴농지의 활용방향 설정을 위한 평가지표 개발

        The objective of this study is to develop evaluation indices which can be applied to analyze rational rehabilitation-policy directions of redundant farmlands. To achieve this objective, the main tasks of this research are 1) categorizing the redundant farmlands rehabilitation types 2) developing the evaluation indices of redundant farmlands rehabilitation 3) determining the weights of each index. The redundant farmlands rehabilitation types were classified into agricultural rehabilitation type, non-agricultural rehabilitation type and hybrid type which are called by agricultural income model, rural environment improvement model and hybrid model as development project name, respectively. The 5 parts and 21 indices for evaluation of redundant farmlands rehabilitation directions were extracted by case studies and experts brainstorming. The weights of each index were determined by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The developed evaluation indices were applied to study areas located on Yanghwa district of Gongju-city and Aewol district of Jeju-city. From the results of this study, it was ascertained that the evaluation indices developed in this study would help the decision-makers in the planning process of redundant farmlands rehabilitation directions.

        도시민 유입을 고려한 농촌 서비스 및 인프라 개선 주요 항목 도출- 복지문화 요인을 중심으로 -

        This study was attempted to grasp the push-pull factors of urban to rural migrants in relation to services and infrastructure of rural welfare and culture. Online and offline survey were conducted for urban residents who were willing to return to the rural area and those who were already returning to the rural area. In the fields of health care, social welfare, and education, it was found that the satisfaction level of urban-to-rural migrants was relatively higher than those of latent urban-to-rural migrants. In the field of culture, leisure and sports, the level of satisfaction and concern were similar, so it was found that the expectations for the field were relatively high before returning rural area. As for the agreement degree to expand support, the demand for emergency medical facilities and dementia care program was the highest, and the demand for health care was found to be relatively high. The results of the survey on the top priority items indicate that latent urban-to-rural migrants require support of facility and space item and expansion of program item, and urban-to-rural migrants have high demand for expansion of program item in all field except healthcare field. The results of this study are expected to provide useful information for establishing the direction of the rural area development project in connection with the revitalization of policy of people return to rural area.
