돔 유리를 이용한 위치이동 다중화 홀로그램 정보저장장치용 서보 컨트롤

위치이동 다중화 홀로그램 정보저장장치에서, 돔 형태(dome-type)유리를 이용한 서보 컨트롤 방법을 제안하였다. 5개의 2차원 데이터를 재생효율 균일도 5% 이내로 위치이동 다중화 기록을 한 후, 직경이 25.4 mm 이고 두께가 1 mm 인 돔 유리를 사용하여, 재생 시에 발생하는 홀로그램 디스크의 기울어짐 각도오차가 $\pm$0.2$^{\circ}$,위치오차 $\pm$50$\mu\textrm{m}$인 경우에 대해서도 정확한 오차보정이 가능함을 실험적으로 검증하였다. 돔 유리를 이용하는 방식은 기존에 제안된 평판유리를 이용하는 방식[김성필 외, 한국광학회지, Vol. 14, No.1, pp. 58-64, 2003]에 비해 구동이 간편하기 때문에, 서보 컨트롤을 위한 광 픽업 장치를 간단하고 작은 규모로 모듈화 하는데 매우 유용하다. We propose a servo control method using a dome-type glass in shift-multiplexed holographic data storage. We frist store live 2-D data by shift-multiplexing in a holographic disk with 5% variation in their. diffraction efficiencies. During read-out of the stored data, the servo control using the dome glass correctly compensates mechanical errors of the disk; the error of $\pm$0.2$^{\circ}$and run-out error of $\pm$50 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$. Use of the dome-type glass in servo control makes a pickup module more compact in size and easier to control than the previous method using parallel glass plate [Sungphil Kim, et al., Hankook Kwanghak Hoeji, Vol. 14, No. 1, pp.58-64, 2003].

Die Forderung des Gläubigers gegen den Hauptschuldner geht mit der Befriedigung des Gläubigers, also im Zeitpunkt der tatsächlichen Leistungserbringung, auf den Bürgen über. Bei diesem gesetzlichen Forderungsübergang bleibt die Hauptforderung des Gläubigers inhaltlich und qualitativ unverändert. Der Bürge erwirbt die Forderung des Gläubigers in ihrer konkreten Beschaffenheit. Sie 8 B. Eingrenzung des Untersuchungsgegenstandes: Die behandelten cessiones legis behält ihre in dem Rechtsverhältnis zum Schuldner begründeten Vorzüge. Akzessorische Nebenrechte und diesen gleichzustellende, unselbständige sichernde Nebenrechte gehen gem. §§412, 401 BGB ohne weitere Rechtsakte mit der Hauptforderung auf den Bürgen über. Der gesetzliche Forderungsübergang gem. § 774 BGB kann nur eintreten, wenn Haupt- und Bürgschaftsschuld bestehen. Ist die Bürgschaft unwirksam und leistet der (vermeintliche) Bürge an den Gläubiger, kommt es nicht zum gesetzlichen Forderungsübergang. Aufgrund des unwirksamen Bürgschaftsvertrages ist der Gläubiger rechtsgrundlos bereichert, so dass der Bürge mit seiner Leistung lediglich einen Bereicherungsanspruch gegen den Gläubiger erwirbt.15 Ist die Bürgschaft zwar wirksam begründet, aber gegenstandslos, weil eine zu sichernde Forderung fehlt, kommt eine cessio legis bei Leistung des Bürgen an den Gläubiger ebenfalls nicht in Betracht. Eine Forderung, die nicht entstanden oder bereits wieder erloschen ist, kann nicht übergehen. Auch in diesem Fall fehlt der Leistung des Bürgen der Rechtsgrund, so dass der Gläubiger gem. § 812 Abs. 1 Satz 1 BGB zur Rückgewähr verpflichtet ist.16 Unter den Voraussetzungen des § 776 BGB wird der Bürge von seiner Bürgenverpflichtung (teilweise) befreit. Gibt der Gläubiger eine mit der verbürgten Forderung verbundene Sicherheit oder ein Vorzugsrecht auf, verliert er seine Bürgschaftsforderung insoweit, als der Bürge aus dem aufgegebenen Recht nach § 774 BGB hätte Ersatz verlangen können. Diese Regelung sichert den Rückgriff des Bürgen gem. §§774, 412, 401 BGB und schützt ihn vor einer Erhöhung seines Haftungsrisikos durch den Gläubiger.
정 진폭 부호화된 Multi-code Biorthogonal Code Keying시스템에서 대역폭 효율 개선을 위해 $Q^{2}PSK$를 이용하는 방안

다중부호 배직교 부호 변조(Multi-code biorthogonal code keying: MBCK)는 배직교(biorthogonal) 부호화기의 출력 코드워드를 합산하여 전송함으로 전송 신호의 크기가 일정하지 않기 때문에 고선형 증폭기의 사용을 요구한다. MBCK의 전송 신호의 크기를 일정하게 유지하도록 만드는 부호화 방안이 제안되어 있는데, 정 진폭 부호화에 사용된 잉여 비트들은 수신기에서 비트오율 성능 개선을 위해 사용될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 정 진폭 부호화된 MBCK(MBCK with Constant Amplitude Coding:CA-MBCK)의 대역폭 효율을 개선시키기 위해 CA-MBCK와 쌍직교위상변조(Quadrature-Quadrature Phase Shift Keying:$Q^{2}PSK$)를 결합하는 방안을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 출력 신호의 크기를 일정하게 유지하며 백색 가우시안 잡음 환경에서 CA-MBCK와 동일한 비트오율 성능을 보이면서도 대역폭 효율은 개선되었다. 또한 CA-MBCK에서 정 진폭 부호화에 사용된 잉여 비트를 이용한 에러정정 알고리즘을 제안된 시스템에 적용하여 비트오율 성능이 개선됨을 모의실험을 통해 제시한다. A multi-code biorthogonal code keying(MBCK) system consists of multiple waveform coding block, and the sum of output codewords is transmitted. Drawback of MBCK is that it requires amplifier with high linearity because its output symbol is multi-level. MBCK with constant amplitude preceding blcok(CA-MBCK) has been proposed, which guarantees sum of orthogonal codes to have constant amplitude. Redundant bits of CA-MBCK for constant amplitude coding are not only used to make constant amplitude signal but also used to improve the bit error rate(BER) performance at receiver. In this paper, we proposed a transmission scheme which combine CA-MBCK with $Q^{2}PSK$ to improve bandwidth efficiency of CA-MBCK. The BER performance of the scheme is same that of CA-MBCK in additive white gaussian noise(AWGN). And we showed that BER performance of the proposed system can be improved using redundant bits of constant amplitude preceding.
생물전환을 통한 음나무발효물의 LPS에 대한 경쟁적 억제제 효과 및 내독소혈증 억제 효과

The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of fermented Kalopanax pictus (KP-F) on macrophage activation and its effect as a competitive inhibitor of LPS and inhibitory effect on endotoxemia. The results showed that KP-F could activate macrophage in a dose-dependent manner, and KP-F was confirmed to act as a ligand for TLR4. Also, it was found that KP-F did not exhibit the same biotoxicity as LPS in intraperitoneal injection, and that it could suppress the neutrophil migration induced by LPS administration. In normal mice, the body weight, tissue weight, and amount of nitrite and pro-inflammatory cytokines in serum showed no significant changes with KP-F diet for 2 weeks, confirming that administration of KP-F in normal mice did not lead to over activation of immune response and biotoxicity. In the mouse model of endotoxemia induced by LPS and D-galactosamine(D-GalN) in sub-lethal dose, the diet of KP-F effectively inhibited the amount of nitrite and cytokines in the blood, and thus was found to be able to relieve the hepatic and kidney injury. In addition, in the endotoxemia mouse model induced by LPS and D-GalN of lethal dose, the survival rate was increased by KP-F diet in a dose-dependent manner.
