교육과 정보의 제공이 거주자의 실내 환경 관련 지식, 의식 및 관리행동에 미치는 영향

The purposes of this research are, first, to investigate the present condition of indoor thermal environment in winter. Second, to find out how residents' knowledge, consciousness, and behavior changed after provided with education and information of indoor climate. Finally, to reveal how these changes make alteration to their indoor environment. Thirty apartments were collected, and then divided into three groups as Control Group, Education Group, and Edu-information Group in order to conduct the purposes. Provided education and environmental information turn out to have a positive effect on residents' knowledge, consciousness, and behavior, and consequently, it leads residents to control their indoor environment more actively in some cases. Thus, it is important to provide residents with environmental education and information, and it should be conducted regularly in order to maximize the positive effect of education since it tends to decrease as time goes by.

In this study, comfort temperature is studied and how clothing influence occupants' thermal comfort is also investigated through literary review of present researches. A change of clothing insulation value according to the passage of time is especially studied by collecting and analyzing data and result from other references. Total 53 reference between 1983 and 2006 include articles in journals and proceedings as well as master's or doctor's thesises, and mainly conducted experiments in chambers or field study at residential buildings. As a result, residents indoor clothing is steadily decreased. It is regarded as building insulation technology has been greatly developed. Accordingly, indoor temperature and comfort temperature which residents reported have a tendency to be increased. This result intimates excessive heating during winter and would be contributable to future researches about energy consumption and CO₂ emission.
일산화탄소 중독에 의한 Delayed Neuropsychiatric Sequalae 환자 치험 1례

Carbon monoxide intoxication leads to hypoxia, which eventually leads to tissue ischemia. Delayed neuropsychiatric syndrome (DNS) can be a consequence and appears in the form of cognitive impairment and movement disorders after a lucid interval. A 58-year-old Korean male was admitted to our hospital with delayed neuropsychiatric sequelae (DNS) after an 11-day lucid interval following recovery from acute carbon monoxide intoxication. We treated him with herbal medication, acupuncture, electroacupuncture, and moxibustion. The effects were assessed by the activity index and Mini Mental State Examination-Korea (MMSE-K) scores, and by changes in gait disturbance. In this case, the clinical symptoms, including gait disturbance, and the activity index and MMSE-K scores, improved after traditional Korean treatment. The findings of this case report suggest that traditional Korean medicine treatment can be effective for treatment of symptoms of delayed neuropsychiatric sequelae due to CO intoxication.
여름철 전기요금이 거주자의 냉방기 조작과온열감에 미치는 효과

Much energy is used in occupying stage of the Building Life Cycle. Electric charge is one of the various factors that influence on energy use of residents. This study focused on electric charge and searched that whether electric charge affects residents’ behavior of operating air conditioner and their controlled indoor climate. We surveyed three groups for field study;A group is residents who live in a studio apartment, B group is residents who live in a university dormitory and C group is residents who live in a apartment with their family. The A and C groups are charged for electric as energy consumption they used. And the B group is students who live in a university dormitory and they are not charged for their energy consumption. We measured the time to use the air conditioner for cooling, on/off temperature of air conditioner, and room air temperature for these three groups. The result shows that consideration for electric charge affects to the residents’ behavior of operating air conditioner and their acceptable thermal range.
가구 유형에 따른 여름철 공동주택의 실내온열환경과 냉방 조절 행위에 관한 연구

This study measured the thermal environment and residents' control behaviors of cooing according to 3 groups of household type-families with preschool children, families of middle age and families of senior. The object of this study are to fmd the difference of the actual condition of indoor thermal environment and cooling control behavior by age or household type and to develop user oriented climate control system. The results were summarized as follows. When the age of members at household is younger, the indoor mean temperature and temperature that people turned off the air conditioner became lower. These different indoor thermal environment of each group means that younger generation is familiar with cooler from their early age and these early uses of cooler made them prefer cooler condition than family of senior. Therefore, this results show that different indoor thermal environment is influenced by factors such as household type and metabolism difference and so on.
공동주택의 여름철 수용 쾌적온도 범위와 거주자의 냉방기 사용행위에 관한 연구

In this study, indoor thermal environment, resident behavior of operating cooling device, and thermal comfort vote are investigated at the living room of apartment during summertime in Seoul. Based on the results of the investigation, indoor air temperatures that residents turn air conditioners (especially for cooling load in this research) on and off were found out. The relationships between outdoor weather condition and the number of days using air conditioner, and whether operating patterns of the devices were also found out. The acceptable thermal comfort zone is figured out from these results, and this research is expected to contribute to the development of household air conditioner.The results can be summarized as the followings; Residents turned the air conditioner on at 29.76℃ of indoor air temperature, and 28.89℃ of SET*. And turned the air conditioner off at 27.31℃ of indoor air temperature, and 23.70℃ SET*. Therefore, acceptable thermal comfort zone could be lied between these temperatures. If comfortable indoor thermal environment can be obtained with various architectural passive cooling techniques based on the results, energy consumption of cooling devices will be reduced.
공동주택 거실 온열 환경의 측정 및 거주자의 온도조절행위에 관한 연구

This study measured the thermal environment and residents' control behaviors of a thermostat in the apartments' living rooms which used the floor heating system in winter in Seoul. The purpose of this study is to find out the present thermal environment of the living rooms and the problems of present heating systems and control methods and to suggest the devices for the improvement of human interface. The surveys and measurements took place in twelve apartments of Seoul for a week in February, 2004. The results were summarized as follows; The thermal environment of apartments' living rooms were slightly warm and dry, and residents showed low clo value compare to season. Furthermore, by the heating system, there were differences in residents' control behaviors. This is due to the method of calculating heating cost by the heating system and the usability of controller by the type of thermostats. Therefore, the conversion from the existing central heating system to the separate heating system and the improvement of thermostats' utility will be needed.

It has become necessary to study and establish policies to support the drive to increase the construction and the settlement in these sustainable buildings. the main goal of this study is to investigate domestic and foreign policies and systems for energy efficiency and environmental-friendly of buildings and to find political measurements for sustainable building. This study suggested the improvement direction about the existing systems and policies. 1) Setting medium-and long-term target of energy saving/green-house gas reduction of building and establishing a loadmap to execute them, 2) Making a systems and policies for energy efficiency of the existing building, 3) Making a systems for application and revitalization of new construction technology, 4) Strengthening eduction and publicity and introducing a various incentive systems, 5) Construction of building energy information system.
