        고도(古都)보존 및 육성을 위한 고도지구 가치평가 - 경주시 고도시범사업지구를 대상으로 -

        2004년에 제정된 "고도(古都) 보존에 관한 특별법"은 문화재 보전과 규제 위주의 문화재 주변지역 관리의 한계를 극복하기 위해 제정되었다. 이 법은 2012년에 "고도 보존 및 육성에 관한 특별법"으로 개정되었고, 지정된 지역에서의 행위에 대한 구체적인 허가 기준과 주민지원사업의 범위를 구체화하는 등 대폭 보완되었다. 이 연구는 경주의 고도 보존 및 육성사업을 시행 할 지정지구를 대상으로 AHP 분석기법을 통하여 가치평가체계를 수립하고, 시범사업지구의 우선사업 실시 방안을 객관적으로 제시하는 목적이다. 경주의 10개 고도 시범사업지구 가치평가 결과, 7개 역사문화환경특별보존지구 중 대릉원지구는 78.34점으로 가장 높게 나타났고, 3개 역사문화환경보존육성지구 중의 교동지역이 76.14점으로 가장 높게 나타났다. 마지막으로 경주의 고도보존 및 육성하기 위해 고도시범사업지구 유형에 따라 가장 효율적인 보존 및 육성방안을 정책적인 방향으로 제안하였다. The "Historic city Preservative law" was legislated for the preservation of cultural properties and enacting regulations of managing the environment around them in 2004. This law was revised to "Historic city Preservative and Development law" in 2012, and specified the criteria for permissible behaviors in the preservative district. Therefore, this paper focused on the ancient capital Gyeongju and developed a comprehensive system for evaluating the value of the ancient historic district based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Through the evaluation of the ancient historic districts, which are the pilot project districts in the "Gyeongju Ancient Capital Preservation Plan", some preferential projects were objectively proposed. As a result, according to the evaluation among 10 ancient historic districts in Gyeongju, Daereungwon got a score of 78.34, which is the highest among 7 special preservation districts. On the other side, the Gyo-dong area got a score of 76.14, the highest among 3 historic and cultural environmental districts. Finally, for the preservation and development of Gyeongju, some efficient preservation and development plans were objectively proposed for the pilot project districts in the "Gyeongju Ancient Capital Preservation Plan".

        마우스 비장세포에서의 Polychlorinated Biphenyls(Aroclor 1234)의 면역 독성

        Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) has been widely used as plasticizer, insulator, lubricant, paint and ink. The persistence of PCBs in the environment and their bioaccumulation in living<br/> organism make a raise concerns regarding their toxic effects in immune system and subsequent effects on human health. However little has been known about effect of PCB, an endocrine disrupter,<br/> on splenocytes. In this study, for identifying the effect on the organs and immune cell of mice by the concentration and time of commercial PCB mixture (Aroclor 1254), each 3 mice were tested at the concentration of 3, 30, 300, 1,000 mg/kg respectively, and their organ's weight were measured in 4, 7, 14 days, respectively. Also according to concentration and time, PCB was evaluated for the effects on splenocyte viability and lipopolysaccaride (LPS) and concanavaline A (Con A)-induced splenocyte proliferation on mice spleen. In liver and lung, there were significantly defferent by concentration and time of PCB (p<0.0001). In respect of concentration of PCB, no significant effects on mice's liver by Aroclor 1254 concentration below than 300 mg/kg were observed except at the concentration of 1,000 mg/kg doses (p<0.0001). But there was not significant different change in mice spleen by concentration and time of PCB (p=0.2206) and the mode of weight change of spleen was different to of liver and of lung. Viabilities of splenocytes were decreased following treatment with high concentration of PCB. Also, LPS and Con A-induced cell proliferations were decreased by Aroclor 1254 at 1,000 mg/kg. These data suggest that Aroclor 1254 is the immunotoxic compound that may have an effect on mouse immune system.

        鎭痛, 消炎效果 및 關節炎에 미치는 小茴香과 蒔羅子의 效能 比較硏究

        Objectives : This experimental study was done to compare the efficacy of both Foeniculi Fructus and Anethi Fructus extract on analgesic effects, anti-inflammatory effects and arthritis. Methods : We studied the writhing syndrome in mice induced by 0.7% acetic acid for analgesic effects. We measured inhibitory effects on the paw-edema by acetic acid in rats to elucidate anti-inflammatory effects. And we studied the method of adjuvant arthritis to elucidate effects on arthritis. Results : In analgesic action on the writhing syndrome in mice induced by 0.7% acetic acid, Foeniculi Fructus and Anethi Fructus extract treated group showed significant decrease in cimparison with control group. In anti-inflammatory effects, Foeniculi Fructus extract treated group showed significant decrease at 180 minutes after inducing paw-edema in comparison with control group. And Anethi Fructus group showed significant decrease at 30 and 120 minutes after inducing paw-edema in comparison with control group. In the method of dajuvant arthritis, they significantly inhibited the hind paw edema in rats with Foeniculi Fructus extract from 15 days later to 21 days later after administration. And Anethi Fructus group extract treated group showed significant decrease at 7 days later after administration. In the level of leucocytes count and total protein, Foeniculi Fructus and Anethi Fructus extract treated group showed increase in comparison with control group, but these results didn't show significant increase. In the level of CRP, Foeniculi Fructus and Anethi Fructus extract treated group showed decrease in 00comparison with control group, but these results didn't show significant decrease. In the level of glucose and platelet count, Foeniculi Fructus extract treated group showed increase in comparison with control group, but these results didn't show significant increase. Anethi Fructus extract treated group showed decrease in comparison with control group, but these results didn't show significant decrease. Conclusion : Reviewing these experimental results, it appears that Foeniculi Fructus and Anethi Fructus Extract have equal efficacy on analgesic effects, anti-inflammatory effects and arthritis.

        2세대 초전도 선 안정화 층 구조변화가 비저항 특성에 미치는 영향

        The quench voltage of the second-generation superconducting wire is affected by the resistivity characteristics of the stabilization layer. The specific resistance of the stabilization layer can be changed by the deposition process using RF magnetron sputtering. In this paper, a thin film made of a homogeneous material (Ag) and a dissimilar material (Cu) was deposited on the stabilization layer of the second-generation superconducting wire through RF magnetron sputtering. We found that the specific resistance was reduced by increasing the thickness of the stabilization layer. The reduction in the resistivity of the stabilization layer led to a decrease in the quench voltage of the second-generation superconducting wire. We suggest that various characteristic changes of the second-generation superconducting wire can be expected through the successful change in the resistivity of the stabilization layer of the proposed deposition process.

        마리 알랭 쿠튀리에가 주창한 성미술(L"Art Sacré) 운동의 건축적 의미와 특성 고찰

        본 연구는 현대교회 건축 디자인에 많은 영향을 끼친 도미니크 수도회 신부 마리 알랭 쿠튀리에(Marie Alain Couturie)가 주창한 성미술(L’Art Sacre) 운동의 추진과정과 건축적 특성을 고찰하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 성미술 운동의 전개과정을 분석한 후, 이를 토대로 성미술 운동 속에 내재해 있는 건축적 담론, 특히 쿠튀리에가 주창한 건축개념의 특성이 무엇인가를 분석하고자 하였다. 1차적으로 1936년부터 1954년 사이에 성미술 운동의 기관지 라르 사크레지에 기고된 쿠튀리에의 글 속에 나타난 언설을 분석하고, 2차적으로 성미술 건축 프로젝트의 현지답사를 통해 성미술 운동의 실체를 파악하였다. 성미술 운동의 대표적인 건축물인 아시성당과 로사리오성당, 롱샹교회, 라투렛수도원, 로스코채플 등 5개의 프로젝트를 분석대상으로 하였다. 본 연구의 결과 쿠튀리에의 건축개념의 특성은 ‘시적’(Poetic) 분위기의 창출에 기초하고 있음을 파악할 수 있었으며, 재료의 즉물성과 순수함은 모더니즘기의 추상적 사유와 연결되어 있음을 규명할 수 있었다. 쿠튀리에 신부는 르 코르뷔지에를 성미술 운동을 구현할 수 있는 가장 적합한 건축가로 인식하였으며, 이러한 사유는 롱샹 성당과 라투렛 수도원을 탄생시키는 직접적 동인이 되었음을 파악할 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 20세기 중반 교회건축의 혁신을 일으켰던 성미술 운동의 전개과정과 쿠튀리에 신부가 펼친 건축개념의 분석을 통해 현대교회건축의 공간이미지 구성과 디자인에 지침과 교훈이 될 것으로 사료된다. This study aimed to find the architectural meaning and characteristics of L"Art Sacr? Movement advocated by Dominican Father Marie Alain Couturie. From 1936 till 1954 Father Couturier was the chief editor of the review L"Art Sacr? that became very influential among art critics no longer satisfied with what was considered outdated 19th century church interior decoration. Marie Alain Couturie was a French Dominican friar and Catholic priest who gained fame as a designer of stained glass windows. He was noted for his modern inspiration in the field of Sacred Art. Couturier"s greatest ambition was to revive Christian art by appealing to the independent masters of his time. From these viewpoint, we investigated the background and process of the movement and analyzed the architectural meaning and characteristics which represented the Art Sacr? movement. The analyzed chapel buildings were as follows: 1) The Church of Notre-Dame de Toute Gr?ce du Plateau d"Assy, bringing together Braque, Matisse, Rouault, L?ger and Chagall, 2) The Chapel of Saint-Marie Rosaire by Henri Matisse, 3) The Chapel of Notre Dame du Haut and The Couvent de La Tourette by Le Corbusier, and 4) The Rothko Chapel by Mark Rothko and Philip Johnson. These L"Art Sacr? projects inscribed themselves within what was the century"s most serious attempt at the reintegration of Art and religious space. Courturier"s interactions with artists and architects are traced and shown to have played a major role in the evolution of the priest"s thinking and Church interior decoration. At the same time, Courturier"s clear and vigorous L"Art Sacr? articles were both defining the theoretical basis of new vision and anticipating the renewal of the religious space.

        This study on the effects of regional characteristics on Urban growth in Urbanization Era. In 21th century, Cities have been the center of national growth and the field of the local and global realization. Growth of local cities make a leading premise of national development. In this study, through the understanding our cities in historical flow and the finding urban potentiality according to the change of urban and regional physical elements, intend to grope the regional identity. So this paper suggests that regional characteristics are prerequisite condition for regional regeneration or revitalization.

        한탄바이러스 및 서울바이러스에 대한 단세포군 항체생산과 그 특성분석

        To study the antigenic characteristics and differentiation serotypes of Hantavirus, the produced hybridoma secreting monoclonal antibodies(Mabs) against Hantaan virus, 76/118 strain and Seoul virus, 80/39 strain were produced by fusion of mouse myeloma cell, Sp2/0-Ag14 with spleen cells isolated from Balb/c mice immunized with Hantaan virus or Seoul virus. From the result in this study, the Mabs against Hantaan virus were screened by indirect immunofluorescent antibody techinque(IFA). 587 hybridoma cells were produced out of 768 wells and the fusion frequency was 76%. Seven among 587 hybridoma cells produced Mabs against Hantaan virus continuously. Isotype analysis of Mabs against Hantaan virus revealed that all these Mabs belong to the IgG2a subclass. All 7 Mabs reacted to nucleocapsid (N) proteins (MW.49-50Kd) of Hantaan virus by immunoblot assay. Mabs against Seoul virus were screened, 985 hybridoma cells were produced out of 1152 and the fusion frequency was 86%. Eight arnong 985 hybridoma cells produced Mabs against Seoul virus continuously. Isotype analysis of these Mabs against Seoul virus revealed the IgM and IgG2a subclass. These 8 Mabs reacted to nucleocapsid (N) proteins (MW.49-50Kd) of Seoul virus as demonstrated by immunoblot. Interestingly, these Mabs had neutralizing activity determined by PRNT analysis. Therefore it is suspected that the antigenic sites on N protein may be involved in the virus neutralization. The serological reactivity of 7 Mabs against Hantaan virus with Hantaan virus were strong, although Seoul, Puumala and prospect hill virus were not reacted to these Mabs. 8 Mabs against Seoul virus, reacted to Seoul virus strongly. Hantaan and Puumala virus reacted slightly to these Mabs but Prospect hill virus did not. To comparative study of sensitivity test between IFA and double sandwich ELISA method for human sera using ELISA of which these Mabs coated were tested, the ELISA method was more sensitive than IFA. These Mabs react.ed specifically to Hantaan and Seoul virus. There are antigenic relationships among Hantaviruses could be analysed by using these Mabs.
