SPME-GC-MS를 이용하여 풍선에 포함된 가소제의 분석

Solid-phase microextraction (SPME) with $85{\mu}m$ polyacrylate fiber, coupled to gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to analyze the plasticizers contained in balloon samples. The balloons were identified to be made of polyisoprene by IR spectroscopy. The plasticizers extracted from the balloon samples soaked in acetone-added water solvent for an hour were quantified by external standard method using nine kinds of plasticizers. The quantification method was validated for standard plasticizers in the range of $0.25-25{\mu}g/g$. The detection limits were $0.11-0.38{\mu}g/g$ for different plasticizers. The RSDs for the reproducibility of this quantitation method were 3.7-14.2%. A few of balloons included risky level of plasticizer concerned as and endocrine disrupter, and it is necessary to regulate these products. GC-MS와 연결된 $85{\mu}m$ 폴리 아크릴레이트 fiber의 SPME가 풍선 시료 중에 포함된 가소제를 분석하는데 사용되었다. 풍선은 IR 분광법에 의해 폴리이소프렌으로 만들어진 것으로 판명되었다. 한시간 동안 아세톤이 첨가된 물 용매에서 추출된 풍선의 가소제는 9종류의 가소제가 포함된 외부표준법에 의해 정량 하였다. 정량법은 $0.25-25{\mu}g/g$의 농도범위에서 표준 가소제들에 대하여 유효화 과정을 거쳤으며, 검출한계는 가소제에 따라 $0.11-0.38{\mu}g/g$이었고, 이러한 정량법에 의한 재현성의 RSD는 3.7-14.2%이었다. 이들 풍선 중에는 우려할만한 수준의 환경호르몬성 가소제가 검출되는 제품도 포함되어 있어 이들에 대한 규제의 필요성이 있다.

Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> 유전체를 이용한 산소/공기 원료에 따른 오존발생기의 특성

The ozone generation is commonly made with silent discharge method using quartz glass dielectric. In this paper, using $Al_2O_3$ dielectric to instead of the traditional quartz glass dielectric to improve the system efficiency is presented. The dielectric was manufactured as tube shape (Internal diameter${\times}$ Outside diameter: $11{\times}15mm$) using 99% $Al_2O_3$ ceramic. The characteristics of dielectric discharge and ozone generation were studied of experiments with variation of discharge power, discharge electrode space and rate of flow for supplied gas ($O_2$/Air). As the experimental results, in the same discharge space, the ozone concentration continuously increased with input power increasing, and ozone yield increased until saturation happened. Also, the expended power increased with discharge space extended due to discharge power increased. In additional, the ozone concentration of oxygen ozone was higher than air that was observed when using oxygen ozone in proposed experiments.

테셀레이션(Tessellation)을 활용한 수학학습이 공간감각능력에 미치는 효과 분석

본 연구는 공간감각능력의 신장을 위한 테셀레이션 학습 프로그램을 개발하고, 테셀레이션을 활용한 수학학습이 공간감각능력의 신장에 효과가 있는지를 분석한 것이다. 이를 위해 부산광역시 G초등학교 5학년 1개반(24명)을 대상으로 성별에 따라 구분하고, 학업성적에 따라 상, 하 2개의 집단으로 구분하여 실험연구 결과를 분석하였다. 실험설계로는 준-실험 설계 중 단일집단 전후검사설계(one-group pretest-post test design)가 적용되었다. 실험집단에는 아침자습시간, 재량활동시간, 수학교과시간을 통해 탱그램, 패턴블록, GSP를 이용한 테셀레이션 학습 프로그램이 적용되었으며, 공간감각능력의 신장을 검사하기 위한 도구로는 'K-WISC-III 동작성 검사'를 위주로 한 공간감각검사지를 사용하였다. 연구결과에서는 테셀레이션을 활용한 수학학습은 공간감각의 하위 요소인 눈-운동 지각, 지각 지속성, 형-배경 지각, 위치 지각, 시각적 변별의 5가지 영역의 전체 평균에서 성적(F=140.088, p=.000 수준)과 시기(F=49.659, p=.000 수준)에서 모두 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 그러나 성별(F=1.004, p=.322 수준)의 경우 전체 평균에서의 유의미한 차이를 발견할 수 없었다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of mathematics learning through tessellation activities on the improvement of spatial sense and to find out a better mathematics teaching method that could further develop spatial sense. For this purpose, the following questions were attempted; Can mathematics learning using tessellation activities develop spatial sense? In odor to test this hypothesis, twenty-four fifth graders of a class were selected at random. And the experimental group was divided into four groups according to gender and academic performance. The groups were protested and post-tested to determine results based on the quasi-experimental design(i.e. one-group pretest-post test design). The process of this study was checking spatial sense for a common evaluation of experimental group. In this study, tangram, pattern block, and GSP was used for mathematics learning through tessellation activities during each independent-study, discretion-activity, and math class. The instrument used in this study was a spatial sense test and pretest and post-test were implemented with the same instrument(i.e. K-WISC-III Activity Test). In conclusion, mathematics learning through tessellation activities with tangram, pattern block, and GSP is an effective teaching and learning method for the improvement of the spatial sense.

임상 ; 비합병 초,경산부의 임신중 체중증가에 관한 연구

목적: 초·경산부를 대상으로 임신 매 2주별 체중증가에 관한 기준을 마련하고, 임신전 신체질량지수에 의한 영향을 평가한다. 방법: 만삭 분만한 건강한 단태 초산부 536명과 경산부 114명의 임신 매 2주별 체중 자료를 임신 전 신체질량지수를 기준으로 3개군별로 나누어 비교하였다. 결과: 임신 매 2주별 체중증가는 임신 15주 이후 임신전 신체질량지수 군별로 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었지만, 초산부군과 경산부군간 유의한 차이는 없었다. 결론: 비정상적인 임신중 체중 증가와 관련된 여러 가지 합병증을 예방하기 위해, 초·경산부도 임신전 신체질량지수 군별로 보다 세심한 산전관리가 요망된다. 또한 한국인 임산부의 임신중 체중 증가에 관한 지표를 구하기 위해 전국적인 다기관 공동연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. Objective: To establish the biweekly standard values of pregnancy weight gains for primiparas and multiparas, and to investigate the influence of prepregnancy body mass index on biweekly weight gain during pregnancy. Methods: We analyzed the biweekly weight gain data from 536 primiparas and 114 multiparas who had noncomplicated singleton term pregnancy. Data was categorized according to parity and body mass index (BMI). Results: Biweekly weight gain was significantly different among prepregnancy BMI groups from the 15th week but was not different between primiparas and multiparas. Conclusion: To prevent a lot of complications which may be associated with abnormal weight gain during pregnancy, more careful prenatal care according to the prepregnancy BMI groups is needed. To establish the Korean standard value for antenatal weight gain, a nationwide multicenter study is needed.

1940년대 미국 할리우드에서 망명생활을 한 브레히트는 1920년대부터 시작해온 시나리오 작업을 계속해서 이어나간다. 이전 시기에 작업한 테마와 유사한 시나리오 초고들과 더불어 브레히트는 미국 망명시기에 더 다양한 주제로 그 어느 때보다도 여러 편의 시나리오 초고를 생산해낸다. 하지만 이때 그가 작업한 시나리오 초고들은 할리우드라는 영화산업과는 다소 거리가 먼 구상들이었기 때문에 비교적 완성도가 높은 시나리오 초고들임에도 불구하고 영화제작으로 까지 이어진 시나리오는 거의 없다. 브레히트의 시나리오 작업은 어느 한 시기에만 국한된 것이 아니라, 평생동안 이루어졌다. 이는 영화라는 매체를 통해 관객들이 능동적이고 객관적인 현실인식을 함으로써 비판적 사고를 할 수 있도록 한 브레히트의 의도라고 볼 수 있다. Im amerikanischen Exil(1941-1947) arbeitete Brecht an Drehbüchern über historische Persönlichkeiten, Satiren des Kapitalismus, antifaschistische Geschichten usw. Brecht nahm durch das Drehbuch Hangmen Also Die(1942) eine deutliche politisch-künstlerische Stellung ein. Brecht wollte die Schlussszenen, in denen sich Tschechen aus allen Schichten gegen den Verräter(Czaka) zusammenschließen hervorheben, und es ging ihm weniger um die Hollywoodelemente. Denn Brecht hatte vor, durch diesen Film sowohl die Jagd auf den Attentäter als auch den Widerstand zu zeigen. Vornehmlich griff Brecht, wie beim Film <Hangmen Also Die>, Ereignisse aus dem unmittelbaren Zeitgeschehen auf, statt den Tendenzen des Hollywood-Films zu folgen. Die Filmgeschichte Der stumme Zeuge(1944) gehört dazu. Brecht fügte zu der Filmgeschichte das ‘Untergrund’-Thema hinzu, und bestand auf einem kahlgeschorenen Kopf der Hauptfigur, was in Hollywood noch verboten war. Im amerikanischen Exil wollte Brecht sein soziales Bewusstsein und seine Erkenntnisse hinsichtlich der Kunst anhand von historischen Ereignissen zeigen. Das Element, das er verfolgen wollte, musste jedoch mit den Bedingungen der Filmproduktion in Konflikt stehen. Brecht konnte folglich nicht an dieser Filmproduktion teilnehmen, aber trug viel zu der Welt des Films bei, indem er politisch bedeutsame Arbeit leistete.
