광대역의 고조파 억제가 가능한 헤어핀 SIR을 사용한 협대역 통과 여파기 설계

본 논문에서는 4~6 %의 협대역 필터를 구현함에 있어서 광대역으로 고조파 성분을 억제하기 위하여 suspended-strip 선로 상에 2개의 헤어핀 계단형 임피던스 공진기 구조를 구현한 새로운 설계법을 제시하였다. 제안된 협대역 필터의 구현의 예로, 중심주파수 f0=1.4 GHz에서 5 %의 대역폭의 협대역 필터를 구현하였고, 7.5f0까지 광대역 고조파 억제 대역을 구현할 수 있음을 보였다. 이 결과는 기존 마이크로스트립 선로를 사용한 협대역 필터 설계법에 비해 2배 이상 넓은 고조파 억제가 구현 가능함을 입증한 것이며, 삽입손실 또한 0.9 dB로 우수한 특성을 얻었다. This paper proposes a new design method for narrow bandpass filters using two cascaded hairpin step impedance resonators (SIRs) with wideband harmonic suppression. The proposed bandpass filter utilizes a suspended strip line (SSL) to maximize the characteristic impedance ratio, thereby maximizing the harmonic suppression bandwidth. As an example of the proposed design method, the SSL bandpass filter with a center frequency of f0=1.4 GHz and fractional bandwidth of 5 % was implemented, and proved to suppress harmonics up to 7.5f0 with a passband insertion loss of approximately -0.9 dB. This result implies that the proposed SSL narrow bandpass filter (NBPF) can suppress the harmonic bandwidth more than two times as compared with the filter design on a microstrip line (MSL).

With today’s new media environment throughout Ubiquitous information innovation, live and dynamic fluid space is being created by integrating organic integration between electronic space and physical space and transplanting intelligence to materials. In other words, perception occurs in fluid space itself in a new media environment so has complicatedly organic relationship with environment and humans. In addition, emotion, time and movement have actively attempted to enter the space so designs appealing to humans’ emotions are made through stimulation of synaesthetic sensory organs. This can be understood in the same context that media is eventually expansion of human body. Fluid space has characteristics of a live organism with factors such as sensor, perception and behavior so it needs to interpret perceptual system relationally and synthetically through an organic study method. This study looks into characteristics of organic perceptual system in terms of the meaning that fluid space with movements have as the sensory-perceptive subject and accordingly makes the world more sufficient as the third space, prepares a possibility to get out of limited five senses, and will develop fluid space as the organic environment making stimulation by itself.
On Screen Display용 자막처리 ASIC 설계

본 논문은 가요반주기의 OSD(On Screen Display)에 필요한 영상· 자막처리 ASIC의 설계에 관한 내용을 기술한다. 기존의 자막처리는 범용 DSP를 이용하여 소프트웨어적으로 처리되었으나, 본 논문에서는 하드웨어 비용을 절감할 수 있는 ASIC을 설계하였다. 설계된 자막처리 ASIC의 주요기능은 외부로부터 명령코드와 함께 영상 및 자막 데이터를 받아 여러 영상효과를 가하여 화면으로 출력하는 것이다. 전체적인 설계는 Compass tool에서 schematic으로 설계되었고 부분적으로 VHDL로 코딩하였다. 설계된 ASIC은 로직 시뮬레이션을 통하여 일차적으로 검증한 후, FPGA를 이용하여 실제 시스템에 응용하여 최종 점검을 하였다. 칩은 0.8㎛ CMOS 공정을 활용하여 제작하였으며, 제작된 칩은 가요 반주기에서 원하는 기능을 수행하는 것을 확인하였다. This paper describes design and implementation of caption-processing ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuits) for OSD(On Screen Display) of karaoke system. The OSD of conventional karaoke system was implemented by a general purpose DSP, however this paper suggest a design to save hardware resources. The ASIC receives commands and data of graphic and caption from host processor, and then modifies the data to have various graphic effects. The design has been done by schematic and VHDL coding. The design was verified by logic simulation and FPGA emulation on the real system. The chip was fabricated with 0.8${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ CMOS SOG, and worked properly at the karaoke system.

MBOA (Multi Band OFDM Alliance) UWE (Ultra Wide Band), which has 53.3~480Mbps transmission speed, is used mainly in short-range high-speed communication of moving picture and large file. However, high bit rate system is not necessary for transmission of low bit rate data such as audio data. This paper will introduce the algorithm, which is proper for low bit rate data transmission and has very simple structure. We can transmit 5.1 channel DVD audio data, which has the rate of 0.7Mbps, at the rate of 3~10Mbps through UWB channel with the proposed algorithm.
중학교 학습장애 위험군 학생의 정서·행동문제 수준과 학교환경변인의 영향

본 연구는 최근 중학교 학생들의 정서·행동문제가 심각한 사회문제로 부각되고 있는 상황에서 이를 조절·완화하기 위한 학교환경 내 주요 변인들의 가능성을 탐색한 종단연구이다. 특히 본 연구는 일반학생과의 비교를 통해 성취수준이 하위 약 25% 미만에 해당하는 학습장애 위험군 학생을 포함하는 저성취 학생의 정서·행동문제의 특성과 이에 영향을 미치는 학교환경변인의 영향을 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 한국아동·청소년패널조사에 참여한, 저성취 학생 506명을 포함한, 중학교 1, 2학년 학생 2,183명의 종단연구 데이터를 사용하였다. 자료분석을 위해 다변량분석과 위계적 회귀분석을 사용하였고, 위계적 회귀분석을 활용하여 가정환경변인(경제적 수준, 부모의 학력, 양육방식)과 개인특성변인(자아존중감, 자아탄력성, 성별, 학업성취수준)을 통제한 후 학교환경변인의 독자적이고 추가적인 영향을 분석하였다. 주요 연구결과를 보면, 첫째, 저성취 학생의 정서·행동문제 정도가 일반학생에 비해 부정적인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 가정환경변인과 개인특성변인을 통제하였을 때, 학교환경 요인이 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 저성취 학생의 경우 일반학생에 비해 상대적으로 영향 정도가 적은 것으로 나타났다. 개별 요인을 보면, 수업참여, 학교에 대한 가치 인식이 정서·행동문제에 영향을 미쳤으며, 상대적으로 교사·학생 관계의 영향은 크지 않았다. This study analyzed not only the levels of LD at-risk middle school students` behavioral and emotional problems but also effects of school environment variables on them compared with normally achieving students as currently middle school students` behavioral and emotional problems have emerged one of the most serious social issues. To analyze true school environment effects, both family environment variables including SES, parent education levels, and parenting and personal characteristics such as self-esteem, self-resilience, gender, and achievement levels were controlled by hierarchical regression. For this, the 1st and 2nd Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey data was used in this study. A total of 2,183 students including 506 LD at-risk students participated in this study. For data analysis, MANOVA was employed to analyze differences between two types of students in the levels of behavioral and emotional problems. Hierarchical regression was also used to analyze the effects of school environment variables. The results of this study, at first, revealed that students with low achievement were worse than students with normal achievement in the levels of behavioral and emotional problems. Second, when variables from family environment and personal characteristics were controlled, the effect of school environment was statistically significant in a normal achievement group than LD at-risk group. In detail, class participation, peer relationship, and perception of school value were significant. However, the effects of student-teacher relationship was relatively smaller than others.

For the purpose of developing Korean Herbalogy with the plants of Crassulacea which grow wild and is planted in Korea, the these and writings in hirbalogy, from literature of successive generations, have been throughly investigative and the results obtained were as follows; 1. There were totaled to 9 genera and 55 species in Korea and among them medicinal plants are 5 genera, 17species. Some 31% in total but the number of species may be added because of the similiar plants. 2. According to sum of 55 species in Crassulacea family, they were classified into Sekum genera 33, Orastachys 8, Rhodiola genera 4, Bryophyllum genera 3 etc. 3. According to the oriental names which can be used for medical purpose, the medicinal plants belonging to the Crassulacea family were classified as Herba 10, Radix 4, Folium 3, Flos 1. Thus it was noticed that Herba was the main kind. 4. According to nature of medicinal plants, they were classified into cold, cool, 6: balance, 3 ; warmth, 1. Thus it was noticed that cold, cool is the main in nature of medicinal plants. 5. According to properties and principal curative action, they were classified into drugs to remove dramatic swelling 9 drugs for hemostatis 7, to remove toxic heat with febri fugal and detoxicant drugs 6. From this result, it was revealed that the plants for medical purpose in Crassulacea was 31% of the whole, in which Herba was mostly abundunt. It is considered that many experiments and clinical apporaches must be continued to use Crassulacea plants widely.
