In the Goryeo period, the institution of remonstration officers(Daegan 臺諫) were developed. The Daegwan(臺官) and Gangwan(諫官) monitored the behaviors of the king and the subjects, and were closely tied to each other, sharing some of their respective functions. But the Daegwan and Gangwan were also independent from each other. Either the Eosa-dae(御史臺) or the individual Daegwan performed their duties independently, and while sharing some of the functions of the Gangwan, they usually operated on their own. In the meantime, the Gangwan were part of the Secretariat-Chancellery(Jungseo Munha-seong 中書門下省), along with the Jaesin(宰臣) ministers. So, affiliated offices or Jaesin ministers led the Gangwan. But after king Sukjong s reign, the official body of the Gangwan came to be called as Ganweon(諫院), and they operated apart from the Jaesin ministers. This fashion of operation was modeled after the Dang and Song institutions, and as a result the level of the Gangwan independent nature was relatively heightened. The Gangwan conducted their own functions, and while sometimes sharing the functions of the Daegwan, they performed their own duties alone. The Daegwan and Gangwan combined into the Daegan in king Yejong. They together were asked about the state affairs and performed their duties, remonstrated in front of Hapmoon(閤門). So the institution of remonstration officers was operated briskly. The king Yejong combined the Jaesin and the Chumil(樞密) into the Jae-Chu to ask the problems of the Jurchen and made the Daegan to check the Jae-Chu. Thus He strengthened royal authority. Since then the Jae-Chu and the Daegan were more active.

Concurrent injury of medial malleolus and deltoid ligament is difficult to occur considering the injury mecha-nism. When the concurrent injury comes about, the deltoid ligament injury could be missed and it may lead to medial ankle instability. There are few reported cases of the concurrent injury and domestic case of concurrent failure of both structures over the medial side has been reported just once; however, the injury mechanism is different from this case. The authors report a case of medial malleolus fracture with deltoid ligament rupture following pronation injury with a review of necessity of repairing deltoid ligament for ankle stability.
자기결정 활동 활성화를 위한 실천 방안으로서의 심리운동: Walther의 교육인류학적 관점에 따른 심리운동 사례 분석을 중심으로

본 논문의 목적은 특수교육의 핵심 과제인 특수교육대상자들의 자기결정 활동을 활성화하여 통합된 지역사회에서 자립적인 삶을 실현하는데 이바지 하고자 한다. 이를 위해 먼저 특수교육대상자의 자기결정에 대한 요구와 실제 특수교육 환경의 한계성을 살펴보았다. 다음으로 국내 자기결정 관련 선행 연구들의 동향을 살피고 자기결정에 대한 특수교육대상자들의 다차원적 측면을 고려한 Walther의 인류학적 자기결정을 새로운 관점으로 제시하였다. 자기책임, 자기지도, 자립이란 3가지 단계와 인간의 활동, 지원필요의 활동, 적응의 활동, 동행의 활동이란 4가지 활동 영역으로 구성된 Walther의 인류학적 다차원적 자기결정에 관한 이해를 특수교육학적 실천 방안으로서 심리운동 프로그램 사례에 적용하였다. 이에 심리운동 프로그램을 통한 자기결정 활동 활성화의 가능성을 제안하였다. 더불어 참여자 간의 관계 증진을 통한 소속감 형성과 교사 및 전문가와 특수교육대상자와의 유연하고 수용적인 역할 이행을 자기결정 활동 활성화를 위한 실천 방안의 매개체로 분석하였다. This thesis intends to revitalize self-determining activities of students with special needs as a core task of special education and to contribute to their independent living in an integrated society. To this end, it first investigated needs of special-needs students and the limitations of actual special education environment. Next, it looked into trends of preceding researches related to domestic self-determination and then, it suggested a new multi-dimension aspect of special-needs students considering Walther's educational anthropology aspect. As an actual practice plan, it applied Psychomotor programs to understanding about Walther's educational anthropology and multi-dimension self-determination which consist of 3 stages of self-responsibility, self-direction, independence and 4 areas of human activities, support-needed activities, adaptation activities, and accompanying activities. And, it proposed possibility of self-determining revitalization through programs. In addition, it analyzed and investigated the creation of sense of belonging through relationship improvement among participants, and the fulfillment of the flexible and receptive role between teachers, specialists and special-needs students as a medium of practical plan for self-determination activities.
