        비행시험통제용 실시간 PCM 자료처리시스템 개발

        비행시험에서 비행체의 경우 실시간으로 빠르게 이동하므로 비행체 상태를 파악하기 위하여 사용되는 계측/측정장비들의 데이터는 비행시험통제시스템들에 필요한 형태로 처리되고 송신되는 것이 실시간으로 이루어지는 것이 중요하다. 그래서 통제컴퓨터 자료처리시스템에서 발생하는 원격측정자료 처리시간의 감소 및 처리 주기의 향상을 통하여 계측레이더/원격측정장비 연동자료 처리, 비행안전 판단시스템, 비상종료 송신시스템 등에 연동자료 및 안전판단 정보를 현재보다 빠르고 유연하게 제공하기 위해 현 운용중인 원격측정자료처리시스템의 PCM 데이터와 레이더 정보를 동시에 수신/처리할 수 있는 자료처리 소프트웨어를 탑재하여 독립 운용이 가능한 PCM 자료처리시스템 을 개발하였다. 본 논문에서는 기존 시스템을 보완하여 개발된 PCM 자료처리시스템의 전체적인 구조부터 소프트웨어 기능을 세부적으로 분류하여 중점적으로 설명하고 있다. 또한, PCM 자료처리시스템은 시스템 안정화 및 시험운영을 통하여 점차 보완해 나갈 것이다. In flight tests, aircraft moves in real time, so it is important that data from instrumentation/measurement equipment used to determine aircraft status are processed in necessary form and transmitted to flight control systems in real time. Therefore, through telemetry data processing time reduction and processing cycle improvement in flight test control computer data processing system, in order to provide faster slave-data and safety judgment information to radar/telemetry slave-data processing, flight safety analysis system, emergency destruction transmission system, etc., we developed a PCM processing system that can be operated independently by installing data processing software that can receive and process PCM data in current telemetry data processing system and radar information at the same time. In this paper, we explain classified software functions in detail, starting with overall structure of PCM data processing systems developed by supplementing existing systems. Additionally, PCM data processing system will be supplemented through system stabilization and test operation.

        간호교육에서 동료학습의 효과와 전략에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰

        The purpose of this study is to identify factors associated with effective peer-assisted learning (PAL) for nursing students. This review examined studies on PAL in nursing education. The literature was searched using terms including 'nursing & peer assisted learning,' 'nursing & peer learning,' and 'nursing & peer teaching.' Potentially relevant research on PAL was identified, and 12 studies were determined to meet the inclusion criteria. This review includes five qualitative, three mixed-methods, and three experimental studies published on the topic. In the studies reviewed, practicum classes were found to use PAL the most. Students of the same age were most commonly the subjects of PAL, as indicated in six papers. PAL has been suggested to affect participants' knowledge, self-efficacy, confidence, and anxiety. The findings indicate that interactions between peers promote learning and lead to mutually positive responses, which provide opportunities for self-development. Finally, students' learning outcomes improve and their confidence in their knowledge and skills increases as they experience the role of student nurse. These findings indicate that PAL can be utilized as an efficient learning method in nursing education programs. However, effective strategies for using PAL to achieve learning objectives and maximize learning outcomes are needed.

        『민옹전』에 등장하는 벽서(壁書)의 의미

        박지원의 「민옹전」에 등장하는 벽서는 작품의 앞부분에 등장하는 몇 줄 안 되는 짧은 내용이다. 그래서인지 「민옹전」을 다룬 기존의 연구에서 벽서를 중요하게 다룬 적은 없었다. 본고는 「민옹전」에서 벽서의 가치와 역할이 무엇인지 다루려고 한다. 박지원은 민유신을 죽는 날까지 포부를 잃지 않은 선비라고 했다. 박지원이 「민옹전」을 지은 이유는 이점 때문이라고 볼 수 있다. 그런데 「민옹전」의 내용에서 민유신의 이와 같은 면모는 민유신이 7살부터 70살이 될 때까지 매년 써 놓은 벽서를 통해서 확인할 수 있다. 민유신은 어려서부터 포부를 세워 실천했으며 나이가 들어서도 포부를 잃지 않았다. 민유신은 출사하지 못했지만 나이가 들어서도 자신의 포부를 저버리지 않았으며 실력을 닦는데 게으르지 않았다. 박지원이 민유신을 `죽는 날까지 포부를 가진 뜻 있는 선비`로서 평가하고 전을 지어 기린 것은 벽서를 통해 민유신이라는 인물을 이해할 수 있었기 때문이다. 또한 벽서를 통해 양반으로서 공부하는 사람의 삶을 이해할 수 있다. 벽서를 통해 공부하는 자로서의 삶은 구체적 목표의 설정, 공부한것의 실천, 일정한 수준에 도달, 새로운 공부의 시작이라는 과정을 거쳐야 완성되어 감을 보여준다. 이 과정에서 공부하는 사람에게 필요한 태도가 무엇인지도 확인할 수 있다. 「민옹전」에 등장하는 박지원과 민유신의 교유 내용으로 민유신이라는 인물을 이해할 수도 있다. 하지만 벽서를 통해서 이해할 때 민유신이라는 인물을 제대로 이해할 수 있으며, 박지원이 그의 죽음을 애통해 하며 전을 지었던 것도 납득할 수 있게 된다. Minongjeon is a biography(Jeon, 傳) that Park Ji-won wrote in order to celebrate Min Yu-sin. A writing on the wall in Minongjeon appears in the first part of the work and has a short passage in a few lines. Therefore, the writing has not been dealt with, even though Minongjeon has been studied. This paper attempts to deal with the value and role of the writing on the wall in Minongjeon. Park Ji-won said that Min Yu-sin was a classical scholar having an ambition to his dying day. Therefore, Park Ji-won wrote Minongjeon. And such an aspect of Min Yu-sin is confirmed through the very writing on the wall. The writing introduced by Park Ji-won shows the trace of Min Yu-sin`s life. He practised as well as had an ambition from his early age and did not lost it in his old age. He was a poor aristocrat but had an ambition to enter government service by improving his ability for his country and the people. Unfortunately, he couldn`t enter government service but he never lost his ambition and was not lazy to improve his ability for the day that he didn`t know when. Such a life of Min Yu-sin is reflected in the writing on the wall. And therefore Park Ji-won appraised Min Yu-sin as `a meaningful classical scholar having an ambition to his dying day` and celebrated him by writing the biography after his death. Min Yu-sin`s life shows persons, forgetting their duties as an aristocrat, how to live and the writing on the wall convinces them of laziness. Furthermore, through the writing on the wall, it is possible to understand the life of a studying person as an aristocrat in the Joseon period. The writing shows that the life of a studying person is fulfilled by going through a process consisting of beginning a study, setting a specific goal, practising the study, attaining a certain standard, and beginning another study. Through the writing, it is possible to confirm that, in that process, the studying person must set a specific goal and be active and easy in study. It can be said that the writing on the wall in Minongjeon speaks for the life of Min Yu-sin who faithfully followed the typical life of a studying person in the Joseon period. It is also possible to understand the character, Min Yu-sin, through the social intercourse between him and Park Ji-won in Minongjeon. However, in the case of understanding the character, Min Yu-sin, through the writing on the wall, it is possible to better understand that Park Ji-won wrote the biography in grief.

        파일럿 규모 2단 가스화 시스템 공정을 이용한 RDF 가스화

        본 연구에서는 W시에서 운영하는 RDF 생산시설의 펠렛 RDF를 이용하여 RDF의 가스화 반응으로 합성가스를 생산하였다. 생산된 RDF 촤를 소각로에 투입하여 연소과정에서 발생되는 열을 가스화로의 간접열원으로 이용하는 2단 가스화시스템 공정을 개발하였다. RDF의 가스화 반응 시간에 따른 합성가스 발생 비율과 잔재물(촤)의 발열량 분석 등을 통하여 2단 가스화시스템 공정에서의 합성가스 생산 최적 운전조건을 연구하였다. 가스화로의 외부 열원 공급에 필요한 에너지 비용 저감을 위해 최적의 촤 체류시간을 도출하였다. Syngas was produced out of pellet refuse derived fuel (RDF) produced from an RDF production facility of W city, Korea. A two-stage gasification system was developed to use the RDF char as an auxiliary heat source for gasification reaction. The composition and heating value of syngas as well as the heating value of residual product (char) were measured at a different residence time to investigate the optimal operating condition of the two-stage gasification system for syngas production. The optimal char residence time to minimize the energy cost due to an external heat source supply was also deduced.

        국내 산모·영유아 건강관리 지원제도 분석

        초기아동발달기의 산모와 아동의 경험은 출생 이후 발달과 건강에 지속적으로 영향을 미칠 수 있어 적정한 개입이 필요하며, 이런 의미에서 산모·영유아 건강관리 지원제도는 모든 아동의 건강한 출발과 성장을 보호·증진하기 위해 개입하는 필수적인 제도이다. 이를 개별적으로 다룬 연구는 있었으나 이용자의 측면에서 종합적으로 다룬 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내 산모·영유아 건강관리 지원제도 전반을 분석하여 그 현황과 한계를 파악하고 정책 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 전국 단위에서 시행되는 국내 24개 산모·영유아 건강관리 지원사업을 생애주기와 대상의 필요 정도(intensity)에 따라 분류하고, 각 사업의 지원대상, 급여방식, 지원시기, 담당기관 등을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 현행 산모·영유아 건강관리 지원제도는 첫째, 이용자의 신청에 기반하고, 둘째, 비용 지원이 대부분으로 서비스 지원이 부족하며, 셋째, 전문적인 필요에 대응하는 지원이 부족하며, 넷째, 지원기간이 출산 전후에 집중되어 있으며, 다섯째, 사업들이 분절적으로 시행되는 한계가 있음을 확인하였다. 따라서 산모·영유아 건강관리 지원제도는 생애주기에 따른 시간 차원의 연계성, 커뮤니티케어를 통한 장소 차원의 연계성, 필요 정도에 따른 사업 간 서비스 차원의 연계성을 구축하는 방향으로 발전해야 한다. 이러한 통합과 연계가 원활히 작동하기 위하여 ‘건강 우선 정책(HiAP)’ 관점의 다부문 협력 체계가 기반이 되어야 할 것이다. Proper interventions in the phase of early child development is necessary since the experience of mothers and children in the period can affect the development and health of children over time. The maternal and child healthcare services provided during early child development are essential to protect and promote a healthy start and growth of all children. There has been a lack of research that comprehensively analyzed maternal and child healthcare services in South Korea despite a few studies that examined individual programs. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze all of the maternal and child healthcare services in South Korea synthetically to identify their current status and limitations and to suggest policy directions. This study classified the 24 maternal and child healthcare services according to the life course and the intensity of needs. We analyzed the programs based on the intended subjects, benefit types, timing of support, and agencies in charge of each program, etc. Identified limitations of current maternal and child healthcare services are as follow: First, it is based on the application of users (opt-in). Second, the ‘in-cash’ benefit type constitutes most of the programs and the ‘in-services’ type is relatively scarce. Third, the ‘indicated support’ programs for families of children with additional needs are insufficient. Fourth, the life-course coverage range is restricted to only before and after the childbirth. Finally, there is a lack of connectivities and integrations. For the better maternal and child healthcare for the early childhood development, time- (life-course), place- (care in community), and services- (by intensity of needs) level integration should be considered. Furthermore, to ensure that these links work smoothly, the services should be based on the intersectoral cooperation system from the perspective of “Health in all policy (HiAP)”.

        원수 사랑, 하나님 나라

        The ethical characteristics of Jesus’ first sermon, the Kingdom discourse (Q 6:20-49), has significant considerations regarding its socio-political dimension. Since the term the “Kingdom of God” accompanies socio-political implication within this discourse, it is appropriate to examine Jesus’ teaching of ‘love for enemy’ in terms of a pursuit for a just and equal society, which was eventually actualized by the early Christian community. ‘Love for enemy’ is often discussed in the broader scope of ancient wisdom tradition or reinterpretation of Torah by Jewish scribes. It is, however, too radical to be interpreted simply as a teaching for individuals or elite scribes living in an ancient society where the boundaries between social relationships were highly adhered to. This teaching is assumed to have specifically become the foundation that contributed to build the basis of the early Christian community where the least significant, even one’s enemy was to be more regarded than the prestige of John the Baptist (Q7:18-35), thereby enabling the protection of its entire membership, even the socially outcast. This paper will explore the teaching of ‘love for enemy’ to distinguish it as foundational to the socio-political relationships of the early Christian movement of the Kingdom of God, which attempted to bring a new social paradigm of compassion and equality led by Q discourse. This radical teaching, rather than simply being a solely universal and religious teaching, will be examined from the point of an implication in the destruction for the given social criteria of the time in order to build an alternative community whose example renders precious meaning for society today.         <황조가>의 배경 연구

        고구려 유리왕이 부른 <황조가>는 외로운 신세를 탄식하는 노래이다. 그런데 <황조가>가 불려진 시기가 납득하기 어렵다. 그 이유는 황조, 즉 꾀꼬리는 여름 철새라는 사실 때문이다. <황조가>는 삼국사기에 유리왕 3년 기록에 실려있다. 주목할 점은 치희와 화희의 다툼 기록에 이어 실려있다는 점이다. 그래서 두 여인의 다툼이 황조가의 배경인 것처럼 보인다. 그렇지만 꾀꼬리는 음력 10월에 북쪽 지방에서 발견할 수 없다. 유리왕이 꾀꼬리를 본 것은 이때가 아니라 다른 때이다. 그러므로 <황조가>는 원래 다른 일이 원인이 되어 부른 노래이다. <황조가>에서 찾을 수 있는 정조는 외로움이다. 유리왕이 외로움에 빠졌던 것은 아버지의 부재를 자각했을 때이다. 특히 유리왕은 자신을 홀로 키우는 어머니의 모습에서 외로움을 더 느꼈을 수 있다. 고구려에 와 아버지를 만났지만 아버지는 얼마 되지 않아 죽고 만다. 유리왕의 외로움은 해소되지 못했고, 어머니도 다시 홀로 지내는 신세가 되었다. 그래서 아버지가 죽은 후 봄이 <황조가>가 불려졌을 때로 보인다. 아버지가 죽은 다음 해 봄, 유리왕이 아버지의 묘를 다녀오다 꾀꼬리를 보고 자신과 어머니의 신세에 빗대어 <황조가>를 부른 것으로 이래할 수 있다. 그런데 유리왕이 부른 <황조가>는 치희와 화희의 다툼에도 잘 맞아떨어진다. 치희는 돌아가자는 유리왕의 제의를 거절했고, 유리왕은 혼자 돌아올 수밖에 없었다. 그래서 치희와 화희 다툼에 이어 기록한 것이다. 삼국사기의 기록을 믿는다면, 음력 10월에 꾀꼬리가 존재할 수 없다는 것을 인정해야 한다. 그렇다면 <황조가>는 이때 불려진 것이 아니라 이미 그전에 불려진 것이라야 맞다. 황조가의 정서로 볼 때 아버지가 죽은 다음해 봄에 불려졌을 가능성이 높다. This study is making clear when Hwangjoga was sung for the first time. Hwangjoga is a song to sigh one`s loneliness. However, it is difficult to understand the time that Hwangjoga was sung. Because Hwangjo, namely a Chinese oriole, is a migratory bird and thus it can`t live in the northern area in October of the lunar calendar. Hwangjoga was published in the record of the third year of King Yuri in the Samguk-sagi. It should be noticeable that the song was published following the record about discord between Chihi and Hwahi. So, the discord between two women seems to be the background of Hwangjoga. But, a Chinese oriole can`t be found in the northern area in October of the lunar calendar. Because a Chinese oriole can`t be seen, it doesn`t make sense that he sang the song when he saw it. It is not this time but another time that King Yuri saw a Chinese oriole. Therefore, Hwangjoga was sung by originally another reason. The mood in Hwangjoga is loneliness. When King Yuri was conscious of his father`s absence, he sank into an abyss of loneliness. Especially, King Yuri might feel much more loneliness by the figure of his mother who raised him alone. Although he met his father when he came to Goguryeo, soon after that his father passed away. King Yuri`s loneliness wasn`t relieved and his mother again came to live her life alone. Hwangjoga was sung probably in Spring after his father`s death. In the next Spring after his father`s death, King Yuri sang Hwangjoga alluded his mother`s and his life when he saw a Chinese oriole on the way back from his father`s tomb. By the way, Hwangjoga sung by King Yuri matches well the discord between Chihi and Hwahi, too. Chihi declined King Yuri`s offer to return and he had no choice but to return alone. Therefore, it was recorded following the discord between Chihi and Hwahi. If the record in the Samguk-sagi is believed, it should be admitted that there can`t be a Chinese oriole in October of the lunar calendar. If so, it is right that Hwangjoga was already sung before the time not then. Judging from the mood in Hwangjoga, it is highly likely that Hwangjoga was sung in the next Spring after his father`s death.
