본 논문에서는 무인자율주행차량용 라이다 시스템 및 근거리용 영상처리 시스템에 활용할 수 있는 새로운 구조의 부트스트 랩 차동 트랜스임피던스 증폭기(BFD-TIA)를 구현하였다. 미러-캐스코드 입력단은 피드백 저항이 있는 캐스코드 형태의 공통 소스(CS) 단과 입력 NMOS 트랜지스터의 드레인 노드에서 반전된 출력전압을 취하여 AC-coupling 커패시터를 통과한 후, 미러 형태 CS단의 게이트 입력으로 연결한 차동 출력단으로 구성하였다. 특히, 전압모드 TIA 회로에서 대역폭 및 노이즈 성능에 직접적인 영향을 주는 포토다이오드 커패시턴스(Cpd)의 영향을 줄이기 위해 본 논문에서는 부트스트랩 회로기법을 활용하였다. 제안한 BFD-TIA는 0.13-μm CMOS 공정을 이용하여 제작하였으며, 칩 측정 결과, 86-dBΩ 트랜스임피던스 이득, 500-Mb/s 동작속도(포토다이오드 모델링 : 25Ω 기생저항 및 0.5 pF 기생 커패시턴스), 7.9-pA/sqrt(Hz) 평균 잡음전류 스펙트럼 밀도, 및 1.2-V 전원전압으로부터 24 mW 전력소모를 갖는다. 칩 코어의 면적은 185 × 87 μ㎡ 이다. This paper presents a novel bootstrapped fully differential CMOS transimpedance amplifier(BFD-TIA) for the applications of unmanned vehicle LiDAR systems or mid-range image processing systems. The mirrored-cascode input stage consists of a cascode input with a feedback resistor and its mirrored differential stage by connecting the inverting output voltage from the drain node of the common-source transistor to the gate of the mirrored differential stage through an AC-coupling capacitor. Moreover, bootstrapping technique is exploited to reduce the direct effect of the notorious photodiode capacitance upon the bandwidth and noise performance in a typical voltage-mode TIA.. Test chips of the proposed BFD-TIA were implemented by using a 0.13-μm CMOS technology. Measured results demonstrate that the BFD-TIA achieves 86-dBΩ transimpedance gain, 500-Mb/s operation speed(PIN-photodiode modeling: 25 Ω resistance and 0.5 pF capacitance), 7.9-pA/sqrt(Hz) average noise current spectral density, and 24-mW power consumption from a single 1.2-V supply. Chip core occupies the area of 185 × 87 μ㎡.

This study was conducted to investigate the physical activity pattern, activity coefficient, basal metabolic rate and energy expenditure of female university students. One-day activity diaries were collected from 95 female university students in Seoul. Body composition was measured by Inbody 720. Subjects spent 7 hr 8min on sleeping, 6 hr 31min on studying, 2 hr 50min on physiological activity, 2 hr 3min on leisure, 2 hr 2min on walking and jogging, 1 hr 58 min on commuting and 22min on house chores. The activity coefficient of these subjects was 1.58. The comparison of body composition of subjects according to PAL showed that body weight, body fat mass, arm circumference and arm muscle circumference of physically active group were significantly higher than those of the sedentary group. BMR calculated by Harris-Benedict (HB) formula and DRI formula and BMR measured by Inbody 720 was 1375 kcal, 1306 kcal and 1209 kcal, respectively. Total energy expenditure (TEE) examined by one-day activity diaries and calculated by H-B formula and estimated energy requirement (EER) formula in DRI was 2102.1 kcal, 2184.4 kcal, and 2164.5 kcal, respectively. The Pearson correlation coefficient between TEE examined by one-day activity diaries and H-B TEE was 0.795 (p < 0.001) while that between TEE examined and DRI EER was 0.604 (p < 0.001). Overall data indicated that female university students seemed to be less active. Therefore it is recommended that universities develop good exercise programs for their students. Further studies are needed to generate more meaningful results with a larger sample size and using machine attached to the body, which are able to detect physical activity more accurately. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of perfectionism on the self - esteem, self - management, and stress of arts high school dance major. We conducted a questionnaire survey on arts high school students and analyzed the frequency, correlation, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 23 program. First, self-directed perfectionism has a positive effect on self-esteem, and social imperfect perfectionism has a negative effect on all sub-factors of self-esteem. Second, self-directed perfectionism has a positive effect on interpersonal management, training management, and mental management of self-management, and social mperfect perfection has a negative influence on life management and mental management. Third, self-directed perfectionism has no statistically significant effect on stress, but social imperfect perfection has a positive effect on stress. In conclusion, if self-esteem can be strengthened and self-management can be done more thoroughly, it will help to control the stress that perfectionism can bring about.

Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) has been described in association with other autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, scleroderma, mixed connective tissue disease, autoimmune thyroid diseases, pernicious anemia and others. The concomitant occurrence of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and psoriasis has been reported sporadically, but the coexistence of generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP) and SLE has been rarely reported. We describe a 31-year-old female without any previous personal or family history of psoriasis who developed an extensive pustular eruption 6 weeks after starting hydroxychloroquine treatment for probable SLE.
특성화고등학교에서 PBL을 활용한 아이덴티티 디자인 수업 연구

2015 개정 교육과정에서 디자인교육의 목표에서는 직무 수행에 필요한 기술적 사고력과 문제해결력을 강조하고 있으며, PBL은 직업인으로서 접하게 되는 실제적인 문제와 환경을 통해 문제해결 능력을 기를 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 PBL을 활용한 아이덴티티 디자인 수업을 통하여 학생들의 문제해결 능력과 협업 능력, 자기 주도적 학습 능력 등을 키우고자 하였다. 이를 위해 PBL과 아이덴티티 디자인에 대하여 이론적으로 고찰하고, 설문조사를 통해 특성화고등학교 아이덴티티 디자인교육의 현황을 파악하였다. 이를 기반으로 PBL을 활용한 아이덴티티 디자인 수업 과정을 도입, 문제 만나기, 해결방안 탐색하기, 해결안 개발하기, 발표 및 평가하기의 다섯 단계로 구성하였으며, 효과 검증을 위해 경기도 소재의 특성화고등학교에서 수업을 진행하였다. 그 결과, 수업 과정에 대한 전반적인 만족도가 4.42로 나타나 높은 효과성을 입증하였다. In the 2015 revised curriculum, the goal of design education emphasizes technical thinking and problem-solving skills necessary for job performance, and PBL can develop problem-solving skills through practical problems and environments encountered by professionals. Therefore, this study attempted to develop students problem-solving ability, collaboration ability, and self-directed learning ability through identity design classes using PBL. To this end, PBL and identity design were theoretically considered, and the current status of identity design education in specialized high schools was grasped through a survey. Based on this, the identity design class course using PBL was composed of five stages: introduction, problem meeting, solution exploration, solution development, presentation, and evaluation, and classes were conducted at specialized high schools in Gyeonggi-do to verify the effectiveness. As a result, the overall satisfaction with the class was 4.42, proving high effectiveness.
