모바일 매핑시스템은 차량에 GPS(Global Positioning System), IMU(Inertial Measurement Unit), CCD 카메라 등을 탑재하고 위치 및 영상 정보를 취득하는 효율적인 방법이다. 모바일 매핑시스템은 도로 시설물 관리, 지도 갱신 등 다양한 분야에 이용되고 있다. 국외에서 개발된 모바일 매핑시스템은 각 센서의 통합 및 동기화 방안을 알 수 없으므로 업그레이드하거나 새로운 센서를 추가하기 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 모바일 매핑시스템의 개선 및 센서추가를 위해서 모바일 매핑시스템에 기본석으로 필요한 GPS, IMU, 그리고 CCD 카메라와 향후 추가될 센서인 레이저, 오도미터(Odometer) 등의 센서가 추가될 경우를 고려하여 멀티 센서 통합 및 동기화 구현 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 동기화에 필요한 각 센1서의 요구사항을 파악한 후 동기화 장비를 설계 및 제작하고 실험하였다. Mobile Mapping System is an effective wav to obtain position and image using vehicle equipped with GPS(Global Positioning System), IMU(Inertial Measurement Unit), and CCD camera. It have been used various fields of load facility management, map upgrade and etc. It is difficult to upgrade Mobile Mopping System which is developed from abroad and add other sensors because we don't know the way to integrate and synchronize multi-sensors. In this paper, we present the effective way of the integration and synchronization method for multi sensors we designed and manufactured Synchronization equipment by considering sensors of laser, odometer and etc.

In worldwide conventional arms transfer in 2010, the United States ranked 1st, Russia ranked 2nd, Germany ranked 3rd and Korea(ROK) ranked 18th with $1.19 billion. This study seeks to quantify the extent to which Korea has a export competitiveness of defense products such as Aircraft, Air Defense Systems, Armoured Vehicles, Artillery, Engine, Missile, Sensors, Ships and how this has changed over the period 2000~2010 in the global defense market. To study korea’s export competitiveness of defense products, four widely used indexes are calculated such as Market Share Index, Trade Specialization Index, RCA and RC Index. As a result of competitiveness analysis, trade performance indices indicated that Korea’s defense industry has a high comparative advantage in Artillery and Ships in the global defense market. In resent years, Aircraft has been gradually emerging as important export defense products. Korea’s defense industry is needed a close cooperation with the government organization to enhance export competitiveness of defense products such as analysis of global arms market, global marketing, R&D, international co-production, M&A and joint venture.
모바일매핑시스템에서의 실시간 지리정보 전송을 위한 연구

The Mobile Mapping System using the vehicle equipped the GPS, IMU, CCD Cameras is the effective system for the management of the road facilities, update of the digital map, and etc. If the geographic information which is acquired by the Mobile mapping System can be transmitted in realtime, users can process what they want using the latest data. In this research, the effective method was suggested for the transmission of the geographic information acquired by mobile mapping System such as position data, attitude data, and image data in the wireless internet environment in realtime. 모바일매핑시스템은 차량에 GPS, IMU, CCD카메라 등을 장착하여 대상물의 위치 및 영상정보를 획득할 수 있는 효율적인 시스템으로 도로 시설물의 유지$\cdot$관리, 수치지도의 갱신 등 여러 분야에서 활용되고 있다. 이러한 모바일매핑시스템을 통해 획득한 지리정보를 실시간으로 기준국에 전송하면 사용자는 최신의 정보를 이용해 자신이 원하는 형태의 가공 및 처리를 하는 것이 가능해 진다. 본 연구에서는 모바일매핑시스템을 통해 취득되는 위치정보, 자세정보, 영상정보 등의 지리정보를 무선인터넷 환경에서 실시간으로 전송하기 위한 효율적인 방안에 대해 제시하고자 한다.

An analysis has been given for the effect of viscous dissipation on the thermal instability of plane Couette flow between two parallel plates maintained at different constant temperatures. Under the assumption that the principle of the exchange of stabilities holds, stationary disturbance quantities in the form of longitudinal vortices are considered. The magnitudes of disturbance quantities are then represented as fast convergent power series so that the eigenvalue problem for determining the onset conditions of the thermal instability may be reduced to a simplified problem of finding the roots of a $4{\times}4$ determinant. It is shown that as the magnitude of the visucous dissipation increases the flow becomes more susceptible to instabilities, which is in very good agreement with previous results obtained in some related researches.
비분산 적외선 분광법을 이용한 Co<sub>2</sub>농도 고속 분석기의 Sampling Module 특성에 관한 실험적 연구

A fast response analyzer for measuring carbon dioxide concentration has been developed for transient characteristic and researches tested on internal combustion engine. The analyzer uses the well known NDIR(Non-Dispersive Infrared) method with miniaturized detection system, giving a time constant of approximately 30 microsecond, and sampling module consists of capillary tube. Since the transit time and the time constant of the sampling system depend on the sampling conditions, it is necessary to investigate the characteristics of sampling system before applied to exhaust gas measurement in engine. A unique method was designed to study the influence of the diameter of transfer sample line and operating conditions of the FRNDIR on transit time and time constant. A database of transit time and time constant was built up for different measured and simulated pressure conditions. The database can be used for correcting eventual $CO_2$ concentration measurement.
