본 연구에서는 온톨로지를 기반으로 개인의 선호도에 따라 여행지를 추천해 주는 시스템을 제안하고 구현하였다. 사용자 개인의 선호도를 파악하기 위해 사용자의 프로파일, 어플리케이션 내의 검색 정보, 웹검색 정보와 페이스북 정보 등을 활용한다. 또한 실험적인 구현 사례로 시범 서비스 국가인 영국에 대하여 여행지 정보 데이터베이스를 개념과 관계를 중심으로 온톨로지를 구축하고 이를 중심으로 개인 선호도에 따라 여행지를 추천한다. 이 시스템의 개인화된 추천 방식을 이용함으로써 사용자는 자신이 관심 있는 여행지를 추천받아 이를 중심으로 여행 계획을 수립할 수 있다. We propose and implement a personalized tour recommendation system based on ontology. We utilize user’s profile, dynamic information on search in the application, web search, and facebook for personalized recommendation. We construct tour database for England based on ontology for a demo service, and recommend tour spot considering an individual preference with tour database. This dynamic and personalized tour service makes it possible for individual to plan one’s own tour by considering recommended tour spots for each individual.

인권 기반의 사례관리 실천: 자기결정권과 의사소통행위를 중심으로

이 연구는 사회복지 실천현장에서 사례관리 현장시스템이 인권에 기반하여 작동되고 있는지 고찰하는 데 목적이 있다. 사회복지실천은 당사자의 인권 증진을 위한 당위성을 갖는다. 특히 사회복지실천에서 대표성을 갖는 사례관리는 인권에 기반을 두어야 한다. 이에 제3세대 인권흐름과 사회복지실천에서 중점을 두고 있는 자기결정권과 의사소통행위를 상호 연계하여 민관사례관리현장업무매뉴얼 및 평가지표를 비교분석하였다. 연구 결과, 현장 일선에 적용되는 민관사례관리현장매뉴얼 및 평가지표는 자기결정권과 의사소통행위 반영 정도가 매우 미흡하였다. 또한 당사자 입장이 아닌 제공자 입장에서 구성되어 지표가 다양하지 못하였고, 당사자 생활 전반에 인권의 보편적 실천이 어렵다고 판단되었다. 이 연구 결과를 토대로 사례관리시스템을 추진하는 데 인권의 권리주체가 보편화하여야 함을 인식하고, 민관사례관리현장업무매뉴얼 및 평가지표가 권리 기반으로 전환되어야 하며, 사례관리자의 인권관점 역량증진을 위한 활동 중심 교육과정의 필요성을 제언하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine whether, within the scope of social welfare practices, the field system of case management is administered based on human rights. Social welfare practices are justified by promoting human rights. In particular, social work represented in social welfare practices should be established based on human rights. Therefore, the field manual for the public-private case management site and evaluation index were comparatively analyzed, and this revealed a correlation between self-determination and communication behaviors that were rooted in the third-generation human rights movement and social welfare practices. The results of this study showed that the level of reflection on self-determination and communication behavior in the field manual for the public-private case management site and evaluation index was insufficient. Moreover, the indicators showed limited diversity because they were developed from the perspective of the providers rather than the perspective of the recipients. It was also challenging for recipients to practice universal human rights throughout their overall life. Based on the results of this study, a case management system should be pursued by recognizing the universalized subjects of human rights, converting the field manual for the public-private case management site and evaluation index into a basis of rights, and suggesting the importance of an activity-centered curriculum to enhance case managers’ competence in human rights.

역량과 불확실성이 지식추구형 해외직접투자 시기에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 역량 기반 관점(capability-based view)과 불확실성(uncertainty)의 해소와 투자 시행에 관련된 기존 연구들에 근거하여 다국적 기업들이 해외 연구소를 설립하는 지식추구형 해외직접투자(knowledge-seeking FDI)를 언제 시행할 것인지에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 관한 실증 연구이다. 지식추구형 해외직접투자는 다른 유형의 투자에 비해 높은 수준의 자원 투입을 필요로 하고 투자 기간이 길며 성과에 대한 예측이 어렵기 때문에 주로 후속 투자로 발생하고 투자 시행 결정에 있어 기업 내/외부의 불확실성에 민감하게 반응하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 다국적 기업들의 해외 연구소 설립 시기에 영향을 미치는 역량과 불확실성 요인으로 기업의 기술적 역량과 현지의 기술적 자원, 현지 경영 환경의 호의성에 주목하였다. 일본 제약/화학 다국적 기업이 설립한 해외 연구소 자료에 대해 사건사 분석을 시행한 결과, 다국적 기업 본사의 기술적 역량이 강할 때와 현지의 기술적 자원이 풍부할 때 다국적 기업의 해외 연구소가 빨리 설립될 가능성이 높은 것으로 밝혀졌다. 더불어 현지 국가의 호의적인 경영환경이 현지의 풍부한 기술적 자원과 지식추구형 해외직접투자 시기간의 관계를 강화하는 조절 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. This study proposes a capability-based view and the lens of uncertainty to examine empirically factors influencing the timing of knowledge-seeking FDI (foreign direct investment) of multinational corporations (MNCs). Due to the risk-prone aspects of knowledge-seeking FDI in terms of high commitment of resources and high irreversibility of the investment, firms are likely to be more risk-averse when they decide whether to make knowledge-seeking FDI than market- or efficiency-seeking FDI. Thus, decision-making for knowledge-seeking FDI is significantly influenced by uncertainty related to the investments. This study proposes that there are firm-level (technological capabilities of a MNC) and host country-level factors (abundance of technological resources and business environmental favorability of a host country) which have impacts on uncertainty related to knowledge-seeking FDI of Japanese MNCs. Using event history analysis, we investigate 62 R&D subsidiaries of 32 Japanese pharmaceutical and chemical MNCs. Our findings show that strong technological capabilities of a MNC headquarter and favorable business environment of a host country reduce uncertainty of local knowledge sourcing, thereby promoting knowledge-seeking FDI. Our results also show that abundant technological resources of a host country have a positive impact on the timing of knowledge-seeking FDI. And the impact of abundant technological resources of a host country on the timing of knowledge-seeking FDI is strengthened when business environment of a host country is more favorable.
