        루이보스차(Asphalthus linearis)의 추출방법에 따른 페놀릭류 함량 변화연구

        루이보스티에서 5종의 phenolic acid (gallic acid, chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, p-coumaric acid, trans-ferulic acid)와 9종의 flavonoid (procyanidin b1, aspalathin, rutin, vitexin, hyperoside, isoquercitrin, luteolin, quercetin, chrysoeriol)를 UPLC-MSMS를 이용하여 동시 분석하였다. 14종 페놀릭류를 동시 분석하기 위하여 기기조건과 유효성을 검증하였고 확립된 분석방법을 이용하여 시중에 유통중인 루이보스티 30건을 채취하여 페놀릭류를 분석하였다. 루이보스티 1 g 혹은 1티백에 뜨거운 물 100 mL을 가하여 3분, 6분, 30분이 경과 후 그리고 차가운 물 ($25-30^{\circ}C$)에 30분 우려낸 루이보스티의 페놀릭류 함량을 구하였다. 루이보스티에서 전체 실험대상 페놀릭류 중 rutin과 aspalathin이 가장 많이 추출되어 나왔으며 각각 물질의 함량은 제품별로 달랐다. 페놀릭류 성분의 추출효율은 14종 페놀릭류의 총합 기준으로 뜨거운 물 30분 > 6분 > 3분 > 차가운 물 30분 순으로 높았다. A simultaneous determination of 5 phenolic acids (gallic acid, chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, pcoumaric acid, trans ferulic acid) and 9 flavonoids (procyanidin b1, aspalathin, rutin, vitexin, hyperoside, isoquercitrin, luteolin, quercetin, chrysoeriol) in rooibos tea has been carried out by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS). A validated analysis method in this study was applied to rooibos aqueous infusions. Rooibos tea is an antioxidant-rich tea which has anti-cancer, anti-aging, anti-inflammatory, anti-diabetic effect. Extraction yield of phenolics depends on steeping time and temperature of water. Tea infusions were prepared by placing 1 g of tea leaves or 1 tea bag in 100 mL of boiled water, and then at 3, 6 and 30 minutes intervals the infused teas were taken to carry out the analysis of phenolic contents. Another tea infusion was conducted with cold water ($25-30^{\circ}C$) for 30 minuntes. As a result, the total amount of phenolics was highest in rooibos tea steeped with hot water for 30 minutes, followed by 6 minutes, 3 minutes and cold water 30minutes and the result has statistical significance.

        이란 사파비왕조(1501~1722) 청화도기에 보이는 중국 수출자기의 영향

        Following the increase in marine trade in the eighth century, Chinese ceramics emerged as an important product in seafaring trade between East and West. The fragility, weight and volume of ceramics were such that the sea, which offered greater stability and allowed the carrying of heavier loads, provided a more suitable option for transport than land routes. This fact is confirmed by the huge quantities of ceramic shards, dating from the Tang to the Qing dynasties, which had been excavated at the major international marine trading outposts on the way to the West Asia, including the Malay Peninsula, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, India, Iraq and as well as Egypt. Chinese ceramics in the collections of Iran’s Ardebil Shrine and Turkey’s Topkapi Palace Museum, moreover, offer us some idea of the large quantity in which they reached Iran and neighboring countries. Chinese ceramics were unfailingly copied in every region that they reached, offering further proof of the high demand for them. This study explores the influence, divided into four distinct periods, of Chinese export porcelains on blue-and-white wares of the Safavid Dynasty(1701~1722), the most powerful Persian political entity since the Sasanian Empire. This period saw the production of the finest and most advanced pieces in the history of Islamic ceramics; it is also the period that showed the greatest influence from Chinese export porcelains. The study begins by examining the various styles of Chinese export wares that reached Persia at the time, their forms and routes by which they reached West Asia, in order to explain their particular characteristics. Chinese export wares reached the Safavid Dynasty during the late-Ming and early-Qing dynasties by three routes: tributary trade; trade via European East India companies; and through trading by hawkers at major international trading ports in Southwest and Southeast Asia. Safavid blue-and-white wares imitating the Chinese export wares that reached Persia via these three routes can be divided into the following four periods, according to different characteristics. The first period, which spans the 16th century, is that during which blue-and-white wares inherited characteristics from those of the preceding Timurid Dynasty. The second period, in the first half of the 17th century, saw unprecedented support for the arts on the part of the Safavid Dynasty. The third, in the second half of the 17th century, saw a decline in royal authority but an emphasizing of tradition and independence in Persian culture, while the fourth period spans the end of the 17th and beginning of the 18th century and saw the collapse of the Safavid Dynastye amid economic difficulties, religious persecution, chaotic public sentiment and threats from neighbouring countries, accompanied by the influence of new porcelains from the Qing Dynasty. Finally, the study attempts to explain the circumstances that allowed the potters of the Safavid Dynasty to produce ceramics similar to those of China and which were of a higher quality than those in other West Asian countries at the time and of previous eras.

        An explicit finite element program is developed for vehicle crashworthiness, which is based on the explicit time integration, updated Lagrange formulation and master-slave contact algorithm. The new program contains Belytschko-Tsay shell and modified shell with shear projection method, nonlinear spring with 4 degrees of freedom, and higher order hyperelastic rubber material, etc. Frontal crashes and quasi-static door intrusion and dynamic side impact of passenger car are analyzed by using the program. Hybrid models by nonlinear spring, beam and shell elements are used to analyze the frontal crash of the passenger car and the results are compared to those of full car model. Side impact strength of impact bar is analyzed. The results are compared with and have good agreements with those of commercial finite element codes, LS/DYNA3D and PAMCRASH.

This article seeks to explain the logical and coherent arrangement of locus, vox, deduction, and clavis which are all 73 different pitch functions in "The Hand," with references to the symbolism of the Trinity, that is, the concept of perfection in that period.

        지역아동센터 아동들의 일상에서 경험한 ‘배움’과 ‘돌봄’의 양상

        본 연구는 ‘돌봄’과 ‘배움’의 관점에서 지역아동센터에서의 아동의 일상을 기술하고 이를 기반으로 지역아동센터의 교육적 역할과 한계를 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 광주지역 두 개의 지역아동센터를 연구지로 선정하고 7개월 이상 참여 관찰과 심층 면담을 실시하여 아동들의 일상과 센터의 구성원들 간의 상호작용을 살펴보았다. 본 연구는 질적 사례연구로 현상학적 방법에 기반하여 아동들의 일상을 시간, 공간, 활동 3가지 차원에서 이해하고 이를 ‘돌봄’과 ‘배움’의 관점에서 범주화하였다. 그 결과, 시간 차원에서 지역아동센터는 가정과 학교를 보완하는 ‘중간지대’로서 ‘돌봄’과 ‘배움’을 지원하였다. 공간의 차원에서 센터의 공간은 다양한 용도로 사용되지만 때때로 서로의 활동 공간을 침해해야 하는 경우가 발생하였다. 활동 차원에서 저학년, 고학년 학생들이 함께 다양한 프로그램 활동에 참여하며 새로운 것을 배우고, 서로 협력하면서 배움의 영역을 넓혀 갔다. 그러나 프로그램이 과도하게 많이 운영되고 있어 아동들은 프로그램 활동을 충분히 음미하고 몰입하지 못하는 경우가 많았다. 전반적으로 지역아동센터는 가정-지역아동센터-학교 중간지대로 방과 후 아동들의 ‘돌봄’과 ‘배움’의 장이 될 뿐 아니라 방과 후 휴식, 쉼을 경험하는 공간이며 다양한 구성원들과 만남을 통한 ‘협력적 배움’의 공동체로서의 역할을 수행하는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to describe the daily experiences of children in child community centers from the perspectives of ‘caring’ and ‘learning’, and to explore the educational role and limitations of community child centers based on the perspectives. Two child community centers were selected as research sites, and participation observation and in-depth interviews were conducted for more than seven months to observe children's daily lives based on the interaction between the children and other members of the center. This study is a qualitative case study, understanding children's daily lives in three dimensions (‘time’, ‘space’, and ‘activity’) based on phenomenological methods, and categorizing them in terms of ‘caring’ and ‘learning’. As a result, in the ‘time’ dimension, the child community centers support ‘caring’ and ‘learning’ in the 'middle ground' between home and school. In the ‘space’ dimension, the space in the center is used for a variety of purposes, but sometimes it is necessary to encroach on each other's space of activity. In the ‘activity’ dimension, the children participate in various program activities, learn new things, and cooperate with each other to expand the scope of learning. However, there are cases where children are unable to concentrate on program activities due to overrun programs. Accordingly, community child centers are not only places for ‘caring’ and ‘learning’ after school, but also places to experience rest after school, suggesting the possibility of being a community of ‘cooperative learning’ through encounters with various members.

        To reduce computing time and model efforts, The hybrid modeling method of the vehicle component has been developed by using beam element and nonlinear spring element to which axial and bending collapses are applied. A new vehicle is designed using the hybrid modeling scheme along the design process. Crashworthiness analyses of the hybrid vehicle model is executed and the results are compared with those of full car analysis using shell elements. Occupant simulations on impact condition have also been performed on the shell model as well as the hybrid vehicle model. Relatively good agreement is achieved between these analyses, while the computing time is significantly reduced for the proposed method. Finally, the optimization of occupant behavior using genetic algorithms is performed.
