Fetal teratomas rarely complicate pregnancy,having an incidance of only 20,000:1 to 40,000:1 of live births. Overthere, cervical teratomas are rare and accounts for only 5.5% of all neonatal teratomas. We have experienced a large cervical immature teratoma and present this case with a brief review of literatures.

N/A Objective: Peripartum emergency cesarean hysterectomy of 28 cases at our hospital for 10years were reviewed that the clinical indication, history, and annual incidence change. Methods: A retrospective descriptive analysis from January, 1988 to December, 1997 was carried out. Results: There were 28 cases of emergency cesarean hysterectomy identified during this period among total 24,689 deliveries. The annual incidence of emergency cesarean hysterectomy was significantly declined statistically(p<0.005). Cesarean hysterectomy was performed in 20 of 6,671 cesarean section(0.30%) and in 8 of 18,018 vaginal deliveries(0.04%), so more frequently after cesarean section than vaginal delivery. The cesarean hysterectomy rate was more frequent in multiparous women(0,22%) than in nulliparous women(0,02%). The most common indication of cesarean hysterectomy was 13 cases of uterine atony(46%), followed by 5 cases uterine rupture(18%), 5 cases of placenta previa with placenta accreta(18%), 3 cases of placenta previa(11%), 2 cases of uterine myoma(7%). No significant difference in length of operating time, amount of blood loss and operative complications were found between total abdominal hysterectomy and subtotal hysterectomy. The all patient who had cesarean hysterectomy recieved from 1200ml to 15840ml of blood transfusion with a mean of 3673ml. In aspect of fetal outcome, 3 cases of FDIU(Fetal death in utero) in uterine rupture and 1 case of stillbirth in preterm were found. The maternal complications were wound disruption, DIC, wound hematoma, ureter injury, vaginal stump bleeding, UTI(Urinary tract infection) and retroperitoneal bleeding, Conclusion: We conclude that the incidence of emergency cesarean hysterectomy declined with prediction of antenatal risk factor, preparing of sufficient fresh blood, prophylactic antibiotics, vigorous uterotonics and close observation after delivery.
In-situ $MgB_2$ 선재의 소결온도와 SiC 함량에 따른 미세조직 및 초전도 특성 연구

We fabricated the in-situ $MgB_2$ wires using the powder-in-tube method and investigated the effects of sintering temperature and SiC contents on the microstructure and superconducting properties. Pure $MgB_2$ wires and 5, 10, 20 wt.% SiC doped $MgB_2$ wires were sintered at $600-1000^{\circ}C$ for 30 minutes in Ar atmosphere. We found that $MgB_2$ phase was mostly formed at the sintering temperature of $700^{\circ}C$ and above, and the critical temperature ($T_c$) increased with increasing sintering temperature. For the $MgB_2$ sintered at $850^{\circ}C$, the highest critical current density ($J_c$) was obtained to be $3.7{\times}10^5\;A/cm^2$ at 5 K and 1.6 T by a magnetic properties measurement system (MPMS). The addition of SiC to the $MgB_2$ wires changed microstructure and critical properties. SEM observation showed that the $MgB_2$ core had considerable micro-cracks in undoped wire and the density of micro-cracks decreased with increasing SiC contents. The critical temperature decreased as the SiC contents increased, on the other hand, the critical current density of SiC doped $MgB_2$ wires in high magnetic field was enhanced compared to that of undoped $MgB_2$ wires.
Additive 공정을 이용한 미세 피치용 니켈 메탈마스크의 제조 및 특성평가

We successively fabricated the Ni metal mask by additive method and evaluated the effects of wetting agents addition on the microstructure, hardness, and friction coefficient. In the process, the additive patterns with fine hole and pitch were made by photolithography technique and subsequently Ni plate was electroformed on the patterns. We found that the microstructure and mechanical properties were significantly varied when the different combinations of the wetting agents were used. When the wetting agents of both SF-1 and SF-2 were added, the microstructure consisted of crystal and amorphous phases, the grain size reduced to 5-40 nm, the RMS value decreased to 11.4 nm and the wear resistance improved. In addition, the hardness was as high as 638 Hv which is higher than that of commercial stainless steel mask and this improvement is probably due to the presence of amorphous Phase and fine grain size. The improvement of the wear resistance can provide a higher reliability and a longer service life.

기존 번호판 검출 및 인식에 사용되어지는 방법은 사람이 직접 번호판의 특징을 기술하여 검출을 진행한다. 본 연구에서는 학습 기반의 완전 컨볼루션 신경망을 이용하여 번호판을 검출하였고 신경망은 약 27MB의 용량만으로 110-FPS 정도의 성능을 얻었다. 학습을 위한 데이터는 한국 번호판의 모든 종류 및 주간, 야간의 환경을 포함한 대략 5TO0개를 직접 수집하였다. 또한 5000개의 데이터를 회전 및 이동에 대한 무작위적인 변형을 주어 대략 15000개의 데이터로 확장하였다. 확장된 데이터로 얻은 결과로 번호판 검출률 97%를 얻었다.

HTML5에 들어서면서 웹서비스 구현에 보편적으로 사용되는 신기술들이 속속들이 나오고 있다. 브라우저 자체적인 그래픽 구현을 위한 Canvas/SVG, 멀티미디어와 관련된 audio, video, webaudio API 등이 추가되었고, 이로 인해 HTML5는 웹 환경에 더 빠르고 정교하며 편리한 인터페이스를 제공해 주었다. 이 중 아직도 표준화가 진행 중이거나 많은 브라우저에서 지원하지 않아 섣불리 사용 할 수 없는 기술들 또한 상당 수 존재한다. 본 논문에서 HTML5기술들을 활용하여 다양한 플랫폼에서 공통적으로 동작되는 플랫폼 독립적인 음원 스트리밍 웹서비스를 개발한다.
