        金昌翕의 丹丘 유람과 문학적 형상화

        Samyun(三淵) Kim Chang-heup(金昌翕, 1653-1722) laid the foundations for the formation and the enhancement of the true literature with realistic elements through sightseeing tours. It is presumed that the unique poetic style and the material shown in the poetic world of Kim Chang-heup would have been done in the process of effectively writing poems with the impressions inspired by the sightseeing tour. This paper examines the journey and classical Chinese poetry recording the progress and expression of when Kim Changheup at the age of 36 traveled to the Danyang(丹陽) area. Kim Chang-heup traveled to four districts such as Danyang, Jecheon, and Youngwol(寧越) to accompany Kim Chang-hyup who served as a prefecture governor of Chungpung when he went up to Seoul and returned to the place of his appointment in 1688 (King Sukjong 14 years). On this journey, Kim Changheup created the journey of “Dangu Diary” and 220 classical Chinese poems. In particular, the classical poems were organized and distributed with Dangulok. Through these works, you can confirm the reality of the excursion. Kim Chang-Heup impressively watched the journey going up the Han River by boat, detailing and recording the difficulties of the inspiration and the water way which had not been experienced before. Kim Chang-Heup accompanied 10 delegates including Chungju governor to the Dangu excursion. Kim Chang-Heup shared his fascination with the other people, by blowing the flute directly and getting a flavor of the journey, as an example. On the other hand, on the Yungwol excursion that he took alone, he becomes drenched in loneliness and sorrow. For this reason, he had mainly created works that revealed a pleasure from meditation in Jungbangsssa, where he visited at the end of his itinerary. Kim Chang-Heup also created many poems in his way back. This is the reason why he was filled with emotion again, even though he had already seen the landscape, or he encountered scenery that he had never seen. Thus, Kim Chang-Heup left a lot of prose records and creations of classical Chinese poems during one-month long tour to the four districts. It contains everything he saw, heard, and felt through the excursion, such as the various aspects of cruising on the ship, the pleasure of the accompanying people, and the sorrow and meditation that he felt alone. In the case of classical Chinese poems, they were organized and distributed as Dangurok and became the mediator of memory to the accompanying people taking the journey together. In addition, the surrounding characters and later writers became enthusiastic about the excursion to the four districts and created momentum to trigger the future journey to the four districts.

        17세기 이수(二水)일대 가문의 교섭과 문화교류

        In this study, I researched ancestral graveyards and Villas of Andong Kim Family, Cheongpoong Kim Family, Pyungsan Sin Family in Yeesu(二 水) where is region in the Han River basin. Also I considered aspects of contact and cultural exchange between the families. These families had many opportunities of contact, because their ancestral graveyards and Villas were adjoining. In the early 17th centuries, three families visited one another often, mainly visiting Kim-Sanghun who was central person of Andong Kim Family and lived in his manor Seoksil. However, in mid-17th century, Andong Kim Family had political opinions of San-Dang, comparing Cheongpoong Kim Family and Pyungsan Sin Family had political opinions of Han-Dang. Therefore Andong Kim Family was estranged from other familles. Meanwhile Pyungsan Sin Family and Cheongpoong Kim Family got along by marital relationship. Especially Cheongpoong Kim Family absorbed knowledges and achievements of Pyungsan Sin Family, Revi- valism and the science of xiangshu. They associated and interchanged each other at Sonae. In the late 17th century, Seoksil-Seowon in Meeum was a Core Place of Yeesu, as a lecture hall managed by Andong Kim Family. Kim Chang- Hyup and ChangHup brother achieved their literature and scholarship at that place, so originated Nakron school. While there were facet that they absorbed unified achievements Pyungsan Sin Family and Cheongpoong Kim Family, such as critical acception for Revivalism and statecraft based on the science of xiangshu.

        일반논문 : 김유정의『동백꽃』의 갈등과 소통의 문제

        Kim Yu Jeong`s "Dongbaekggo" was analyzed for this study. In particular the love relationship between the boy and Jeomsun was analyzed. The boy who was from a poor family, and the girl, Jeomsun, who was born with a silver spoon in her mouth, had problems with communication during her time of slumming; the problems were dealt with very humorously in "Dongbaekggo." "Dongbaekggo" structural and content studies, which have focused on the difficult relationship between the boy and Jeomsun, have mainly focused on the class contradictions. Therefore, this study will focus on the problems and reconciliations, and the failures and successes which come with such a situation. The background is an old, rural village, and those who are involved in the unfolding of the romance between a boy and a girl help bring laughter during the time of the love tug-o-war, which makes everything feel more beautiful. In "Dongbaekggo," the extroverted, aggressive, and strong minded Jeomsun`s own love is represented through the potato and the cockfighting (both signifiers), and through those actions Jeomsun wants to reach the boy, who is a sharecropper`s son. Symbolically, Jeomsun is aggressive with the potato (signifier) and the warm feelings (the signified). However, the boy can`t quite grasp and misreads the true meaning of the signifier and the signified. Jeomsun aggressively pulls the boy`s attention through the chicken (signifier). Even though the chicken is a signifier of Jeomsun`s own opinions, to the boy, because of the value he puts on life, problems appear more quickly. The problems between the clever and active young girl and the simple and honest adolescent boy progress throughout "Dongbaekggo" to a more exciting climax. The communication between Jeomsun and the boy becomes more ironically fun in the story, and help maximize the fun as the accomplishment of the love approaches. In the end, "Dongbaekggo" the pure love between the boy and Jeomsun bring about many conflicts, which help achieve the fulfillment of the love as the resolution of the story progresses.

        시판 황련해독탕 Ex제제의 성분함량 모니터링 연구

        Objectives : Hwangnyeonhaedok-tang(HNHDT) is the one of well-known traditional herbal formula and has been widely used for the treatment of various diseases in Korea. For the quality improvement of commercial traditional herbal formula, we investigated the quality of prepared HNHDT. Methods: We measured the contents of baicalin, berberine and geniposide in the HNHDT Ex preparations on the market by HPLC and compared with the official notice of ingredients. Results: In 3 preparations of HNHDT covered with the national health insurance(NHI), the content of baicalin was various from 32.83mg to 185.05mg, the total berberine was $12.0{\sim}50.75mg$ and geniposide was $12.57{\sim}44.84mg$. Contents of marker ingredients in NHI Preparations were below the standard and showed a large variation. In 7 non NHI Preparations of HNHDT and the standard(STD) HNHDT manufactured in laboratory, the content of baicalin was $37.16{\sim}115.69mg$, the total berberine was $5.62{\sim}28.43mg$ and geniposide was $10.98{\sim}113.47mg$. But, because composition of non-NHI preparations is different from NHI preparations, every maker's contents were up to the notice for baicalin and berberine. There was newly enforced standard regulations of geniposide in non-NHI preparations, so contents of geniposide was up to that standard only in JI and STD. Conclusions: There was a large variation of contents in the HNHDT Ex preparations on the market and the quality differences were existed between NHI and non-NHI preparations of HNHDT. Further studies for evaluation of efficacy differences and standardization of manufacturing processes are necessary.

        백서에서 Methotrexate에 의하여 유발된 장관장벽손상 및 장내세균전위와 중량 변화에 대한 글루타민의 효과

        The aim of this study was to examine whether administration of glutamine are able to prevent the methotrexate induced gut barrier damage, bacterial translocation, and weight changes. The animals with glutamine were fed with L-glutamine (1.2 and 2.4 mg/kg/day) for 7 days before methotrexate administration (20 mg/kg orally). 48 hour after methotrexate administration, intestinal permeability were measured for an assessment of the gut barrier dysfunction. Also, enteric aerobic bacterial counts, number of gram-negatives in mesenteric lymph node (MLN), liver spleen, kidney and heart were measured for an assessment of the enteric bacterial number and bacterial translocation. Amounts of food intake, body weight changes and organ weight changes of liver spleen, kidney and heart were measured. Methotrexate administration caused body and liver weight loss regardless amounts of food intakes. Methotrexate induced increasing intestinal permeability, enteric bacterial undergrowth and bacterial translocation to MLN, liver and spleen, but not kidney and heart. The supplements with glutamine reduced the intestinal permeability bacterial translocation, and not influences enteric bacterial number, and body and liver weight changes. This study suggested that glutamine might effectively reduce methotrexate induced intestinal damage and bacterial translocation, but not influence body and organ weight loss.

        서울지역 급성위장관염 환자에서 검출된 노로바이러스의 유전자형 분포

        2004년부터 207년까지 서울지역에서 산발적으로 발생한 급성위장관염 환자에 대하여 RT-PCR을 이용하여 노로바이러스를 검출하였다. 검출된 노로바이러스 258건에 대하여 염기서열분석을 실시한 결과 GII.1, GII.2, GII.3, GII.4, GII.5, GII.6, GII.8, GII.10, GII.12, GII.13, GII.15, GII.16, GII.17 등 13가지 유전자형이 검출되었으며 산발적으로 발생한 급성위장관염 환자에서 가장 많이 검출된 유전자형은 GII.4(76.7%)로 나타났다. 노로바이러스 유전자형의 다양성에 대한 연구로 서울지역 노로바이러스성 질환의 예방을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다. Fecal specimens from acute gastroenteritis in Seoul from 2004 to 2007 were collected and then tested for the presence of norovirus by RT-PCR. 258 noroviruses were subjected to be futher characterized to sequencing analysis. The sequencing analysis showed that thirteen genotypes were detected (GII.1, GII.2, GII.3, GII.4, GII.5, GII.6, GII.8, GII.10, GII.l2, GII.13, GII.l5, GII.l6, GII.l7) and predominant genotype was GII.4 (76.7%) in the cases of norovirus detected sporadic acute gastroenteritis in Seoul. By this molecular investigation, genotypic distribution associated with norovirus infections will be used for control and prevention of norovirus related diseases.

        전쟁기 문학을 통한 정체성의 재구성

        전쟁은 살인이 용인된다는 점에서 전쟁에서 인간의 죽음은 인권의 문제가 아닌 숫자나 통계로 수치화되는 것이 일반적이다. 현재 학살에 대한 국제규범은 통속적 정치화와 인도주의적 개입으로 정의되고 있다. 그런데 인도주의적 개입은 전쟁을 야기하거나 확장시켰지, 구제를 한 예는 거의 찾기 힘들다. 미국은 학살을 건설적인 학살, 자비로운 학살, 사악한 학살, 가공의 학살 등 네 가지 유형으로 분류하고 있다. 북한은 전시문학을 통해 전쟁 초기 자행된 학살을 소설로 재구성하는데 북한 내부에서 벌어진 학살이 아닌 남한 내 학살을 소재화하고 있다. 북한이 남한에서 미군에 의해 자행된 학살에 초점을 맞춰 작품을 구성하는 이유는 집단주의와 연관이 있으며, 한국전쟁에 대한 북한의 조국해방전쟁이라는 용어 표기에서도 알 수 있듯이 미제에 지배와 착취를 받고 있는 남한 민중들을 해방시켜야 한다는 공감대 형성을 위해 보여주기 미국의 야만성을 보여주기 가장 쉬운 사건이 학살이었기 때문이다. 이글에서 주목하고 있는 것은 피해자로서의 경험과 가해자로서의 경험을 가지고 있는 북한이 문학에서 가해자로서의 역사는 왜 기술하지 않는가와 작가들이 자기를 표현하는 주체로서 자기 이야기를 기록하는가 대한 문제이다. 이글에서는 먼저 학살의 양상에 대해 살펴보고, 1951년 『문학예술』에 실린 북한 작품에 주로 등장하는 경남서부지역과 경북지역 학살 중 ‘마산양민학살’과 우리에게는 잘 알려지지 않는 ‘충북지역양민학살’ 학살을 통해 그 양상과 주체 그리고 역사적 실재성에 대해 검토하면서 작가들이 자기를 표현하는 주체로서 자기 이야기를 어떤 방식으로 기록하는가 대한 문제를 검토하였다. 북한은 남한에서 미군에 의해 자행된 마산양민학살과 충북지역 양민 학살은 소재화하고 있지만 정작 비슷한 시기 북한에서 일어난 신천 대학살을 소재화한 작품이 보이지 않는 것은 첫째, 대다수의 작가들이 종군작가로 동원되어 남한에서의 체험하거나 들었던 사건을 재현하고 있기 때문이며, 둘째, 북한이 수행하고 있는 전쟁이 조국해방전쟁이었기 때문이다. 뿐만 아니라 한국전쟁에서 남북은 모두 피해자로서의 경험과 가해자로서의 경험이 있다. 그럼에도 북한 작품에는 가해자로서의 역사는 보이지 않는다. 이처럼 피해자의 역사만 기록되고, 문학으로 재생산되는 것은 북한이 한국전쟁을 통해 자기 정체성을 재설정하려 하고 있기 때문이다. 문학에서 피해자로의 역사만이 존재하고 가해자의 역사가 없는 것은 북한이 미국과는 다른 ‘나’에 대한 규정을 반미를 매개로한 자기를 반정립하는 형식으로 보여 주고 있기 때문이다. 이것은 미국의 학살행위를 폭로하고 비난함으로써 역으로 자신들은 그렇지 않다는 가짜 정체성과 명분을 만들어 과정이라 할 수 있으며 문학 역시 여기에 동원되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. Murder that happens during war is considered acceptable and a death of a person is often neglected and regarded as just a part of a statistical data during war. Severe crimes such as murder and massacre are often justified without considering the importance of the human right. Among the international communities, the massacre in a war is defined as a conventional political participation and humanitarian intervention. While it is hard to find a case where the humanitarian intervention brings peace to the affected country, the intervening action often triggers war or even expands the range of battlefield. In the United States, massacre is generally categorized into four types: Constructive, Benign, Nefarious, and Mythical bloodbaths. The aspect shown in the civilian massacres during the Korean War can be classified into three different groups and they are, ‘strategic massacre’, ‘execution massacre’, and ‘retaliation massacre.’ This paper will focus specifically on the aspect and subject of the civilian massacre in the Masan and Chungbukarea appearedintheliteraryworks 『Munhakyesul』, and will further explain the historical reality of the two massacres in terms of ‘strategic massacre’ and ‘retaliation massacre’. Here notes the ‘execution massacre’ which is the method of execution by a civil-military and the left is excluded from the discussion. The details of Masancivilianmassacredescribedin 「Jonggungi」 by Kim Sa-Ryang corresponds to the testimony from the victims of the incident. In addition, the massacre in Chungbukarea, the geographical background of the novel by Hyunduk, is also confirme dastrue. The novels mentioned above depict the atrocity perpetrated by military forces during the Korean War. Regarding ‘strategicmassacre’, the brutal actions?sexual violation toward women, live burial, and firing squad execution-are described in the novels. When it comes to‘ retaliationmassacre’, however, it is hard to find the scene showing sexual violation or other atrocities depicted in <Figure2> from 『Joseontongsa』 and 『Hyeondaejoseonryeogsa』. Since these atrocious behaviors are normally conducted under the situation while the partisans arrested by the U.S. military are being tortured, it is necessary to take into account the types of massacre when examining the atrocities in civilian massacres. The North Korean government understood the Korean War as not a war between ethnic groups, but a war against American imperialism. In addition, the main theme of the novels created during this period mainly deals with the topic of the fight against the U.S. military, the main enemy. Hence, the subject of the novels who are undergoing the brutal actions and the atrocities are the U.S. military, not the Korean army.

        Diclofenac에 의해 유발된 장내세균전위와 지질과산화에 대한 글루타민의 효과

        The aim of this study was to examine whether administration of glutamine are able to prevent the NSAID induced bacterial translocation and lipid peroxidation in the rats. The an imals with glutamine were fed with L-glutamine for 5 days before diclofenac administration (100 mg/kg orally). 48 hour after diclofenac administration, intestinal permeability, serum biochemical profiles, and malondialdehyde levels of ileum were measured for evaluation of gut damage. Also, enteric aerobic bacterial counts, number of gram-negatives in mesenteric Iymph nodes, liver, spleen and kidney and malondialdehyde levels in liver, spleen, kidney and plasma were measured. Diclofenac caused the gut damage, enteric bacterial overgrowth, increased bacterial translocation and increased lipid peroxidation. Co-administration of glutamine reduced the gut damage, enteric bacterial overgrowth, bacterial translocation and lipid peroxidation induced by diclofenac. This study suggested that glutamine might effectively prevent non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug induced bacterial translocation and lipid peroxidation in the rat.

        Diclofenac 투여 후 시간경과에 따른 장손상과 장내세균전위의 변화

        Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID)-induced gut damage and bacterial translocation (BT) have not been studies well, especially from the perspective of time after administration of NSAIDs. We therefore examined these changes in animals. The study was performed on 5 groups of rat; a control group (group A) and diclofenac groups (groups B, C, E, and F). Rats in the diclofenac groups were orally administered diclofenac sodium before intestinal permeability (IP) measurement (group B, 1 h before measurement; group C, 10 h before; group D, 22 h before; and group E, 52 h before). The IP, stool pellet number, serum biochemical profile, enteric bacterial number, and BT in the mesenteric lymph nodes (MLNs), liver, spleen, kidney and heart were measured. The administration of diclofenac resulted in significantly increased IP, caused intestinal protein loss, decreased stool pellet number, caused enteric bacterial overgrowth and increased BT in multiple organs in groups A, B, C, and D. IF, intestinal protein loss, and the BT in the liver and the spleen in group E were decreased than those in group D. There were no differences in the other parameters between group D and E. In the recovery phase of the diclofenac-induced gut damage, enteric bacterial overgrowth and BT in the kidneys and the heart did not change while the BT in the reticuloendothelial systems such as in the MLNs and liver was decreased.

        산머루 와인의 최적 발효조건 및 품질특성

        Wild grapes contain various organic acids, vitamins, and inorganic salts compared to other various fruits. Their anthocyanin compounds are also known to have excellent effects in preventing cancers and heart diseases. Wild grapes are supposed to be a superior material for wine fermentation. This study was performed for searching optimum conditions for producing wild grape wines to improve their quality and taste. Four wild strains were isolated from Muscat Bailey A, ‘Kyoho’ grapevine, and wild grapes. For wild grape wine production, an optimum initial sugar concentration was $24^{\circ}Brix$ and an optimum temperature was $24^{\circ}C$. Sensory characteristics of the wild grape wine were evaluated for incense, sour taste, astringency, and sweet taste. Quality properties of the wild grape wine produced under the optimized fermentation conditions were analyzed. Total sugar, polyphenol contents, and acidity of the wild grape wine were 50.00 mg/mL, 25.30 mg/mL, and 0.95%, showing higher value than those of commercial grape wines. Amino acids, tannins, alcohol contents, and pH were 1.80 mg/mL, 1.88 mg/mL, 12%, and 3.59, respectively. The optimum fermentation conditions can be used to improve quality of the wild grape wine. 산머루를 이용한 와인 발효를 위하여 거봉, 머스컷베리에이, 산머루의 과피와 과육에서 20종의 야생 효모를 분리하여 알코올 내성과 발효능이 우수한 4종의 균주를 산머루 와인 발효용 우량 종균으로 선별하였다. 산머루 와인 발효를 위한 최적 초기당도와 최적발효온도를 검토한 결과, 산머루액의 초기당도를 $24^{\circ}Brix$로 조절하고 $24^{\circ}C$에서 발효했을 때 최종 알코올 함량이 12%로 가장 높게 나타났으며 단맛, 신맛 및 색깔이 우수하고 기호도가 우수하여 산머루 와인 발효를 위해 산머루액의 초기당도를 $24^{\circ}Brix$로 조절하여 $24^{\circ}C$에서 발효하는 것이 가장 적합할 것이라 생각된다. 최적발효조건으로 제조된 산머루 와인의 품질특성을 분석한 결과, 산머루 와인의 pH는 3.59, 산도는 0.95%, 알코올 함량은 12.0%이었으며, 아미노산도는 1.80 mg/mL로 시판 포도 와인과 유사하게 나타났다. 산머루 와인의 총당 함량은 50 mg/mL로 시판 포도 와인에 비해 높으나 산머루의 신맛을 감화시켜주므로 와인의 맛을 더욱 부드럽게 해 줄 것으로 사료된다. 항산화, 항당뇨 등의 기능성을 가지는 polyphenol 함량은 산머루 와인에서 25.30 mg/mL, tannin 함량은 1.88 mg/mL로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 검색된 조건으로 산머루 와인을 제조함으로써 발효 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한, polyphenol이 다량 함유되어 있으며 신맛과 단맛이 적절히 조화되어 품질이 향상된 산머루 와인을 제조할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
