        정자형성 과정에서 Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor 및 Endothelin-1 발현의 면역조직화학적 연구

        Objective: The effects on spermatogenesis by expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and endothelin-1 (ET-1) were investigated. Materials and Methods: Testicular specimens were obtained from 40 infertile males due to primary testicular failure and from 10 fertile males with other urologic problems. The specimens of infertile males were devided into 4 groups according to histologic findings; Sertoli cell only syndrome (A), maturation arrest (B), hypospermatogenesis (C) and sloughing and disorganization (D). VEGF and ET-1 expression were detected with immunohistochemical stain. Results: VEGF expression on Leydig cell was detected in all cases. But, VEGF expression rates on germ cell were significantly higher in infertile group B, C, D compared to that of the control group (p<0.05). ET-1 expression rates on Leydig cell was significantly lower in all infertile group compared to that of the control group (p<0.05). But, ET-1 expression rates on Sertoli cell was significantly higher in all infertile group compared to that of the control group (p>0.05). In germ cell of infertile group, LH, FSH and prolactin were significantly decreased, and estradiol is increased in positive stain group on ET-1 immunohistochemical stain (p<0.05). VEGF and ET-1 expression were not correlated mean seminiferous tubule diameter (p>0.05). Conclusions: Abnormal spermatogenesis would be reflected in VEGF expression in germ cell.

        Purpose It is intended to improve the management efficiency of personal dosimeters by analyzing and sharing personal dosimeter loss cases and loss prevention measures. Materials and Methods From 2017 to 2021, data on the number of lost personal dosimeters were collected at large hospitals, and the number of personal dosimeters issued and lost were investigated. Results In order to prevent loss by institution, methods such as the use of auxiliary rings, contact stickers and dosimeter necklaces were implemented. Conclusion Hospitals are a business that frequently changes clothes, such as surgical gowns and work clothes, so there is a lot of loss. In addition, it was confirmed that the loss rate increases as the number of personal dosimeters issued increases.

        Zn와 Ni로 오염된 토양의 산을 이용한 전처리 및 산순환 동전기 정화의 타당성 연구

        산순환 동전기적 정화기술의 아연과 니켈로 오염된 토양의 정화 타당성을 조사하였다. 1M HCl을 활용한 토양세척에서 아연과 니켈의 제거율은 각각 24%와 9%였으며, 산세척은 이 토양을 정화하기에 적합하지 않았다. 일반적인 동전기 정화 방법으로 28일 동안 운전한 결과, 아연과 니켈의 제거율은 산세척보다도 낮았다. 강산으로 음극을 순환시켜주어 토양 전체의 pH를 산성으로 조절한 실험에서 아연과 니켈의 제거는 비약적으로 증가하였다. 또한 강산으로 전처리한 토양에서는 그 제거율이 보다 많이 증가하였다. 이러한 실험결과를 근거로 볼 때 산순환 동전기 정화는 아연과 니켈로 오염된 토양을 정화하는데 매우 효과적인 것으로 판단된다. The feasibility of acid-enhanced electrokinetic remediation on zinc and nickel-contaminated soil was investigated in the laboratory. Simple extraction efficiency using 1M HCl was 24% for Zn and 9% for Ni, as a result, the acid washing is not effective to remove Zn and Ni from the soil. The effiencey of normal electrokinetic treatment during 28 days was less than simple soil washing. Catholyte circulation with a strong acid enhanced dramatically the removal of Zn and Ni and pretreatment of soil with acid increased more the removal. Based on the result, acid-enhanced electrokinetic remediation is effective to remove Zn and Ni from the contaminated soil.

        사회적 체계 이론의 지식 네트워크 분석 연구 - Niklas Luhmann의 후속연구를 중심으로 -

        Niklas Luhmann is a sociologist who has had a strong influence on other disciplines. Therefore, it is necessary to examine what Luhmann's theory has influenced on his subsequent researchers. This study analyzed the knowledge network of studies on Niklas Luhmann's theory by follow-up researchers. Bibliographic coupling and co-citation were used as the analysis method of knowledge network. The main results are as follows. First, the language clusters were divided into Latin American / Spanish-speaking regions, Western Europe / Anglo-American regions, Eastern / Northern Europe and other language regions through bibliographic coupling analysis. Second, from the node analysis of bibliographic coupling, It was divided into 2 main cases: where Luhmann's major works were cited; where Luhmann's minor works were cited. Third, it was found that there are the core work groups that are repeatedly cited among Luhmann's works. Fourth, 12 core works were derived from the node analysis of the co-citation network, and appeared in four groups according to themes.

        정체점 유동장에서 수소-액체산소 화염의 음향파 응답 특성

        Steady-state structure and acoustic pressure responses of GH$_2$-LOx diffusion flames in stagnation-point flow configuration have been studied numerically with a detailed chemistry to investigate the acoustic instabilities. The Rayleigh criterion is adopted to judge the instability of the GH$_2$-LOx flames from amplification and attenuation responses at various acoustic pressure oscillation conditions for near-equilibrium to near-extinction regimes. Steady state flame structure showed that the chain branching zone is embedded in surrounding two recombination zones. The acoustic responses of GH$_2$-LOx flame showed that the responses in near-extinction regime always have amplification effect regardless of realistic acoustic frequency. That is, GH$_2$-LOx flame near-extinction is much sensitive to pressure perturbation because of the strong effect of a finite-chemistry.

        $\beta$-Glucan 투여에 의한 조피볼락(Sebastes schlegeli)의 세균성 질병에 대한 저항성 향상

        $\beta$-Glucan을 경구 혹은 침지투여하여 조피볼락(Sebastes schlegeli)의 비특이적 방어기작을 향상시켜 세균성 질병에 대한 저항성을 증가시키는 면역자극제로서의 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. $\beta$-Glucan을 사료에 섞어 경구투여하거나 혹은 사육수에 현탁시켜 침지투여한 후 Vibrio ordalii, Staphylococcus epidermidis 및 Edwardsiella tarda를 주사하여 인위감염으로 $\beta$-glucan의 효능을 시험하였다. V. ordalii를 주사한 결과, 1% $\beta$-glucan을 30일 동안 경구투여한 시험구는 25%의 생존율을 보였으나 $\beta$-glucan을 투여하지 않은 대조구는 3일 이내에 모두 폐사하였다. S. epidermidis를 주사한 결과, 20 및 30일 경구투여구는 95%의 높은 생존율을 보였다. 그러나 E. tarda의 인위감염시 전혀 방어효과가 없었다. V. ordalii 사균혼합구 혹은 단독 침지 시험구는 주사 후 10일 동안 전혀 방어효과가 관찰되지 않았다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때 $\beta$-glucan의 경구투여는 S. epidermidis와 V. ordalii에 효과적이나 E. tarda에는 방어효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. The effect of $\beta$-glucan as an immunostimulant to increase resistance to bacterial diseases by enhancing non-specific defense mechanism in rockfish (Sebastes schlegeli) was examined by oral and bath administration. After oral or bath administration with $\beta$-glucan, the injection challenges with Vibro ordalii, Staphylococcus epidermidis and Edwardsiella tarda were performed to assess $\beta$-glucan efficacy. After injection of V. ordalii, oral administration for 30 days with 1% $\beta$-glucan showed 25% of survival rate. But all control fish died within 3 days after the injection. After injection of S, epidermidis, oral administration group for 20 and 30 days showed a remarkably increased survival rate of 95%. But oral administration of $\beta$-glucan to rockfish did not induce protection against experimental E. tarda infection. $\beta$-Glucan bath administration with or without formalin-killed V. ordalii showed that no protection was observed at 10 days after challenge. The results show that $\beta$-glucan to rockfish was effective to increase survival rate of bacterial infections of S. epidermidis and V. ordalii but not against E. tarda.

      • 가상스튜디오 구현을 위한 실시간 카메라 추적

        가상스튜디오의 구현을 위해서 카메라의 움직임을 실시간으로 알아내는 것이 필수적이다. 기존의 가상스튜디어 구현에 사용되는 기계적인 방법을 이용한 카메라의 움직임 추적하는 방법에서 나타나는 단점들을 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 카메라로부터 얻어진 영상을 이용해 컴퓨터비전 기술을 응용하여 실시간으로 카메라변수들을 알아내기 위한 전체적인 알고리듬을 제안하고 실제 구현을 위한 시스템의 구성 방법에 대해 다룬다. 본 연구에서는 실시간 카메라변수 추출을 위해 영상에서 특징점을 자동으로 추출하고 인식하기 위한 방법과, 카메라 캘리브레이션 과정에서 렌즈의 왜곡특성 계산에 따른 계산량 문제를 해결하기 위한 방법을 제안한다. In this paper, we present an overall algorithm for real-time camera parameter extraction which is one of key elements in implementing virtual studio. The prevailing mechanical methode for tracking cameras have several disadvantage such as the price, calibration with the camera and operability. To overcome these disadvantages we calculate camera parameters directly from the input image using computer-vision technique. When using zoom lenses, it requires real time calculation of lens distortion. But in Tsai algorithm, adopted for camera calibration, it can be calculated through nonlinear optimization in triple parameter space, which usually takes long computation time. We proposed a new method, separating lens distortion parameter from the other two parameters, so that it is reduced to nonlinear optimization in one parameter space, which can be computed fast enough for real time application.
