Recently, the occurrence of landslides has been increasing over the years due to the extreme weather event. Developments of landslides monitoring technology that reduce damage caused by landslide are urgently needed. Therefore, in this study, a strain ratio sensor was developed to predict the ground behavior during the slope failure, and the change in surface ground displacement was observed as slope failed on the field model experiment. As a result, in the slope failure, the ground displacement process increases the risk of collapse as the inverse displacement approaches zero. It is closely related to the prediction of precursor. In all cases, increase in displacement and reverse speed of inverse displacement with time was observed during the slope failure, and it is very important event for monitoring collapse phenomenon of risky slopes. In the future, it can be used as disaster prevention technology to contribute in reduction of landslide damage and activation of measurement industry.
흉강 내시경을 이용한 식도 중봉 낭종 수술 치험 -1례-

Esophageal duplication cyst is very rare mediastinal tumor which is congenital lesion of the esophagus. Esophageal duplication cyst could be excised with video assisted thoracoscopic surgery(VATS) if it is relatively small, cystic lesion and not adhered severely to the surrounding tissues such as lung, trachea, bronchus, esophagus and pleura. We report a case of an esophageal duplication cyst which was located in the right thoracic cavity below carina and could be excised completely and repaired by interrupted suture with 3.0 black silk. The patient was discharged at 10 days after operation with good condition and has been in uneventful condition 2 months after operation.
광섬유 센서를 내장한 스마트 강연선에 의한 사장교 케이블의 장력 모니터링

FBG 광섬유 센서를 내장한 스마트 강연선을 사장교의 스테이 케이블에 적용하여 장력을 측정하였다. 스마트 강연선은 120 m의 길이로 제작하였으며, 사장교 케이블로서 요구되는 품질시험을 거친 후 기존 강연선을 대체하여 교량에 설치하고 긴장력 도입단계 시와 그 이후 8회의 주간 모니터링을 실시하였다. 이때 온도도 동시에 측정하면서 온도보정을 수행하였으며, 그 결과 장력이 전 기간 동안 117.2 ∼ 119.2 kN 정도로 유지되고 있었다. 비교를 위해 스마트 강연선 구축 초기 단계에서 함께 실시한 Lift-off test와 가속도계에 의한 값과의 비교 결과에서도 계측 장력에 큰 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다.

Trademark is one of the most important information source to consumers buying products that provide the required information. On the other hand, to business, it is an important means that their own trademark is differentiated the other`s trademark. Until now, the latter mainly from the perspective of trademark restrictions on the basis of trademark law has been made but in terms of the first view, service of perspective from consumer information source has not almost come true. It is a domain as a means of labeling and advertising that consumer trademark to feature leading source of information. when trademark is used in labeling and advertising and even though the trademark, even if the trademark registered in trademark law, in cases consumers purchasing behavior is potentially misleading, in perspective to consumer protection this trademarks is included in regulation of unjustice labeling and advertisement. This study suggests that labeling and advertisement need to improve the proposed legislation that satisfy the preceding conditions.
