        비정형 데이터 분석을 통한 선거 여론조사 예측력 개선 방안 연구

        소셜 네트워크 서비스(social network service; SNS)는 개개인의 의견을 공유하거나 소통하는 일반적인 도구로 사용되고 있으며, 특히 정치적인 이슈의 전파 과정에서 타인과의 공유를 통하여 자신이 지지하는 후보에 대한 긍정적인 홍보 등을 통해 여론을 형성 또는 확장한다. 기존의 여론 조사 결과는 응답률, 표본 수집의 방식 등과 관련하여 예측의 정확성에 대한 끊임없는 논란이 되어왔다. 본 논문은 이러한 소셜 네트워크 서비스 상에 존재하는 수많은 비정형 데이터의 감성 분석을 통하여 여론조사의 예측력을 개선, 보완하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 제시하고자 하는 연구 내용은 비정형 데이터 크롤링 및 기존에 사용되던 감성 사전에 대한 추가적인 보정 과정을 포함하고 있으며, 이를 통하여 본 논문에서 제안하는 방식은 오차의 감소를 통하여 예측력을 개선하는 결과를 나타냈다. Social network services (SNS) have become the most common tool for the communication of public and private opinions as well as public issues; consequently, one may form or drive public opinions to advocate by spreading positive content using SNS. Controversy for survey data based opinion poll accuracy continues in relation to response rate or sampling methodology. This study suggests complementary measures that additionally consider the sentiment analysis results of unstructured data on a social network by data crawling and sentiment dictionary adjustment process. The suggested method shows the improvement of prediction accuracy by decreasing error rates.

        黃芩湯 표준화 및 KCD 질병코드 연구 – 동의보감 및 PUBMED를 중심으로

        Objectives : Huangqintang(黃芩湯) is a famous herbal prescription in the Traditional Korean Medicine (e.g. Shanghanlun) to treat various chronic disease such as neurological disease and digestive system disease. Its components include Scutellariae Radix(黃芩), Paeonia lactiflora(芍藥), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma(甘草), Zizyphi Fructus(大棗). Methods : In this study, we standardize the name, composition and medical uses of Huangqintang by literature studying and paper searching. Based on the comparison between oriental medicine and modern medicine pharmacology, we linked the medical uses of Huangqintang to Korean Standard Classification of Diseases (KCD). Results and Conclusion : The name of the prescription is unified into “Huangqintang”, and its composition ratio between Scutellariae Radix, Paeonia lactiflora, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, and Zizyphi Fructus is 3:2:2:3. Huangqintang is used for enteritis diseases due to its antipyretic and antinflammatory effects. Its medical application was relatied with 'A'code, 'C'code, and 'K'code as indicated by KCD. By standardizing the mixed conceptions of Huangqintang, this review will facilitate the coding of Huangqintang prescription. Therefore, it will make Huangqintang prescription more useful in clinics.

        나복자의 항산화 효과

        Objectives : Raphani Semen (Raphanus sativus L.) is known for the various beneficial effects in Korean medicine. This study aimed to investigate the effect of Raphani Semen extract (RSE) against arachidonic acid (AA)+iron-induced oxidative stress in cells. Methods : Ingredients, their target information, oxidative stress liver injury-related proteins was obtained from various network pharmacology databases and software. A hypergeometric test and enrichment analysis were conducted to evaluate associations between protein targets of RSE. The cell viability was assessed by MTT assay, and immunoblot analysis was used to confirm the molecular mechanisms. Results : A compound-target network of RSE was constructed, which consisted of 336 edges between 18 ingredients and 123 protein targets. PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, ErbB signaling pathway, HIF-1 signaling pathway, PPAR signaling pathway, and AMPK signaling pathway was significantly associated with protein targets of RSE. RSE protected HepG2 cells against AA+iron-induced oxidative stress as mediated with AMPK signaling. Conclusion : RSE was found to protect the cells against oxidative stress via the AMPK signaling pathway.

        최근 데이터의 양이 많아지고 다양해짐에 따라서 데이터를 활용하기 위한 데이터 마이닝에 관한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 데이터 분석을 위한 수집 데이터에는 수집 과정에서 분석가가 원치 않은 데이터 잡음이 발생하는 경우가 있고 그 데이터가 다른 데이터들과 같은 가중치로 데이터 마이닝에 반영되는 경우 예상과 다른 결과를 얻을 수 있다. 따라서 데이터 분석 시 데이터와 전문가 의견이 고려된 데이터 엔트로피(Entropy)를 사용하여 잡음 데이터를 다룰 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 전문가의견을 이용한 전문가 의견 목록을 만들고 이를 데이터와 비교하여 유사한 정도에 따라 각 데이터에 가중치를 부여한다. 그리고 이 데이터를 활용한 의사결정나무(Decision Tree)를 사용하여 기존 데이터를 이용한 의사결정나무 보다 데이터 잡음의 영향을 줄이는 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법은 학습자의 학습 활동에서 수집된 학습 행위 데이터를 사용하여 실험하였다.

        중금속 유도 산화적 스트레스에 대한 금은화의 세포 보호 효과

        Objectives : Lonicera japonica is known for anti-inflammation and antibiotic effect in Korean medicine. This study aimed for investigating the cytoprotective effect of Lonicera japonica extract (LJE) for HepG2 cells against arachidonic acid (AA)+iron-induced oxidative stress. Methods : The effect of LJE on cell viability was assessed by MTT assay. ROS assay was selected to assess antioxidant effect of LJE. To assess LJE’s effect on mitochondrial function, flow cytometric analysis was operated. And immunoblot analysis was used to establish the underlying mechanism of LJE. Results : LJE protected HepG2 cells against AA+iron-induced oxidative stress by phosphorylation of liver kinase B1 and blocked the decline of procaspase 3. Also, LJE preserved the mitochondrial membrane permeability induced by AA+iron. Conclusion : LJE protected the hepatocyte from AA+iron-induced oxidative stress by activation of LKB1 by the preservation of mitochondrial functions.

        To see how Hippens influenced the fashion industry, this thesis makes a study of the individual characteristics and forms of self-expression within that group and futruter to discover the link between hippie and high fashion during the 1960's and 1970's. A study of hippie fashion requires the definition of 'hippie'. Hippie live their lives from a natural perspective, disregarding the constraints of urban life. Hippie refuse to conform to traditions in values defined by older generations. A common value among this group is the pursuit of peace in society. Hippies redefined male-female relationships, and as a result they became more liberal than at any time before that era. Self-expression was a major characteristic of the hippie community; psychedelic art, ethnic style, rock music and drug use were the major components. The hippie look manifested itself and realized the ideology of hippie through long hair, blue jeans, psychedelic art prints on clothing, the imitation of the fashion style of popular rock bands and the adoption of flower motif. After 1967 the hippie look grew popular within mainstream population and began to influence 'Hkgh Fashion'. Examples of this are: unisex clothing, layering and the birth of punk fashion. In 1990's the fabric and design became more advanced and of higher quality. New fashion styles such as Grunge, Neo-hippie, Romantic, Ethnic, Pagent, Layering have their roots in hippie fashion of the 1960's. In 1960's and 1970's hippie fashion was born of the streets, with little emphasis on the quality of fabric. As time passed, the hippie look was upgraded through the use of better quality materials and more creative accessorizing. Hippie fashion is recreated as a contemporary theme, combined with modern style and past design and has become a worldwide fashion trend.

        AMPK 활성화를 통한 중금속 유발 산화적 스트레스에 대한 비파엽의 세포 보호 효과

        Objectives : In this study, we investigated the cytoprotective effect of Eriobotrya japonica L. (EJ) extract against Arachidonic acid (AA)+iron-induced oxidative stress. Methods : To confirm the cytoprotective effect of EJ against AA+iron-induced oxidative stress in HepG2 cells, it was evaluated by MTT assay, immunoblot anaylsis, and Calcein-AM/propidium iodide (PI) staining. Additionally, the mechanism of action of the cytoprotective effect was evaluated through molecular mechanisms. Results : EJ (100 μg/mL) inhibited Arachidonic acid (AA)+iron-induced cell death in a concentration-dependent manner. It also inhibited AA+iron-induced mitochondrial dysfunction and ROS production. EJ activated the LKB1-AMPK signaling pathway. Conclusions : In conclusion, EJ has the ability to protect liver cells from oxidative stress, indicating that it is related to AMPK-LKB1 signaling pathways.
