LoRaWAN 통신 기반의 선박 내외부 승선자 측위 시스템 및 승선자 안전관리 시스템

LoRaWAN을 기반으로 하는 선박 내외 측위 시스템은 LoRaWAN 무선 통신을 기반으로 하는 실시간 측위 시스템이다. 측위 시스템은 LoRa 노드를 이용해서 수행하는데, LoRa 노드 내부에 Beacon과 GPS 모듈을 탑재해 각각의 모듈을 이용해서 측위를 수행하고 그 결과 데이터를 즉시 서버에 전송, 실시간으로 선박 내외부의 승선자 위치를 측정한다. 승선자 안전관리 시스템은 LoRa 노드로부터 전송되는 결과 데이터를 분석해 웹 페이지 화면에 표시해 승선자의 위치 및 현재 상태 등을 파악해 서버 관리자가 관리하고 위험한 상황에 처한 승선자들에 대해 조치를 취할 수 있도록 한다. The proposed positioning system based on LoRaWan is a real-time positioning system using LoRaWAN wireless communication. The positioning system is performed using LoRa node. Beacon and GPS modules are installed inside LoRa node to perform positioning using each module, and as a result, the data which contain the inner or outer position of ship passenger is immediately transmitted to the server. The passenger safety management system analyzes the result data transmitted from the LoRa node and displays it on the web page to identify the location and current status of the passengers so that the server administrator can manage and take action on dangerous passengers.

In this paper deals with a unique method for measuring vehicle states such as body sideslip angle and tire sideslip angle using GPS velocity information in conjunction with other sensors. A method for integrating Inertial Navigation System (INS) sensors with GPS measurements to provide higher update rate estimates of the vehicle states is presented, and the method can be used to estimate the tire cornering stiffness. The experimental results for the GPS velocity-based sideslip angle measurement and cornering stiffness estimates are compared with the theoretical predictions. From the experimental results, it can be concluded that the proposed method has an advantage for future implementation in a vehicle safety system.<br/>

Supracricoid partial laryngectomy (SCPL) with cricohyoidoepiglottopexy (CHEP) or cricohyoidopexy (CHP) involves the removal of the whole thyroid cartilage, both true and false vocal cords, the ventricles, and the paraglottic spaces, sparing the cricoid cartilage, hyoid bone, and at least one functional and mobile cricoarytenoid unit. Reconstruction is performed by suturing of the cricoid cartilage up tightly to the hyoid bone, so trachea-releasing procedures are needed to prevent leakage at anastomosis site. In case of advanced tranglottic cancer invading tracheal tracheal wall, we need to perform additional circumferentrial circumferential tracheal wall resection. However, when we perform SCPL, circumferential resection of tracheal wall is limited because SCPL procedure itself needs releasing of tracheal length. We report a case of advanced transglottic cancer involving tracheal wall treated with induction chemotherapy and SCPL including tracheal wall resection with reconstruction of tracheal defect by sternocleidomastoid muscle flap covered with skin graft.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the correlation of the characteristics of dwellers and residential preference in apartment housing through the case study of 340 samples in 25 housing estates which were built in Chung-ju city The contents of this research consist of two main parts. The first part is to identify characteristics of dwellers, which might have an influence on residential preference in apartment housing. The second part is to identify the main physical elements of residential preference that can be influenced by the personal characteristics. Thus, this research will contribute to the establishment of the planning methods which increase residential preference in apartment housing, while promoting the quality of residential environment in Chung-ju city.
탄력과 비탄력 골반압박벨트 적용이 요통군과 비요통군에 고관절 신전근 근력과 다리들기 어려움 수준에 미치는 영향

This study compared the effects of two types of pelvic compression belts on hip extensor muscle strength and leg raise heaviness in individuals with and without low back pain. Subjects with (n=15) and without low back pain (n=45) were enrolled in this study. The degree of subjectively perceived heaviness during prone hip extension (PHE) test was measured on a 6-point scale. The isometric strength of the hip extensor muscles was measured with 20°of PHE and the knee in full extension. Muscle strength was measured before the use of the pelvic compression belt, and then after the use of elastic and non-elastic pelvic compression belts in random order. All measurements were made on the side that the subject perceived as having greater difficulty during PHE. Using descriptive analysis and repeated-measures analysis of variance, we compared the effects of pelvic compression belt use on hip extensor muscle strength in individuals with and without low back pain. There were no significant differences in hip extensor strength and leg raise heaviness level between subjects with and without low back pain with the use of the two types of pelvic compression belts. With the use of the two types of pelvic compression belts, hip extensor strength was significantly increased in both subjects (p<.01). There was no significant difference between the two types of compression belts concerning the effect on hip extensor strength. Both elastic and non-elastic pelvic compression belts helped to improve hip extensor strength in individuals with low back pain
