Jongmyo is the place to retain the successive kings' tablet. Jeongjeon is the central building of Jongmyo. It is now preserved only the kings with meritorious deeds in the Choseon dynasty. It is the place where memorial services were performed for those deceased kings. Jongmyo, along with the rituals where services for the Gods of Earth and Crops were performed, was considered as the most important rituals, and the most significant for the architecture in Korea. The aim of a study drawed up the lists about Jongmyo architecture is to regulate the mutual comparative contents projected in having search the architectural regularity and characteristic of Jongmyo in Choseon dynasty. It is that proves the ritual behavior had been carried out to pivot on these: 1) Jongmyo as court-relationship for establishing succession of kings, Finally Jongmyo architecture had been settled with a hierarchy by vertical ritual system and it, which has a strong space each other, had been formed the unique place. 'Live and Dead' start from the axis of Life Breath and define the bound between living and dying. These territories and the bounds were formed when the direction of the living and dying is decided. Jongmyo architecture is not the matter of quantity of Mass but the quality of Form-this is 'the living and dying'.

忠州市 관공서 外部色彩에 관한 연구

In order to understand the influence of colours on the government and public offices exteriors of a city, a portion of Chung-Ju was chosen as the study area was researched as colours. These surveyed colours are analysed in their hue, value and chroma. It was necessary to determine the 134 samples of 46 government and public offices exteriors in all in order formulate the findings presented in this study. The result of this study can be briefly summerised as the following; 1. The trends in the use of colour turn out like this; 51.94% of the government and public offices were Y(yellow), YR(yellow-green), PB(purple-blue) Family in Hue, about 23.88% of them were within 8.0-8.9, 15.67% were within 7.0-7.9 and 13.48% were within 3.0-3.9 on the value scale, and about 72.39% of them were within 0.0-1.9 on the chroma scale. In summary, the colours of the government and public offices surveyed in Chung-Ju can be characterized as Y, YR, PB family in Hue, 7.0-8.9 in Value registered in 0.0-1.9 in Chroma. The observed exterior colours show a tendency toward Yellow in Hue, High in Value and low in Chroma. Generally, the majority of the colours are light rather than strong in tone.

국가대표 태권도 선수의 시합준비 기간에 따른 심상전략 탐색

[목적] 이 연구는 엘리트 태권도선수가 사용하는 심상전략을 체계적으로 탐색하고, 시합이 다가오면서 심상 유형별특성을 확인하는 것에 목적이 있었다. [방법] 연구대상은 S실업팀에 엘리트 태권도 선수 10명을 선정하였다. 자료는 개방형 설문과 인터뷰를 통해 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 Gould 등(1992)이 제안한 질적연구방법을 택하였다. 심상의 귀납적 내용분석 과정은Paivio(1985)와 Suinn(1996)의 심상유형을 기준으로 삼았고, 심상 사례의 내용분류는 전문가 3인이 합의를 통해 최종결정하였다. 이러한 분석과정을 거친 결과는 다음과 같다. [결과] 첫째, 엘리트 태권도 선수들은 전반적으로 Paivio(1985)와 Suinn(1996)이 제안한 심상유형을 고루 사용한다. 특히 불안조절심상을 가장 많이 사용하고 있고, 동기심상, 기술심상, 심리기술심상 그리고 시합심상 순으로 사용한다. 둘째, 엘리트 태권도 선수들은 시합 2주 전에 어떤 기술과 전술을 사용할지에 대한 ‘기술심상’을 주로 사용한다. 선수들은 시합 하루 전에 불안증상을 없애거나 안정시키기 위해서 주로 ‘불안조절심상’을 사용한다. 선수들은 시합당일 날 여전히 ‘불안조절심상’과 ‘동기심상’을 주로 사용한다. 이렇게 해서 시합이 끝나고 나면 선수들은 스스로에게보상을 주기 위한 ‘동기심상’을 사용한다. [결론] 엘리트 태권도 선수들은 효율적인 훈련과 시합에서 최상의 경기력을 발휘하기 위하여 자신만의 심상전략을 사용한다. 그리고 심상전략은 시합 시점에 따라 기술심상, 불안조절심상, 동기심상 등으로 다르게 적용된다.

Chungju area has a few designated architectural Heritage, even though there is a birthplace of culture centered on Namhan River area and has a long history ranging from the three Han states age to the present time, Cultural properties should be excavated through research work in the undesigned construction in Chungju area and have management and preservation in system. Local community should place the institutional system to preserve local culture as soon as possible. Moreover, this study should be keep going in Chungju area and discover new researchers and interact each other to preserve cultural characteristics. In real, however, we do not know who judge architectural value of the undesigned properties or which government is charging for and discussing with, Chung area ought to come systeme to keep local culture. Discovery of local cultures need continuing interests which is an essential element to increase local competitiveness with regional characteristics as traditional culture and to link up in tourism industry.

권태응선생 생가 복원에 대한 고찰

This study is to do a restorative consideration through investiagtion and analyses about the house ,related to GwonTaeEung, which is in the whole area of the Chungbuk Chungju-si ChilGeumDong 381 address and 382 address. however, the study which is based on restoration is not but reveals a restorative consideration by the datas which have been present until now. GwonTaeEung was born 1918 April 20th at the ChungJuGun ChungJuMyeon ChilGeumRi 381 addresses and the whole area of Chung-ju-si ChilGeumDong 381 address is considered as a place where he lived. also, the whole area of 382 address is where he was from entering to graduating at the Chung-Ju public institution elementary school. And the place is considered as where later caming back to his hometown he aroused anti-Japanese sentiments untill he die and worked for a lot of products. these truths is thought as the result of study made by a spot survey with evidence.

도심지 가로공간의 상업건축 외부색채에 관한 연구 - 충주시 차 없는 거리를 중심으로

In order to understand the influence of colors on urban design of a city, a portion of the central Chungju was chosen as the study area of buildings.It was necessary to determine the colors of 189 samples exterior spaces in order to formulate the findings presented in this study.In summery, the colors of the buildings surveyed in central Chungju can be characterized as Y(yellow), YR (yellow red) and N(neutral) family in Hue, 6.0-9.9 and 2.0-4.9 in Value registered in 0.0-1.9 in Chroma.

김치에서 분리한 유산균의 항돌연변이 효과

The antimutagenic acitivities of cell body of several lactic acid bacteria (LAB) isolated from kimchi were studied using the methods of Ames mutagenicity test and SOS chromotest. The mutagenicities mediated by 4-nitroquinoline-l-oxide (4-NQO), 2-amino3,4-dimethyl-imidazo (4, 5-f) quinoline (MeIQ), and 3-amino-l-methyl-5H-pyrido[4,3-b] indole (Trp-P2) were effectively supressed by LAB in both tests. However, the mutagenicity of N-methyl-N'-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine (MNNG) was not markedly inhibited by LAB preparation. Cell body of Leuconostoc mesenteroides exhibited higher antimuatagenic activity on 4-NQO, MeIQ, MNNG than LABs from other lactic acid bacteria. Pediococcus acidilactici was not effective on direct mutagens (4-NQO, MNNG), but the antimatagenic effect on MeIQ and Trp-P2 were similar to those of other LAB preparations. In this study, LAB from kimchi (Leuconostoc mesenteroides, Lactobacillus brevis, Lactobacillus fermentum, Lactobacillus plantarum, Pediococcos acidilactici) revealed high capability of prevention of the mutation induced by 4-NQO, MeIQ and Trp-P2 as much as (or higher than) Lactobacillus acidophillus from yogurt, regardless of their viability. These results suggested that lactic acid bacteria in kimchi might have the cancer preventive function.
