본 연구는 한방에서 사용되는 설문데이터와 생체신호데이터를 활용한 분석을 통하여 설문데이터와 생체신호 간의 연관성을 탐색하여 고객 개개인마다 적합한 고객 맞춤형 한방 생체신호 측정을 가능케 하는데 목적이 있다. 먼저, 기 개발된 설문을 통해 수집된 설문데이터를 분석하여 변증을 판단할 수 있는 설문 문항만을 선발하여 최적화하였고, 이렇게 최적화된 설문데이터를 데이터마이닝 기법을 이용하여 변증이 있는 그룹과 없는 그룹으로 구분하였다. 각 그룹에 속한 고객들의 위전도 측정데이터를 수집·분석하여 설문과 생체신호 간 연관성을 분석하였고, 아울러 변증과의 연관성을 분석하였다. The purpose of this research is to analyze the questionnaire of oriental medicine and bio-signal data and to identify the correlation between symptoms of oriental medicine and bio-signal in order to develop the customization model for individual patients. First, this research analyzes the questionnaire data using the developed questionnaire for oriental medicine symptoms and selects the optimized questionnaires for identifying the symptoms. Using data mining technologies with the selected questionnaires, this research divides the normal group and the group with symptoms. Finally, this research identifies the correlation between the questionnaire for oriental medicine symptoms and electrogastrogram signal.
프리쿨러를 적용한 케스케이드 줄-톰슨 냉동기의 성능특성

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of application of precooler on the performance of the cascade Joule-Thomson cycle. The refrigerants used were zeotropic mixture: blened with R-218, R-23 and R-14, which are non-flammable refrigerants. In addition, the evaporation temperature was set to –110℃ considering the semiconductor process cooling. The results show that the precooler can reduce the capacity of the compressor, condensor and evaporator which was the cascade heat exchanger in the high stage cycle. Furthermore, application of precooler can increase overall COP, although the COP decreased each cycle.

Saccharomyces cerevisiae와 Pichia stipitis을 이용한 댐 목질계 부유물로부터의 에탄올 생산 특성에 관한 연구

Suspended wood waste was being inflow into the dam and the problem of waste disposal has been occurred. In this study, ethanol production using woody floater wastes was performed to estimate value in use for raw material of renewable energy. To achieve the goal, experiments of acid hydrolysis and ethanol fermentation using dam woody floater as raw materials for bioethanol was carried out. In the results of field survey in the chungju dam, kind of woody floater was mainly Japanese larch (Larix leptolepis) and hybrid poplar (Populus tomentiglandulosa). The results of sugar extraction showed that sugar content was higher in Larix leptolepis than Populus tomentiglandulosa. Extracted sugar from wood waste was effective consumed by yeast(P. Stipitis and S cerevisiae). In the experiment consumption of sugar including glucose, galactose and xylose, the consumption rate of S. cerevisiae is faster than that of P. stipitis. and efficiency for ethanol production is higer in S. cerevisiae than P. stipitis. Also it can be confirmed that resource as ethanol production using wood waste was available.
메탄보정계수(MCF)의 결정을 통한 C 위생매립장 메탄가스 발생량 산정

최근 들어, 산업발달과 인구증가에 따른 지구온난화 영향에 인한 이상기후의 피해가 증가함에 따라 국제적으로 CO<sub>2</sub>, CH<sub>4</sub>, N<sub>2</sub>O, HFCs, PFC, SF<sub>6</sub> 등의 온실가스를 줄이기 위한 노력을 해오고 있다. 이를 위하여, 먼저 정확한 온실가스 발생량의 산정을 수행하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 C 위생매립장에서 발생되는 CH<sub>4</sub>가스의 발생량을 산정하기 위하여 2006 IPCC가이드라인에서 제시된 Tier1와 Tier2 방법을 적용하여 보았다. 이 때 CH<sub>4</sub>가스 발생량 산정을 위한 Tier1와 Tier2 방법 적용 시 변수(DOC<sub>f</sub>, DOC, F, R, OX 등)는 2006 IPCC 가이드라인과 환경공단에서 발표된 우리나라 배출계수를 사용하였으며, 보다 정확한 CH<sub>4</sub>가스 발생량 산정을 위한 MCF 결정을 위해 매립고의 영향을 고려하여 MCF를 변화시켰으며, 이를 검토하기 위해 C 위생매립장의 현장 CH<sub>4</sub>가스 측정량과 비교하여 보았다. 연구 결과, 2006 IPCC 가이드라인에서 제시된 Tier1와 Tier2 방법을 적용 시 실제 CH<sub>4</sub>가스 발생량과의 절대평균오차는 각각 47.6%와 54.7%이었으나, 매립고에 따른 MCF의 변화를 통한 실제 CH<sub>4</sub>가스 발생량과 Tier1와 Tier2 방법에 의한 산정량의 오차는 각각 17.86%와 18.6%로 절대평균오차가 크게 감소함을 보였으며, 이로 인하여 보다 정확한 CH<sub>4</sub>가스 발생량 예측이 가능한 것으로 나타났다. Recently, human beings are under threat from the problems caused by global warming. Therefore, all countries of the world try to reduce greenhouse gas(CO<sub>2</sub>, CH<sub>4</sub>, N<sub>2</sub>O, HFCs, PFC). To set up a goal of reduction level, it was important to precisely calculate the production of greenhouse gas. In this study, Tier1 and Tier2 methods which was suggested by 2006 IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) guideline, was used to calculate CH<sub>4</sub> production from C sanitary landfill. The all values of factors except MCF(Methane Conversion Factor) were defaults values that were provided by 2006 IPCC guideline and Korea emission factors for Tier1 and Tier2 method. The values of MCF was considered depending on the depth of dumping in landfill. The calculated results compared with actual survey data. The production of CH<sub>4</sub> without the correction of MCF showed 47.6%, 54.7% average errors in Tier1 and Tier2, respectively. However, correction of MCF depending on dumping reduced average errors to 17.9% and 18.6%. From the results, it was verified that corrected MCF considered by condition of landfill depth can be possible to predict proper CH<sub>4</sub> gas emission from C sanitary landfill.
