        Retroreflection 시스템의 다체형 회전체의 변환모형에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 야간 운전자들의 안전을 위한 교통안전제어 시설체계인 주행안내 반사체시스템 (Retroreflector)에 있어서 기하도형각과 명확도 사이에 성량 변형이 등가적인 새로운 이론적 설계에 의한 다체형 회전체의 전환 모형에 관한 연구이다. 야간운전자의 주행안내 반사체 성능과 운전자 환경을 고려하여 이론적으로 동질적인 다섯가지 모형을 검증한다. 이 모형은 주행안내 반사체싸페 교통체계를 설계하는데 좀더 나은 운전성과, 안전, 그리고 경제성 등을 고려하여 평가할 수 있을 것이다. This study is for the development of a model to convert a set of rotational bodies into the new theoretical design for the equivalent volume transformation between the geometric angles and the specific intensity in the traffic control material system, called the retroreflection system to guide the night driver for safety. There are five new models theoretically identified with the concept of the retroreflective performance and human environment of the night driver. The new system can evaluate the design in retroreflective transportation material system with better performance, safety, and economy.

        합작기업의 경영지식 획득규모에 영향을 미치는 결정요합작기업의 결정요인

        합작기업이 외국인 모기업으로부터의 기술과 지식획득에 용이한 기업형태라는 사실에 대해 학자들 간에 일반적인 동의가 이루어져 있음에도 불구하고, 다른 기업에 비해 상대적으로 더 많은 지식을 획득함으로써, 최종 학습경쟁에서 승리하게끔 하는 요인에 대한 실증연구(high knowledge acquirers versus low knowledge acquirers)는 부족한 실정이다. 또한 합작기업의 학습을 경영노하우라는 측면에서 고려할 때, 이러한 실증연구의 부족은 더욱 두드러진다. 따라서, 본 논문은 합작기업의 경영노하우 학습규모에 차이가 나는 이유에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 성취하기 위해 지식획득 규모를 기준으로 합작기업을 두 개의 그룹으로 구분하였다. 이와 같은 분류를 위해 군집분석이 사용되었으며, 그 후 로지스틱 회귀분석을 이용하여 두 그룹의 분류에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인들을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통해 먼저 점착성의 특징(sticky characteristics)을 갖고 있는 경영지식도 학습이 가능하다는 사실을 확인하였으며, 합작기업 구성원의 국제경험, 외국인 모기업의 경영지원과 외국인 전문가 파견이 합작기업의 학습규모를 확대한다는 점을 발견하였다. 끝으로 본 연구는 실증분석을 통해 발견한 주요 요인들을 바탕으로 국내에 설립된 합작기업과 국내에 투자하고 있는 다국적 기업에게 제공할 수 있는 시사점을 제시하고 있다. This paper explores the key factors affecting the extent of managerial knowledge acquisition in international joint ventures(IJVs) despite the general consent formed amongst scholars that IJVs facilitate acquisition of technology and knowledge from the foreign parents. For the purpose of this study, the samples were divided into two groups based on the extent of knowledge acquisition using cluster analysis. Then, the two groups were examined to identify the main factors determining the two groups by using logistic regression. This paper shows that managerial knowledge with sticky characteristics can be acquired. It also shows that international experience of IJVs' employees, level of support from foreign parents, and personnel transfer of foreign expatriate experts will increase the extent of knowledge acquisition for IJVs. In conclusion, based on the findings from this study, this paper offers suggestions to IJVs and multinational corporations investing in Korea.

        As the variety of vehicles increases, and also develop interior design for it. The main purpose of the study is to analyze the effect of steering wheel toward controlling vehicles. Most of the studies have been conducted in emotional grip, satisfaction, maneuverability for steering wheels in vehicle. In this thesis were investigated by adding the part that were not considered in previous studies. The form of the spokes, rim shape, horn form, operational feeling of the operation buttons, etc have been proposed by segmentation. Through this paper will be used as a steering wheel design specific guide for steering wheel, also will be a guide which can be taken into account the designs in a position of customers.

        패러글라이딩 참여자의 BAS-BIS성격유형과 감각추구성향, 삶의 만족의 관계

        본 연구는 패러글라이딩참여자의 BAS-BIS성격유형과 감각추구성향, 삶의 만족의 관계를 분석하여 패러글라 이딩의 학문적 근거마련을 위한 목적이 있다. 첫째, 패러글라이딩참여자의 행동활성화체계(BAS) 중 보상민감성, 추동, 재미추구는 감각추구성향의 스릴과 모험추구, 경험추구에 정적인 영향을, BAS의 보상민감성은 권태민감성, 재미추구 는 권태민감성과 탈제지에 정적인 영향을, 추동은 권태민감성과 탈제지에 부적인 영향을 미친다. 행동억제체계(BIS) 는 경험추구에 부적인, 탈제지에 정적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, BAS는 삶의 만족에 정적인 영향을, BIS는 부적인 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 감각추구성향의 스릴과 모험추구, 경험추구는 삶의 만족에 정적인 영향을 미친다. 패러글라이딩활성화를 위해서는 교육자들이 참여자의 성격기질을 사전 파악하여 교육을 실시, 동호인 관리를 하면 지속적 비행활동을 유지하 여 참여자의 삶을 만족시킬 수 있을 것이다. This study aimed to investigate how paragliding participants’ personality type, namely, behavioral activation system or behavioral inhibition system (BAS/BIS), is related to their sensationseeking tendency and life satisfaction, thereby providing scientific evidence for the sport of paragliding. First, among features of the participants’ BAS, reward sensitivity, drive, and fun seeking brought a positive effect on thrill and adventure seeking and experience seeking, which are subcategories of sensation seeking. In addition, reward sensitivity affected boredom susceptibility positively; similarly, fun seeking affected boredom susceptibility and trans-restraint. Drive, however, had a negative impact on boredom susceptibility and trans-restraint. Meanwhile, BIS influenced experience seeking adversely and affected trans-restraint positively. Second, BAS had a positive impact on life satisfaction, whereas BIS had a negative influence. Finally, thrill and adventure seeking and experience seeking affected life satisfaction in a positive manner. In this respect, to promote paragliding, instructors should determine participants’ personality and temperament in advance before providing training and managing paragliding clubs so that participants will continue engaging in flight activities and feel more satisfied with their life.

        조선후기 평안감영 재원의 성격과 물류의 추이

        This paper examines the nature of the resources and logistics of Pyeongan-do from the 17th to 18th centuries. Previous studies have taken a method of statistics of all quantities in rice or coins. However, it was difficult to identify the characteristics of each object. Therefore, this study expected that if we look at the trend by item, we can better show the characteristics of financial resources. It is better represented by the question of transport, or jurisdiction. The problem with transportation is to track how rice and cotton are moved among the resources of Pyeongan-do. Cotton was an easy item to bring to the central government from Pyeongan-do. It was mainly brought from the Pyeongan barracks. However, after the military reform, the government did not move to the center as no more wood was piled up. Rice was a very difficult item to transfer. Although it was occasionally moved for relief purposes, it was rarely moved due to difficulties in shipping. The issue of jurisdiction was the question of which government office had a “old jurisdiction” in terms of the late Joseon Dynasty. Even if it is under the control of Hojo, the execution of Hojo was not an easy problem because of the need to preserve it in Pyeongan-do. The land tax in Pyeongan-do was kept in Pyeongan-do for defense reasons. After all, when the financial problems of good standing arose, the Minister continued to demand repayment. When the governor of Pyeongan-do Province prepared a separate resource, Hojo insisted that even this should be secured from the center. Minister Hojo and the governor of Pyeongan-do were very strongly opposed over the jurisdiction of Pyeongan-do’s financial resources. Minister Hojo claimed that he had the right to sell, and the governor of Pyeongan-do prevented it. King Yeongjo had no choice but to abide by the circumstances on this matter. Because both sides of the argument were reasonable. Finally, the issue of securing silver was addressed. Unlike other regions, it was silver that secured the most resources as a single item. No more silver came from trade with Japan. However, the Joseon government still needed a lot of silver. More silver was secured in peace than in central government. The reason is that I was purchasing in the mountains. These attempts were more advantageous to the Pyeongan province than to the central government. In order to examine the nature and trends of the Pyeongan Inspection Institute, the issue of natural disasters should also be dealt with beyond just understanding the flow of financial resources, but this paper did not. I would like to make it a later task. .
