Effect of tar compounds on the purification efficiency of paclitaxel from Taxus chinensis

We investigated the effect of tar compounds on the purification efficiency of paclitaxel from Taxuschinensis and evaluated the adsorbent for their removal. The tar compounds had an adverse effect onthe purifying process in increasing order of 1-methylnaphthalene, o-xylene < acenaphthene < 2-picoline < 2,5-xylenol. As a result of adsorbent treatment, HP20 gave the highest yield (97.8%) and purity(44.7%) of paclitaxel. The highest removal (85.2%) of major tar compounds in biomass was also obtainedthrough adsorbent treatment with HP20. The purification efficiency of paclitaxel by adsorbent treatmentincreased as the removal of tar compounds increased.
조기강도 개선형 시멘트를 사용한 콘크리트의 조기강도 발현 특성

In this research, early strength development performance of early strength improvement type ordinary cement which is economically feasible early strength cement(Type III), improved early strength ordinary cement(Type I), was estimated to derive minimum curing temperature and proper water to cement ratio according to cement for early strength development through examination of fresh concrete properties and compressive strength according to water to cement ratio curing 10℃, 15℃ and 20℃ to suggest fundamental data for practical use of early strength concrete. 본 연구에서는 3종 조강시멘트에 비해 경제성을 개선하고, 1종 보통포틀랜드시멘트에 비해 조강성능을 개선한 조기강도 개선형 시멘트를 사용한 조강콘크리트의 양생온도및 물시멘트비에 따른 굳지 않은 콘크리트 특성 및 조기강도 발현 특성을 검토함으로써, 이를 활용한 조강콘크리트의실용화를 위한 기초자료를 제시하고자 하였다.

In this study, revelation performance of concrete at early age according to types of cement, water reducing ratio ofhigh performance superplasticizer and mixing of accelerator for early hydration was examined aiming for reduction ofconstruction period of framework through securing strength at early age of concrete. It was observed that strength atearly age, 5MPa in 12hours, 14MPa in 18hours, is secured by early strength improvement type cement and usingpromotion admixture for early hydration which are Sodium persulfate, Potassium hydroxide. Therefore cost reduction isexpected to be possible in construction site by reducing construction period of frame work. 본 연구에서는 콘크리트의 조기강도 확보를 통해 골조공기를 단축하는 것을 목표로 하여 시멘트 종류, 고성능감수제의 감수율, 초기수화 촉진 혼화제의 혼입에 따른 콘크리트의조기강도 발현성능을 검토하였다. 조기강도 개선형 시멘트와 Sodium persulfate, Potassium hydroxide의 초기수화 촉진물질에 의해 12시간에 5MPa, 18시간에 14MPa의조기강도를 확보할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해건설현장에서 거푸집의 골조공기를 단축시켜 원가절감이가능할 것으로 기대된다.

In this essay, I tried to make it clear that Kierkegaard knew clearly that to found his concept of existence and his discription of existence of the philosophical ontology is important, and that he developed secretely that ontology in his pseudonymous writings. Accordingly, I tried to rebuild that ontology from Kierkegaard's pseudonymous writings about the self, and to study the structure and the dynamism of the self.
