변형전분 및 Biopolymer가 Smoked Pork Sausage의 품질에 미치는 영향

초산전분과 미생물이 생산하는 biopolymer를 사용하여 smoked pork sausage를 제조하고 이들이 소시지 품질에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과, 기계적 물성의 경도는 대조구에 비해 SA, SB, SC 모두 유의적으로 적었고, 응집성은 초산전분 단독으로 0.6%첨가한 시료 SA가 유의적으로 적게 나타났다. 점착성은 biopolymer을 첨가한 시료 SA와 SC가 유의적으로 크게 나타났고, 탄성은 대조구에 비해 모두 작게 나타났다. 껌성과 씹힘성은 4가지 시료 모두가 서로 유의적으로 다른 값을 가지므로써 초산전분과 biopolymer는 껌성과 씹힘성에 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 기계적 물성의 상관관계에서 경도는 탄성, 껌성, 씹힘성과 서로 정의 상관관계로 나타났으며, 점착성과는 부의 상관관계로 나타났다. 절곡시험에서 초산전분 0.6%를 첨가한 시료 SB가 가장 좋았으며, VBN 함량은 biopolymer와 초산전분을 함께 첨가한 시료가 대조구에 비해 약 65% 정도 적게 생성되었다. 관능적 물성의 기호도 조사 결과, 껌성은 biopolymer을 첨가한 시험구 SA와 SC가 유의적으로 좋게 나타났고 (p<0.001), 소시지의 전체적인 기호도는 부서짐성과 씹힘성, 그리고 껌성이 기호도에 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타남에 따라 biopolymer를 첨가한 시료가 유의적으로 좋게 나타났다(p<0.001). 전체적인 기호도의 상관관계에서는 관능검사의 씹힘성과 기계적 물성의 껌성이 서로 유의차를 갖는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.05). In order to study the effect of modified starch and biopolymer on the quality of smoked pork sausage, acetylated starch and biopolymer were added to the smoked pork sausage and physical characteristics, sensory quality, and water holding capacity were investigated. In the textural characteristics SA, SB and SC group were lower in hardness than control group. Cohesiveness was lower only on the SA group which was added by 0.6% acetylated starch. Adhesiveness was higher on the the SA and SC group by addition of biopolymer. All treatment group were lower in springiness than control group. The effect of biopolymer and acetylated starch on gumminess and chewiness was evident but not constant in each group. In the mechanical characteristics such as hardness, springiness, gumminess, chewiness were indicated positive correlation coefficient, the other hand negative correlation in adhesiveness. The result of folding test was not changed in 20 days storage. At 30 days storage SB group contained the 0.6% acetylate starch showed the best point. The other hand the biopolymer added SA and SC group less acceptable, the biopolymer added SA and SC group, which were added by biopolymer and acetylated, indicated cap. 65% lower VBN value than control group. Sensory evaluation were not significantly difference in hardness, fracturability and adhesiveness but cohesiveness was higher in SC group. Gumminess was significantly hinger in SA and SC group by biopolymer addition. Overall acceptability in sensory evaluation were significantly higher in SC group by biopolymer addition. Overall acceptability in sensory evaluation correlated significiantly with fracturability, chewiness and gumminess. Chewiness of sensory evaluation and mechanical guminess were not significantly correlated.
한국인 영어학습자의 영어 문장은 얼마나 원어민스러운가: 딥러닝 기반 분석

Building upon the state-of-the-art deep learning techniques, the present study classifies the texts written by Korean EFL learners and English native speakers and thereby demonstrates how the two types of texts differ from each other. To this end, the current work makes use of the Yonsei English Learner Corpus (YELC) and Gacheon Learner Corpus (GLC) as the L2 data, and Corpus of Contemporary American English (COCA) as the L1 data. Utilizing the sentence classification methods, the current work implements a system to differentiate the two types of texts, the accuracy of which is about 94%. This indicates that the deep leaning-based system is capable of identifying the well-formedness and felicities of the texts written by Korean EFL learners. Nonetheless, the system-based judgments do not overlap with human judgments largely because the deep learning model exclusively focuses on sequence of words. The present study provides a further analysis to see how the two types of judgments differ with respect to grammatical errors (e.g., word order, voice, etc.) and felicity errors (e.g., semantic prosody, the position of adverbs, etc.).
Dactinomycin 투여로 인한 백서 장간막 비만 세포의 Degranulation에 관한 조직학적 연구

It is well known that the mast cells, containing metachromatic granules, occur in almost all structures in body, especially in loose or areolar connective tissues. The granules in mast cell contain heparin, histamine, hyaluronic acid, serotonin, other mucopolysaccharides and certain enzymes or their precusors, but they are readily diffused from the cells by various physical and chemical stimuli. Based on teh above mentioned, this study was carried out to demonstrate the degranulation and disruption of mesenteric mast cells in mice by means of dactinomycin administration. The animals used in this experiment were well developed mature albino mice, ICR strain, weighing approximately 20 gm. Dactinomycin was injected through intramuscalar route in an amount of 0.25mg per kg. and the animals were killed at 6, 12 and 24 hours after administration. Absolute methanol was directly infused into peritoneal cavity through a small incision of the anterior median abdominal walll of the mice and then fixed 20 minutes in situ in order to reduce the direct mechanical injury to mesenteric mast cell. A few pieces of mesentery were carefully excised and stained with Pugh's solution containing toluidine blue. The degree of degranulation of mesenteric mast cells were divided into 4 grades; normal mast cells, slight degranulation, moderate degranulation and severe degranulation or disruption. All specimens were observed with light microscope. The results were as follows: 1. The total number of mesenteric mast cells were reduced in dactinomycin treated mice. 2. Percentage of degranulated mesenteric mast cells was increased in dactinomycin treated mice. Consequently, it is suggested that dactinomycin should degranulated mesenteric mast cells.

This study has intended to classify defect of apartment and find reduction way. So we have employed a questionnaire survey method to find reduction strategy common service facilities defects in apartment and 33 experts associated with apartment hosing development participated in the survey. The questionnaire are composed of mainly three parts, 1) frequency of detects in common service facility, 2) evaluation of defect reduction, 3) importance of defect reduction strategy. the result of questionnaire was analyzed using statistical analysis using SPSS Ver 17. This study shows that apartment building account for about 63% among the defect types in apartment housing. and it was caused by crack of outside wall. In the result of this study, we have confirmed that there are lots of defects in apartment housing and also found the reason causing defects and types. in particular, curing of concrete was an important factor to reduce the defects of outside wall in apartment housing.
최소대립 문장쌍을 활용한 한국어 사전학습모델의 통사 연구 활용 가능성 검증

Syntactic studies make use of the minimally pairwise sentences as an argumentation tool, because the pairs allow us to pay attention to the constraints of interest. Likewise, it is helpful to use a set of minimal pairs in deep learning-based experiments for assessing the syntactic ability of neural language models. In this context, this study verifies whether the deep learning Korean model has the ability to properly distinguish the well-formed expressions and the corresponding ill-formed expressions. In the meanwhile, this study serves to examine the feasibility of the language resource constructed by the Korean government for deep learning architecture. The research is three-fold. First, we conducted an acceptability judgment testing to verify whether and how the language resource used in this study is indeed trustworthy. The results indicate that the judgments provided in the language resource converge with the judgments of our own experiment well enough. Second, we employed four Korean models such as mBERT, KoBERT, KR-BERT, KorBERT in order to evaluate how the language resource has a potentiality to predict the well-formedness of Korean expressions. The different models yield different results, the reason of which is fully discussed. Third, we made use of an independent test-set for evaluating the deep learning systems. It turns out that the results are still challenging, which implies that the current Korean models may have room for improvement to understand the syntactic phenomena.
