It is important that constant velocity of gantry of 3D fluoroscopy for correct digital image processing. But constant velocity driving is difficult because gantry has heavy mass and eccentric loads. So a design of control algorithm and performance evaluation are needed for constant velocity of gantry of 3D fluoroscopy. But it is difficult that performance evaluation of control algorithm because of a special quality of 3D fluoroscopy. And flexible model analysis is necessary for resonance and displacement. So motor, reductor and unbalanced gantry of 3D fluoroscopy are designed with multibody dynamic analysis program, and simulation platform is designed for performance evaluation of robust control algorithm against disturbance. Dive performance such as velocity ripple in various condition was observed. So this paper proposes a design of flexible model simulation platform of imbalanced rotor with heavy mass for evaluation of control algorithm for constant velocity.
화학 증착기의 기초 진공도가 다결정 실리콘 박막의 물성과 전기적 특성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

화학증착기에 의한 실리콘막의 증착에서 증착기의 기초 진공도는 잔류가스로부터 실리콘 막내로 유입되는 oxygen, carbon과 같은 분순물의 양을 결정하며, 따라서 증착 거동 및 막의 결정성에 영향을 줄 수 있는 공정 변수이다. 본 연구에서는 고진공 화학증착기를 이용하여 기초 진공도는 비정질 실리콘의 증착과 결정화에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 높은 기초 진공도는 비정질/결정질 천이 증착온도의 감소를 가져왔다. 또한 비정질 실리콘막의 결정화 속도 및 박막 결정성을 향상시키는 것으로 조사되었다. 이와 같은 기초 진공도의 영향은 증착시 잔류가스에 함유되는 O, C과 같은 불순물의 영향으로 설명될 수 있었다. 기초 진공도에 따른 실리콘 막의 결정성 향상은 다결정 실리콘 박막 트렌지스터의 구동 특성을 향상시키는 것으로 조사되었다. 기초 진공도가 10-3Torr에서 10-5Torr 로 증가함에 따라 전자 이동도는 17$\textrm{cm}^2$/V.s에서 25$\textrm{cm}^2$/V.s로 증가하였으며 누설전류는 감소하였다.

Aedes albopictus(Skuse) is known as the major vector of human arboviruses that can transmit approximately 22 virus belonging to Togaviridae, Flaviviridae, Bunyaviridae families. Recently, Aedes albopictus has been suggested to be involved in the transmission of Zika virus in several countries, including Southeast Asia. In this study, Among the military units stationed in Incheon, two coastal units were selected and three inland units were selected, we used BG sentinel trap to collection mosquitoes from May to October. We have collected mosquitoes at intervals of 2 weeks and the total population of mosquito is 15,959. From among these 11,406 mosquitoes were Ae. albopictus, this accounted for 71.5% of the total mosquitoes which has greatly exceeded the national average of 23.8%. After we collected mosquitoes, we move immediately to the laboratory, classified mosquitoes and tested the pathogen in the way(1 pool contains maximum 50 mosquitoes) of a standard inspection method(Real-time PCR) by Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Although a total of 257 pools from the collected Ae. albopictus was performed. Flavivirus including Zika virus was not detected during study period. According to the study, white-rooted mosquitoes living in military areas have not yet been contaminated with pathogens such as Zikavirus.

High speed railroad car and high-rise apartment with development of railway technology cause different problems of noise contrary to the previous generation. It is the most efficient noise reduction countermeasure but we studied that is the way on noise propagation with sound proof wall or sound proof tunnel around railroad. But if it were railroad on bridge, additional cost which is more expensive than installing one on the ground is needed. So sound insulation material considering reducing weight of recent soundproof facilities must be selected. It is in this study that predicted and analyzed acoustical and structural effect for noise reduction by installing soundproof tunnel. If it were departmentalized into additional study, could be able to expect noise reduction effect of sound proof tunnel establishment on the bridge.
상태합성 Compiler 설계를 위한 Two-level minimizer 개발에 관한 연구

In this paper, we developed two-level minimizer for state machine compiler. A two-level minimizer generates minimal cover using logic minimization algorithms such as MERGE, QUICK EXPAND, REDUCE, IRRDUNDANT COVER. Also, two-level minimizer produce good result comparing with that of BOLD. Based on the result, will use in state machine compiler.
