        농촌지역 관광자원 개발방향에 관한 연구: 청송, 공주, 강진지역을 사례로

        The relative difference between Korean rural region and urban region has increased by the rapid urbanization and industrialization since 1960. Therefore it will be important to raise the income of the people living in rural region. So the Korean government established the collective side job area and rural industrial area for the increasing of the non-agricultural income. For this, the touristic resources development is also the another important means of the rural region development. So the purpose of this thesis exists in the presentation of the direction of the touristic resources development in rural region. For this purpose, three representative regions among the Korean rural regions were selected and the case study was accomplished. In this way the rough direction of the touristic resources development in rural region has presented The direction of the development and the conclusion were as follows : 1)Planners must establish the planning with the vision and demand of future than percent condition. 2)Because the urbanization is continued incessantly, the rural region is developed to be the space of resort. 3)The touristic resources development in rural region is contributed to the regional development through the raising interaction of the touristic resources. 4)The rural region is developed to be the space of the Korean rural tradition 5)The grassland os constructed in the mountenous land and the landscape of the Korean national land is changed to be the picturesque landscape. 6)The construction of the traditional artistic products is accomplished to increase the income of the people in rural region.

        Impact of Waist Stabilization Exercise with Blood Flow Restriction on White Area Index of Trunk Muscle Thickness Density

        Purpose: In this study experiments were performed during 6 weeks with 40 adults, 20 subjects in the waist stabilization exercise with blood flow restriction group and 20 subjects in the waist stabilization exercise without blood flow restriction group, in order to determine the impact of waist stabilization exercise on White Area Index (WAI) followed by blood flow restriction. Methods: Thickness of external oblique abdominal muscle, internal oblique abdominal muscle, and transversus abdominis muscle, as well as density and WAI of external oblique abdominal muscle were measured, followed by performance of repeated ANOVA. Results: Significant difference in thickness of external oblique abdominal muscle according to periodical difference was observed between groups (p<0.05). Significant difference in thickness of internal oblique abdominal muscle and transversus abdominis muscle according to periodical difference was observed between groups (p<0.05). Significant difference in density and WAI of external oblique abdominal muscle according to periodical difference was observed between groups (p<0.05). Conclusion: In conclusion, significant difference was observed after waist stabilization exercise with blood flow restriction. These results can be used as basic data for future research on waist stabilization exercise and blood flow restriction exercise.

        Effects of Blood Flow Restriction and Different Support Surfaces on the Thickness of Type-I Muscle Fibers in the Trunk

        Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the effects of blood flow restriction and different support surfaces for bridge exercises on the thickness of the transverse abdominis and multifidus, which are trunk-stabilizing muscles. Methods: The study’s subjects were 45 adults who were divided into three groups that performed bridge exercises over a six-week period on their respective support surfaces after blood flow restriction. Changes in the thickness of the subjects’ transverse abdominis and multifidus muscles were measured using ultrasonography before the experiment, then three and six weeks after the experiment. The changes in each variable over time were analyzed using a repeated-measures analysis of variance (ANOVA). Results: The transverse abdominis showed significant differences in muscle thickness with regard to time and the interaction between time and each group (p<0.05), but no significant differences with regard to changes among groups (p>0.05). The multifidus showed significant differences in muscle thickness with regard to time, the interaction between time and each group, and changes between groups (p<0.05). Conclusion: Blood flow restriction and different support surfaces for bridge exercises led to significant differences in the thickness of the transverse abdominis and multifidus. This study’s results may be used as the basis for future studies and for rehabilitation in clinical practice.

      • 자율운항선박 핵심 기관시스템 성능 모니터링 및 고장예측 진단 기술 개발

        선박 기관시스템이 효율적이고 안이정적인 운용을 위해서는 실시간 상태 모니터링 기반의 이상탐지, 고장진단 더 나아가 고장예측에 따른 대응조치를 할 수 있는 기술이 필요하며 이를 상태기반 유지관리(Condition Based Maintenance, CBM)이라 지칭한다. 해당 기술을개발 및 확보하기 위해서는 가장 우선적으로 기관시스템에 대한 다양한 고장 데이터가 확보되어야 하며 이후, 확보된 데이터에 대한 특징추출 등 전처리 알고리즘, 고장 진단 및 예측 알고리즘 등을 개발하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 선박 추진용 엔진 및 발전기 엔진에 대한 상태기반 유지관리 기술의 개발현황과 향후 지속적인 연구 추진방향을 소개하고자 한다.

        수정된 측면 교각운동이 정상 성인 몸통근육의 두께에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the side-bridge exercise on the thicknesses of the external and internal obliques, the transverse abdominis, and the erector spinae, which are some of the trunk muscles of healthy adult males and females. Methods: There were 30 subjects divided into two groups with 15 subjects in the modified side-bridge exercise group and 15 subjects in the bridge exercise group. The changes in each variable were analyzed before the exercise, after three weeks, and after six weeks of exercise using a two-way repeated analysis of variance. The significance level was set at 0.05. When there was any interaction between the time of measurement and each group, a paired t-test was conducted to find the difference within groups and an independent-sample t-test was conducted to find the difference between groups. The significance level for both tests was set at 0.01. Results: There was a significant difference in the external and internal obliques and the erector spinae according to changes over time and the interactions between the time and groups (p < 0.05). However, there was a significant difference in the transverse abdominis only according to the interaction between the length of times (p < 0.05). Conclusion: The study results indicated that the modified side-bridge exercise significantly increased the thickness of the external and internal obliques and the erector spinae. This suggests the usability of the exercise in lumbar stabilization exercises in future studies and clinical fields. .

        Effects of Stabilization Exercise on the Structural Characteristics of Trunk Muscles between Stable and Unstable Surfaces

        Purpose: This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of bridge exercise on the structural characteristics of trunk muscles in patients with lumbar pain by applying the exercise on either a stable or an unstable surface. Methods: Thirty subjects participated in the experiment and were randomly divided into an unstable bridge exercise group (UBEG) and a stable bridge exercise group (SBEG). The exercise program for each group was conducted three times a week over a six-week period. The structural characteristics of trunk muscles were measured by obtaining images using an ultrasound imaging device. Results: The thicknesses of the external oblique (EO), internal oblique (IO), and transverse abdominis (TrA) and the fiber angle of the erector spinae (ES) in the UBEG and the SBEG showed statistically significant increases in all items measured after the experiment. A comparison of groups conducted after the experiment to determine the effects of the exercise on each group showed no significant differences between groups for any of the measured items. Conclusion: A comprehensive review of the study results showed statistically significant increases in the thicknesses of the EO, IO, and TrA and the fiber angle of ES in both the UBEG and the SBEG. While the comparison of the groups with respect to the effects of the exercise revealed no significant differences, there were relatively larger effects in the UBEG than in the SBEG.

        Effects of Knee Extension Exercise Using Blood Flow Restriction on the Thickness and Balance Ability of Tendons

        Purpose: This study examined the effects of knee extension exercise using blood flow restriction on the changes in the thickness and static balance ability of the tendon of the rectus femoris muscle and achilles tendon. Methods: A total of 30 subjects was were divided into two groups of 15 subjects each. The changes in the thickness and balance of their tendons were measured by ultrasonography and balance equipment. The measurements were taken three times: before the experiment, 4 weeks after, and 8 weeks after. The results were analyzed by repeated measure ANOVA, one-way ANOVA was conducted in cases where there were time-to-group interactions in the intra-individual effects test. Results: Significant differences in the thickness of the tendon of the rectus femoris muscle and Achilles tendon were found between the groups, over time, and in the time-to-group interactions (p<0.05). The changes in balance in both feet when the supporting positions between eye-open and eye-closed states were significantly different in the time-to-group interactions (p<0.05), but were not different between the groups (p>0.05). Conclusion: Knee extension exercise using blood flow restriction leads to significant differences in the increase in tendon thickness and changes in balance, indicating that the results of this study can be utilized as basic data for future studies and for rehabilitation treatment at clinics.

        한국과 중국의 마을비보숲 식생 비교 - 한국(韓國) 진안(鎭安)과 중국(中國) 청주(靑州)를 사례로 -

        The purpose of this study is to compare the vegetation structure in complementary forests of villages between Korea and China. For this study, Jinan in Korea and Qingzhou in China were selected through a pre-survey about the representative regions of both countries. The main research method used was field study. A comparative analysis between the two regions was performed by a frequency analysis of the surveyed data. The data obtained in the study shows the vegetation structure in complementary forests of villages in the two regions have many differences which are related to the local culture. As a result, it was identified that the average number of species was the same at 2.9 and the average number of trees, total number of trees, and tree density in Qingzhou were considerably greater than those in Jinan. Also, it was identified that tree height, average breadth height diameter and crown width in Jinan were considerably greater than those in Qingzhou. Furthermore, it was identified that both the forest state and the principal species of tree are both very different according to the different cultures. Through this identification, it is considered that this study will be helpful in establishing policy direction in both countries about the restoration and management of complementary forests. 본 연구는 한국과 중국의 마을 비보숲의 식생을 비교하기 위하여 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 한국과 중국의 대표적인 마을 비보숲이 잔존하는 지역을 예비조사를 통해 확인하여 한국의 진안과 중국의 청주를 선정하였다. 주요 조사방법은 현장조사이고, 조사된 두 지역에 대한 비교 고찰을 위하여 빈도분석이 이루어졌다. 이를 통해 두 지역의 차이로 인해 마을 비보숲의 식생의 특성에 있어서 많은 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 분석결과, 두 지역의 평균 종수는 2.9종으로 같았다. 그러나 평균 개체수, 총 개체수, 입목밀도는 청주가 진안에 비해 상당히 큰 것으로 나타났다. 또한 수고, 평균 흉고직경, 수관폭은 진안이 청주보다 상당히 큰 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 임상과 주요 수종 역시 매우 다른 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 한국과 중국의 특성을 살린 마을 비보숲의 복원과 관리의 정책 방향을 마련하는 데 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

        초등 사회과 교과서에서 길의 재현과 어린이들의 생활공간

        본 연구에서는 초등학교 3~4학년 사회과 교과서에 제시된 ‘길’을 분석하여 길이 어떻게 재현되어 있는지를 살펴보았다. 그리고 그 결과를 바탕으로 초등 사회과 교과서에 어린이들의 실제 생활공간을 반영할 수 있는방안을 알아보았다. 질적 내용 분석을 통해 초등 사회과 교과서에 제시된 길을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 길은 고장의 상징으로 재현되어 있었다. 둘째, 길은 개발과 발달의 결과로 재현되어 있었다. 셋째, 길은 대표적인 공공장소로서 재현되어 있었다. 이러한 길의 모습과 어린이들의 관계는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 어린이의 시각이 아닌 다수의 외부자의 시각이 강조가 되어있어서 어린이들의 생활공간과 연관성이 적었다. 둘째, 도시의 특징으로만 길을 제시하여어린이들에게 혼란을 줄 가능성이 있다. 셋째, 어린이들이 길에서 제외되었으며 길은 어린이들에게 위험한 장소로 재현되어 있는 모습이 나타났다. 이러한 문제들을 해결하기 위한 방법으로 첫째, 교과서 내러티브 서술 속에 어린이들의 삶을 더 반영할 필요가있다. 둘째, 어린이들의 실제 생활공간을 직접적으로 다루는 지역화 교과서의 집필 과정에서 어린이들의 의견수렴 단계가 포함되어야 한다. In this study, we analyzed the ‘road’ represented in the social studies textbook for the third and fourth grade of elementary school and looked at how the road was represented. Based on the results, we look at ways to reflect the actual living space of children in elementary social studies textbook. The result of qualitative content analysis the road represented in the elementary social studies textbook is as follows. First, the road was represented as a symbol of the town. Second, road was represented as a result of development and development. Third, the road was represented as a representative public place. The relationship between the road and the children is as follows. First, the view of many outsiders, not children’s, was emphasized, so there was little connection to the children’s living space. Second, there is a possibility of confusion among children by presenting roads only as characteristics of cities. Third, the children were taken out of the road and the road was represented as dangerous places for children. As a way to solve these problems, first, it is necessary to reflect more on children’s lives in textbook narrative descriptions. Second, children’s opinions should be included in the writing process of localized textbooks that directly deal with the actual living space of children.
