        梅軒 朴承稷과 蓮崗 朴斗秉의 社會的 責任과 社會福祉事業

        This article aims at surveying the social responsibilities and social welfare works of an enterprise started by Mae Hean Seung-Jik Park and Yonkang Doo-Byung Park’s. Maeheon was born in Tanbeol-ri, Kwangju-myon, Kwangju-kun of Kyounggi-do province on the 22nd of June in 1864. He was so impoverished that he could not get a regular school education. But he had learned the Chinese classics for himself with work by day and study by night from the age of eight. At age 15 he got married and then at the age of 17 he followed Young-Wan Min, who was going to his new post as the county headman of Haenam-kun in Cholla-do province. There he peddle to make money. For three years he saved up as much as 300 ryang, only to send the money to his eldest brother, Seung-Wan Park. Following his dream of a commercial business in Seoul, Maeheon would open’a shop, Seung-Jik Park’s, at Baeogae(at present Chongro-4-ga) in 1889. The business was opened with his savings in the end, and became the Doosan Group of today Not only did he win success as a merchant but he became a government official of Joongchuwon(an advisory organ of the Japanese Government-General of Korea) under the Japanese rule. This enterpriser’s will to take-on responsibilities of his society can be thought to depend upon his business creed or management philosophy. For that reason, it is natural that we should examine his business creed in order to see through his sense of responsibility for society. Seung-Jik Park’s idea was based on an extended family system complied from Confucian ethics, to make harmony among men and to promote specialities of the family occupation. His management philosophy was, so to speak, harmony among men, diligence and economy, honesty, and credit. In retrospect of the closing stages of the old Korea when he ran his own shop or of the closing period of Korea’s occupation under the Japanese rule, the term of ‘social responsibilities to an enterprise’ was quite new and furthermore there was not any legal, administrative, or systematic device for it at that time. His deeds based on social responsibilities, in an oriental sense, agree with a stealthy benefaction done for many and unspecified persons. In addition, Seung-Jik Park was a merchant who was able to act up to the principle of ‘public matters first and private last’ which means that public interest takes precedence over private interest. He carried out with excellence his responsibilities for society as a leader m business circles, and with the very spirit of ‘public matters fifth and private last’ for the purpose of protecting racial merchants’ interests under the Japanese rule. Yonkang was born in Chongro-4-ga, Chongro-gu of Seoul on the 6th of October in 1910. The aforementioned was his father, Mae Hean Seung-Jik Park, a business magnate leading the commercial world of Chosun and in those days a high-ranking government official. Doo-Byung Park attended school from kindergarten through Kyunggi Commercial High School Seoul National University and learned Chinese classics for about two years. He worked for the Chosun bank for four years and succeeded to his father’s business to be the founder of the Doosan Group, and becoming worthy of his family name. His business creed was based on inwhaism(the idea highlighting the harmony among men), sungsilism(the idea highlighting sincerity), and gonginism(the idea highlighting behaving a public person). Following his father, his social responsibilities were also for many unspecified persons. These were based on both paternalism and gonginism in a sense of a stealthy benefaction. After his death, many admirers, an aide, and society personages established the Yonkang Academic Foundation with donations to realize the late Park’s social welfare services.         문화정책 집행사례 분석

        본 연구에서는 대구광역시 달구벌축제의 집행성과에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 전반적 조건이 시기적으로 어떻게 다르게 나타나는가를 살펴보고자 한다. 달구벌축제에 영향을 미치는 주요 집행변수들과 사회문화적 환경에 대한 분석결과를 보면 시기(연도)가 지날수록 정책목표의 구체화 정도, 최고정책결정자의 관심, 상위관료의 업무에 대한 전문성 등이 점진적으로 꾸준히 증가되는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 부서간의 업무협조와 문화예술인들의 의사결정 참여 정도는 약간 떨어졌다가 다시 증가하는 경향을 보이고 있었다. 하지만 주민들의 달구벌축제 프로그램의 의사결정과정에의 참여는 저조한 것으로 나타나 이 사업추진의 정당성을 확보하는데 있어 어려움이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

        부천시 문화산업 클러스터 발전전략에 관한 연구 : 만화산업을 중심으로

        본 연구는 현재 국토균형 발전전략으로 주목받고 있는 클러스터 발전전략을 부천시 문화산업, 특히 만화산업에 중점을 두고 고찰하였다. 먼저 이론적 고찰을 통해 클러스터 발전전략에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고 이를 토대로 분석틀을 설정하고 공무원과 부천 소재 입주업체를 중심으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 투입인프라 부문에서는 금융인프라가 가장 취약한 것으로 나타났으나 부천시 만화클러스터의 물적 인프라 형성 및 지방정부 차원에서의 지원은 타 지자체에 비해 상대적으로 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 생산 및 유통인프라 부문에서는 유통 및 마케팅 부분이 가장 취약한 것으로 나타났으며 그 다음이 기획 및 개발분야로 나타났다. 지방정부차원의 정책적 지원은 시장의 만화산업 추진의지 및 만화산업에 대한 정책적 우선순위는 높은 것으로 나타난 반면 시 공무원의 전문성은 낮은 것으로 인식하고 있었다. 산ㆍ관ㆍ학 연계시스템 강화를 위한 부천시 차원의 정책적 의지는 상당히 높은 것으로 인식하고 있으나 4년제 지역대학과의 연계는 활발하지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 전반적으로 볼 때 부천시는 문화수위도시임에도 불구하고 MUD Net 클러스터의 관점에서 연계시작 단계에 머무르는 것으로 파악되었다. 앞으로 부천시는 중장기적 관점에서 이들 문제를 해소하기 위한 방안을 다각도로 강구해야 하며 시 주도가 아닌 거버넌스에 바탕을 둔 다양한 주체들간의 협력행정 관점에서 접근하는 방안을 모색하는 것이 중요하다. The study investigates the cluster development strategy highlighted as a way of national balanced development, particularly focusing on the cartoon industry. Based on the literature review, some important variables were drawn to set up an analytical framework. And then, the survey was conducted with the sample of government officials and the employees working on the companies located at Bucheon City. The analytic results showed some interesting findings. First, in terms of input side, while the financial infrastructure was the most vulnerable, both physical infrastructure and assistance from the local government were working well, relative to the other governments. Second, when it comes to both production and distribution, distribution and marketing area were the most vulnerable, followed by planning and development area. Finally, in terms of policy assistance on the level of local government, while both mayor's will and policy priority were high, the expertise of government officials was lower. Taken all the things together, despite the brand of cultural prime city of Bucheon City, it is still languishing on the beginning of linkage from the perspective of MUD Net cluster. In order to solve this problem effectively, it is more desirable to adopt the collaborative governance approach rather than the city-driven bureaucratic approach.

        요양시설 치매환자복 디자인 개발을 위한 치매환자의 유형 분석

        This study aims to obtain basic data to develop clothes for dementia patients by classifying types of dementia patients. Data was collected from those dementia patients who entered a nursing home. This study analyzed a total of 221 sheets. Furthermore, descriptive statistics, cross-tabulation, and K-means clustering were performed for statistical processing using Minitab 14. As a result, dementia patients were classified into four types: inactive-dependent, active-problematic behavior, activity-autonomy, and inactive-offensive. Inactive-dependent type was a group with the most severe disability in cognitive and daily activity functions; however, they lacked behavioral and psychological symptoms and problematic behavior with clothes. Active-problematic behavior type showed the most behavioral and psychological problems and problematic behavior with clothes. Activity-autonomy type was a group without any problematic behaviors. Moreover, the inactive-offensive type had very good cognitive function toward humans. The study imply that it is necessary to provide clothes with proper functions based on the types of patients rather than providing them uniform clothes because clinical and clothes behaviors differ significantly depending on the types of dementia patients.

        신발기업의 디자인 조직 및 인적자원관리가 디자이너 역량에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 신발기업의 디자인 조직 및 인적자원관리가 디자이너 역량에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구했다. 먼저 디자인 조직구조와 인적자원관리 및 디자이너 역량에 대해 기존의 문헌연구를 고찰한 후, 신발기업의 디자이너들을 대상으로 이들의 관계를 실증분석하였다. 신발기업의 디자인 지원 및 조직관리와 인적자원관리가 디자이너 역량을 향상시킬 수 있을 것이라는 관점에서 디자인 지원 및 조직관리와 디자이너 역량과의 관계를 규명하고, 이들의 관계에서 디자인 인적자원관리가 어떠한 작용을 하게 되는지를 분석하기 위한 모형과 가설을 설정하고 이를 실증적으로 검증하였다. The trend for footwear companies is that design competitiveness is drawing more and more attention for them to strengthen competitiveness, because as the focus of consumers' value criteria is shifting from economy and function to diversity and emotional quality, the role of design in contributing to management activities has become important. Therefore, from such perspective, this study intends to find methods to secure design competitiveness of footwear company. For that purpose, it intends to perform empirical analysis on the impact of design support and organizational management on design capability, the impact of human resource management level for design, which is expected to play an important role in design capability, on design support and organizational management, and the impact of their link on design capability. This study performed multiple regression model analysis to test Hypotheses 1 and 2. Test result of Hypothesis 1 was partially adopted: it was shown that design-product development matching has impact on footwear function understanding ability; CEO's design support, design department specialization and design-product development matching have impact on design process understanding ability; and CEO's design support, design department specialization and design-product development matching have impact on creativity. Test result of Hypothesis 2 was partially adopted: it was shown that, among designer capability variables, only creativity had interaction effect of human resource management with design support and department structure. Specifically, it was shown that only interaction effect of ‘design department specialization × designer incentive’ and ‘design-product development matching × specialized designer selection’ had positive (plus) significant impact on creativity. Other interaction effects were not significant.

        사물인터넷 기반 사무환경개선방안 : 블록 스태킹 원리를 적용한 사무실 재배치를 중심으로

        본 연구에서는 근무자의 주관적인 판단으로 이루어지는 기존의 좌석배치 방법을 보완하고 근무효율성을 높이기 위한 IOT 기반 데스크 배치 방안을 제안하였다. 경량화 된 사물 인터넷 시스템을 근무장 데스크 배치에 도입하여 근무자 좌석 배치 추천을 합리적으로 보조하기 위하여 데스크의 업무상태를 알아내기 위한 센서의 기능과 종류와 네트워크 프로토콜을 결정하였고 데스크 배치를 위한 근무형태 인지 자료 수집 방법을 제안하였다. 획득한 데이터를 이용하여 좌석배치 추천방안을 결정 할 때, Block Stacking에서 사용하는 알고리즘을 활용하였다. 그 결과 사물인터넷 환경에서 합리적인 데스크 배치를 위한 산술적 근거를 제시할 수 있었으며, 향후 근무자들의 선호도에 더하여 근무형태를 근거로 하는 진보된 유연 좌석제에 적용할 수 있음을 보였다. In this study, the IOT-based desk layout method was proposed to complement the existing seating method and to improve the work efficiency. The IoT system for the desk layout needs determining the function, type and network protocol of the sensor to find out the working status of the desk to reasonably assist the worker s seat placement. A collection method was proposed. The algorithm used in Block Stacking was used when deciding how to allocate seats using the acquired data. As a result, we could suggest an arithmetic basis for rational desk layout in IoT environment and show that it can be applied to an advanced flexible seating system based on working type in addition to the preferences of employees in the future.
