Down-draft type 파일럿 가스화로에서의 톱밥 가스화 특성

The gasification of biomass, sawdust, was carried out in order to investigate gasification characteristics. The experiment was performed using a down-draft fixed bed gasifier to surpass tar components generation in the gasification process. In the experiments, we investigated synthetic gas composition by varying reaction temperature, steam/carbon ratio, and excess ratio (ER), respectively. Higher reaction temperature, 700?C to 900?C, could obtain higher H₂ yield. However, we could not obtain any meaning data by varying S/C ratio. Using O₂-LNG burner in the top of the gasifier may surpass water-gas shift reaction by increasing CO₂ concentration from the LNG-O₂ combustion reaction.
과열(過熱) 증기(蒸氣)를 이용한 국내 폐기물(廢棄物) 유기성(有機性) 성분의 분해(分解) 특성 연구

과열 증기를 이용하여 생활 폐기물내 유기성 성분의 분해를 수행하고 폐기물의 특성 및 반응 시간이 폐기물의 분해율에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 과열 증기를 이용한 분해 후 음식 및 폐지와 같은 생분해성 유기 성분은 쉽게 분해되었고 생분해성 유기 성분중 나무와 석유계 유기성 성분인 플라스틱, 금속과 같은 무기성 성분이 분해되지 않은 상태로 남아 쉽게 분리가 가능한 상태를 형성하였다. 입자의 크기 변화를 살펴본 결과 폐기물 내 생분해성 유기 성분이 적을수록 짧은 반응 시간에도 높은 입자 크기 감소를 보였으며 반응 시간이 60분 이상에서 최대 90% 이상의 입도 감소를 나타내었다. Degradation of the organic component in the waste were carried out by superheated steam in a pressurized vessel. The effects of waste characteristics, reaction temperature and residence time on the degradation rate have been determined. The biodegradable organic components such as food and paper waste have been degraded, and plastics, wood and metal were remained without degradation. The degradation efficiency is decided by the desizing rate of the waste, and the waste mixture with 23% biodegradable organic component shows higher desizing rate than that of the 43% of the biodegradable organic component in a short residence time and the desizing rate is found to be 90% in the maximum condition.
브라운 가스 고온(高溫) 수증기(水蒸氣)를 이용한 바이오매스 및 PE 가스화

초고온의 수증기를 발생하는 brown gas 화염을 이용하여 톱밥, 하수슬러지 및 PE의 가스화를 수행하였다. Steam/carbon ratio를 $1{\sim}5$로 변화시키면서 생성가스 농도, 가스화 속도, 타르 생성량 및 합성가스의 발열량에 대한 steam/carbon ratio의 영향을 고찰하였으며 반응기내 온도 분포를 살펴보았다. 생산된 합성 가스는 steam/carbon ratio의 변화에 따라 최고 70 vol%의 가연성 가스를 함유한 가스를 생산하였으며 가연성 가스 중 수소의 농도가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 가연성 가스의 발열량 및 타르의 생성량은 steam/carbon ratio가 증가할수록 감소하였다. Sawdust and sewage sludge and PE gasification by high temperature steam of Brown gas have been performed in this study. Steam/carbon ratio has been changed from 1 to 5 and the effect of steam/carbon ratio on the produced gas concentrations, gasification rate and tar generation has been determined. Also, the temperature distribution in the gasification reactor has been studied. Highest combustible content in the produced gas is around 70vol% and $H_2$ shows highest content among the combustible compounds. However, the heating value of the produced gas and tar content have been reduced with increasing steam/carbon ratio.

호알카리성 진균 Cephalosporium sp. RYM-202가 생산하는 alkaline xylanase (CX-III)의 작용에 의해 xylan 기질로부터 생성되는 주요 가수분해 산물은 xylobiose와 중합도가 4 이상인 xylooligosaccharides이었다. 이 효소는 xylobiose에 대한 분해능을 가지고 있지 않지만 xylotriose로부터는 xylobiose를, xylotetraose로부터는 xylobiose와 xylotriose를 주산물로 형성하였다. 이러한 결과들은 CX-III가 transglycosidase 활성을 소유하는 전형적인 endo-type xylanase임을 보여준다. N-bromosuccinimide에 의한 CX-III의 화학적 변화 실험 결과 효소 1분자 당 2개의 tryptophan 잔기가 활성에 관여하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 iodoacetamide 및 diethylpyrocarbonate에 의한 효소활성의 저해효과는 나타나지 않음으로써 이 효소의 활성부위에 cysteine과 histidine 잔기가 필수적이지 않음이 확인되었다. The hydrolysis products formed from birchwood xylan by the action of an alkaline xylanase (CX-III) from alkalophilic Cephalosporium sp. RYM-202 were xylobiose and xylooligosaccharides polymerized with more than 4 sugar molecules. This enzyme was not active on xylobiose but readily attacked xylotriose accumulating xylobiose as a major product. The predominant end-products from xylotetraose by CX-III were xylobiose and xylotriose. These results indicate that the enzyme is typically endo-type xylanase possessing transglycosidase activity. Chemaical modification of CX-III with N-bromosuccinimide revealed that two tryptophan residues per molecule of CX-III were essential for its catalytic activity on xylan. On the other hand, iodoacetamide and diethylpyrocarbonate did not influence the activity of the enzyme, suggesting that cysteine and histidine residues are not involved in the active site of this alkaline xylanase.

Effects of organic compound, photosensitizer and K^+ ion influx. On the light-induced ATPase of mitochondria in L. edodes purified by linear sucrose density gradient centrifugation were studied. The mitochondrial ATPase activity was investigated by various wavelength illumination at dark state. The mitochondrial ATPase was activated 139 and 128 by 10m ㏖ dithiothreitol and 0.1m ㏖ quinacrine, respectively. This enzyme also was activated 36% by 0.1m ㏖ phenazine methosulfate as photosenaitizer. But, 100 ㎎ oligomycin and 1m ㏖ phlorizin inhibited activity of enzyme to 48% and 45%, respectively. Its optimum wavelength was 690 ㎚ on the effect of K^+ ion influx, its optimum pH and temperature were found to be 7.2 and 55℃.
