GIS를 이용한 KTX 개통 전,후의 입원환자 거주지 분석 -A 병원(病院) 입원환자(入院患者)를 중심(中心)으로-

Background Korea introduced KTX(Korea introduced Korea Train Express) in July 1, 2004. The KTX was expected to influence the utilization of medical care services of tertiary hospitals in Seoul. This study intended to analyze the change of inpatients between prior-KTX and after-Kfl in a large tertiary hospital (A Hospital) in Seoul. Methods: The study adopted Geographic Information System (GIS) with Arc GIS and SPSS Win 14.0. to analyze change of patients by their residences. The numbers of patients of one of the largest hospitals in Seoul for two time periods, one year before the running of KTX, between Mar. 2003 and Feb. 2004 and the other year after the running of KTX, between Mar. 2005 and Feb. 2006 were compared. Results and Conclusions The result of the study showed that the number of patients increased mostly in the regions close to KTX stations, including Daejeon, Daegu, and Busan and their vicinities. Number of patients living near KTX stations with current speed have not changed dramatically. The study implies various implications on the management and policies on hospitals. More and more patients will travel to Seoul for quality care.
ATM 교환망에서 VBR 트래픽을 위한 클럭 복원 알고리즘

ATM Networks have the clock recovery problem by CDV(Cell Delay Variation) %uC5F3 %uC0C8 the queing random delay inside the network. To absorb this CDV at the receiver. SAR(Segmentation and Reassemble) header has a clock information and receiver recovers the source clock by using the header information. The random delay is caused by factors and it is particularly influenced by two parameters: loads of network and the number of switch. Because the real time VBR service needs CDV removal and exact timing between source and receiver, clock recovery schemes that consider those requirements are adequate. So far, clock recovery schemes for Circuit Emulation of CBR service are proposed. A clock recovery scheme for VBR service is not develope yet, but the scheme will be similar to that of CBR. We propose a VBR clock recovery algorithm based on the SRTS method of CBR and based on the wavelet transform. Proposed algorithm is available for AAL layer to use a VBR image service in an ATM networks. We can see that a result of simulation has a various QoS satisfying more than VBR traffic because of selecting a value which is outputted from a block of wavelet transform and sending it.
KTX 개통에 따른 암환자의 일 대학병원 입원 이용 변화 GIS분석

Objectives: This study analyzed how the operation of KTX influenced for the cancer inpatients on the use of a large education hospital in Seoul. It compared residences of inpatients of the hospital from March of 2003 to February of 2004 and from March of 2005 to February of 2006 to analyze the effect of KTX. Methods: Most of the researches used GIS were static, but this study expressed the change of inpatients and KTX stations on the space. Results: The results of the study showed that the number of inpatients of the hospital increased in the areas with KTX stations and the trend seemed to be continued. Especially, major cancer patients were increased sharply. Cancer patietns from Dague, Ulsan, and Dajeon, which had KTX stations, were increased a lot in the hospital. Conclusion: Hospitals need to change their management strategies as KTX influence the choice of hospitals of the patients. Large education hospitals need to concentrate on the high difficulty medical care and mid and small hospitals need to concentrate on the mid-low difficulty services. Besides, health care delivery system should be reoriented to induce hospitals to provide adequate services by their level of technologies. Small and medium size hospitals need to provide comprehensive care for patients with chronic diseases and health promotion services as health promoting hospitals do.

나사산에 존재하는 Stress-Corrosion Cracking이나 Corrosion Wastage(Loss of Bolt Diameter)는 검출하기가 어렵다. 결함의 크기가 1-2mm 정도에 이르면 성장이 급진전되어 파손에 이르는 경우가 많은데 본 논문에서는 Signal-Conditioning 기법에 통한 나사산신호의 시간차를 이용해서 매우 작은 결함도 쉽게 찾을 수 있는 방법에 관해 연구되었다. It is difficult to detect such flaws as stress-corrosion cracking or corrossion wastage(loss of bolt diameter) in the threads. In many cases the critical size of a flaw is very small(1-2mm order). This paper describes how it is possible to discriminate small flaw indications in threads using the time difference of thread signals [TDTS] by a signal-conditioning technique.

시간지원 데이터 모텔은 시간 의미를 데이터 모델에 추가하여 시간에 따라 변화된 정보를 처리할 수 있는 데이터 모델이다. 시간지원 데이터 모델은 실세계에서 사건이 발생한 시간인 유효시간을 지원하는 데이터 모델과 데이터가 수록된 시간을 지원하는 거래시간 데이터 모델 그리고 거래시간과 유효시간을 모두 지원하는 이원시간 데이터 모델이 있다. 대부분의 시간지원 데이터 모델은 관계형 모델을 확장하여 시간지원 데이터를 처리할 수 있도록 설계된다. 시간지원 데이터 모델의 두부류는 시간을 결합하는 단위에 따라 튜플 타임 스탬프와 속성 타임 스탬프의 두 가지 형식이 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 데이터 모델에서 시간추가를 위한 기본적인 시간 개념과 시간지원 데이터 모델을 위한 고려사항을 설명하고 시간지원 데이터 모텔을 지원시간에 따라 비교하였다. 또한 유효시간이 지원되는 시간 지원 집계에 적합한 데이터 모델을 제안하고 그 성능을 분석 하였다. Most temporal data models are designed to process the temporal data by extending the relational model. There are two types or temporal data model, which are the tuple timestamping and the attribute timestamping depending on time dimension. In this research, a concepts of temporal data model, the time dimension, types of thc data model, and a consideration for the data model design are discussed Also, temporal data models in terms of the time dimension are compared. And the aggregate function model of valid time model is proposed, and then logical analysis for its computing consts has been done.

The temporal data model is classified into three models depending upon supporting time dimension, that are the valid time model to support valid time, the transaction time model to support transaction model, and the bitemporal data model to support valid time and transaction time. Most temporal data models are designed to process the temporal data by extending the relational model. There are two types of temporal data model, which are the tuple timestamping and the attribute timestamping depending on time dimension. In this research, a concept of temporal data model, the time dimension, types of the data model, and a consideration for the data model design are discussed. Also, temporal data models in terms of the time dimension are compared.
