        가상적 자료 생성 과정에 기반을 둔 자료 표현 과제에 대한 초등학교 5, 6학년 학생들의 통계적 소양

        본 연구는 가상적 자료 생성 과정에 기반을 둔 자료 표현 과제에서 나타나는 초등학교 5, 6학년 학생들의 통계적 소양 수준을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 가상적 자료생성 과정을 포함하는 자료 표현 과제를 설계하였으며, 선행연구를 바탕으로 자료 표현 영역에 대한 통계적 소양분석 기준을 마련하였다. 학생들의 통계적 소양을 단계별로 제시하여 발달 양상을 분석하는 것은 학생들의 현재위치를 파악하여 더 높은 수준의 수행 양상에 도달하도록 도울 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 선행연구를 바탕으로 통계적 소양 수준 평가의 기준안을 명확히 하고, 각 수준 별 학생 반응을 자세히 분석하여 학교 통계 교육에서 자료 표현 지도에 대해 새로운 관점을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of statistical literacy among fifth and sixth graders in the data presentation task based on the speculative data generation process. For the research, the data presentation tasks based on the speculative data generation process was designed and statistical literacy standards for evaluating the student’s level was presented based on prior studies. It is meaningful that the stepwise presentation of the students’ statistical literacy and analysis of their developmental patterns can help them to find their current position and reach a higher level of performance. In this study, the standard of statistical literacy level was clarified based on the previous research, and a new perspective was presented about the data presentation instruction in the statistical education by analyzing the students’ responses by each level.

      • 조기진통임부와 정상임부의 불안 우울과 태아애착행위

        The purpose of this study was to compare the differences of anxiety-depression and maternal fetal attachment between pregnant women with preterm labor and normal pregnant women. The number of subjects was 132 convenienced sample. The sample were 66 pregnant women with preterm labor admitted in clinics and 66 normal pregnant women visited OB outpatient department at 1 general hospital in Busan. The data were collected by a self-reported questionnaire from Aug. 1st to Oct, 31th. 2006 and were analyzed with t-test, ANOVA, chi-square test using SPSS/Win PC+12.0. The research results were as follows: 1. The general characteristics between normal and preterm pregnancy were homogeneous. 2. It was significantly differed according to anxiety-depression between two groups, but it was not significantly differed according to maternal fetal attachment. 3. There were negative correlations with anxiety-depression and maternal fetal attachment. In conclusion, the special program should be created for each pregnant women and ante-natal nursing service may assessed and consulted on anxiety-depression and maternal fetal attachment, and needed the development of professional and educational nursing intervention on anxiety-depression and maternal fatal attachment enhancement in prenatal health care.

        만 50세 이상 고혈압 성인 대상 영양교육의 효과 평가

        This study was designed to implement and evaluate a nutrition education program for hypertensive patients aged between 50 and over. Nutrition education consisted of four sessions and, 35 out of 51 patients completed all education sessions at the public health center. To assess program effectiveness (effectively), data about blood pressure, blood cholesterol, anthropometry, nutrition knowledge, eating behavior and dietary intake were collected before and after nutrition education. Data were analyzed using SAS package (ver. 9.2) and significant difference was evaluated by paired t-test, x2-test and Wilcoxon signed rank test. Blood cholesterol was significantly reduced from 200.7 mg/dL to 188.7 mg/dL after nutrition education, although there were not significant changes in blood pressure or blood triglyceride level. Weight (p < 0.05), % body fat (p < 0.001), BMI (p < 0.05) were significantly reduced, especially in women, after nutrition education. Nutrition knowledge was increased significantly (p < 0.05), and some eating behaviors such as ``having fruits & vegetables for snack`` and ``having brown rice, barley rice than white rice`` were improved after nutrition education (p < 0.05). Sodium intake was reduced from 3,888.9 mg/day to 3,157.4 mg/day after nutrition education (p < 0.05). Except protein and iron intakes, the nutrient intake of hypertensive patients was much below the recommended level for Koreans. Dietary intakes of most of nutrients were not significantly different between pre-test and post-test. It appeared that nutrition education for the aged hypertensive patients was effective in reducing the percentage of % body fat and BMI, increasing the nutrition knowledge and some dietary behaviors. This nutrition education can be implemented at public health centers or senior centers for hypertensive patients. (Korean J Community Nutr 16(1) : 62~74, 2011)

        황토의 식이 내 첨가에 의한 돼지의 생리적 특성과 등급판정에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 황토의 식이 첨가에 의한 돼지의 성장 특성과 혈중 조성물의 변화를 규명하는 것이다. 총 153마리의 돼지(1주령 자돈 60마리 및 성돈 93마리)를 공시하였다. 자돈군은 일반사료 식이군, 0.5% 황토 + 일반사료 식이군, 1% 황토 + 일반사료 식이군으로 무작위로 3군으로 재배치하였다. 각 군간 증체량을 비교하였을 때 1% 황토가 포함된 사료를 식이한 군에서 일반사료와 0.5% 황토 + 일반사료 투여군에 비해 체중 증가가 관찰되었으나 통계적으로 유의하지는 않았다. 혈액학적 분석을 실시한 결과, 총 백혈구 수, 총 적혈구 수, 헤모글로빈 수, 혈액 중 혈구용적율, 평균 세포용적율, 평균 세포 내 헤모글로빈량, 평균 세포 내 헤모글로빈 농도, 평균 적혈구 폭, 혈소판 수치 등에서 각 군간의 유의한 차이가 없음을 확인하였다. 성돈군은 일반사료 식이군과 1% 황토 + 일반사료 식이군으로 구분하였으며, 혈청학적 분석에서 혈청 알부민의 농도는 1% 황토 + 일반사료 투여군에서 다른 군에 비하여 유의하게 증가하여 있는 것을 확인하였으나(p<0.01), 다른 지표들에서는 유의한 차이를 발견할 수 없었다. 황토가 포함된 사료를 투여한 군에서 획득한 분변의 조지방 함량은 다른 군에 비하여 유의하게 감소하는 것을 확인하였으며(p<0.001), 조단백 함량 및 조회분 함량은 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 도체의 무게와 등지방 두께의 측정 결과 각 군간의 유의한 차이는 발견할 수 없었으나, 도체의 등급 판정 결과 황토를 투여한 군의 도체 등급은 비투여군에 비해 유의하게 등급이 향상된 것을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과는 황토의 식이 첨가는 돼지의 영양소 흡수를 개선시킴으로서 도체의 등급을 향상시키는 것을 확인하였다. This study was conducted to examined the effect of dietary supplementation of yellow loess on the growth performance and blood component profiles in pigs. A total of one hundred fifty three pigs (60 one weeks old piglets and 93 adult pigs). Piglets were randomly divided into 3 groups which were control, control + 0.5% yellow loess, control + 1% yellow loess. We measured body weight and weight gain among treatment group. Indeed, we obtained hematological data with WBC, RBC, Hb, Hct, MCV, MCH, MCHC, RDW, and PLT in all loess supplemented group compared to the control. Adults were divided into 2 group (control and control + 1% yellow loess) and serum albumin levels in 1% yellow loess supplemented group was significantly higher than the control group (p<0.01). Amount of crude fat in feces was significantly reduced in yellow loess supplemented group (p<0.001), but no differences were observed at crude protein and crude ash in both groups. In carcass weight and back fat thickness, no significant differences were observed between control and yellow loess supplemented groups. The carcass grade was improved by the dietary supplementation of yellow loess compared to the pig fed control. As a results, dietary yellow loess improves nutrient absorption and carcass grade.

        산욕초기 산모의 산후우울에 자기효능감, 신체상, 가족지지가 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 산욕초기 산모의 산후우울 정도를 확인하고, 산후우울에 자기효능감, 신체상 및 가족지지가 미치는 영향을 파악하여 산후우울 예방을 위한 프로그램 개발의 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 연구대상은 B광역시에 소재한 산부인 과 전문병원에 입원하여 출산한 지 1주일 이내의 산욕초기 산모를 근접모집단으로 하였으며, 최종 대상자는 306명이었다. 2013년 1월부터 4월까지 자기효능감, 신체상, 가족지지 및 산후우울에 대한 자료를 수집하였고, 통계검정은 SPSS 20.0을 이 용하여 실수와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, stepwise multiple regression을 수행하 였다. 연구결과 대상자의 산후우울 점수는 평균 6.09점(30점 만점)이었고, 산후우울은 일반적 특성 및 산과적 특성 중 월평균, 결혼만족도, 임신계획여부, 임신 중 정서상태, 수유형태, 남편의 가사보조에 따라 차이가 있었다. 산후우울은 자기효능감, 신 체상, 가족지지와 부적상관관계가 있으며, 산후우울에 영향을 미치는 요인은 신체상, 임신중 정서상태, 가족지지이었고, 이들 이 산후우울을 38.4% 설명하였다. 결론적으로 산욕초기 산모의 산후우울을 예방하기 위해서는 긍정적 신체상을 갖도록 도와 주고, 가족지지 체계를 강화할 것이 요구된다. 특히 임신 중 정서상태가 불안했던 산모의 산후우울을 면밀히 사정하여 적절한 중재를 제공할 필요가 있다. The purpose of this study was to determine the self efficacy, body image and family support affect on postpartum depression in early postpartum mothers. The data was collected 306 mothers on the first week after delivery from one hospital located in B city. The instruments were a survey of general characteristics, obstetrical characteristics, the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale(EPDS), self-efficacy, body image and family support. Data was analysed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression. The results revealed that the average item score of the EPDS was 6.09. The significant predictors of postpartum depression were body image, emotional state in pregnancy, and family support. These variables had a 38.4% explainability. The results indicate that the postpartum mothers should be screened for postpartum depression early in the postpartum period and it’s necessary to implement nursing intervention focused on to enhance the body image and family support, especially the weak emotional state mothers in pregnancy.

        대학생의 패스트푸드 이용, 영양지식, 식행동, 영양소 섭취 실태에 관한 연구

        This study was designed to examine fast food consumption, nutritional knowledge, food behavior and dietary intake of university students and to investigate if there were differences in these variables by fast food consumption. The questionnaire was administered to university students in Daejeon. Data(n=269) was analyzed using x²-test and analysis of variance. Subjects were mostly female(62%) and freshmen or sophomores(86%). Based on the frequency of fast food consumption, subjects were categorized into non-users(27.9%), users(< 2 time/week, 42%) and frequent users(≥ 2 time/week, 30.1%). Those who used fast foods(n=194) consumed the foods 7.5 times per month, on the average. Subjects scored 15.6 out of 20 on a nutritional knowledge scale, showing the moderate level of knowledge. When examined by fast food use, the nutritional knowledge score was 15.5 for non-users, 16.1 for users, and 15.0 for frequent-users(p<0.05). Only two items, regarding 'fat type(anima1, plant) and health' and 'importance of having breakfast', were significantly different by fast food consumption, with user group and non-users scoring higher than frequent-users(p<0.05). Food behaviors, measured by 20 items, were not desirable, with mean scores of 51.5(possible score: 20-100). Subjects showed problems in eating meals regularly, eating a variety of foods, eating breakfast, and consumption of some food groups(vegetables, fruits, and proteins). Fast food non-users showed more desirable food behaviors than users or frequent-users, such as having processed foods(p<0.001 ) and eating-out less frequently (p<O.Ol). Dietary intake data showed that some nutrient intakes, including energy, calcium, iron, zinc and folic acid were less than 75% of the RDA. Index of nutritional quality(1NQ) was adequate except for calcium and zinc. Compared to non-users or user group, frequent-users of fast foods consumed higher amounts of lipids(p<0.05), and had lower INQ for calcium(p<0.01). This study described the status of fast food consumption, nutritional knowledge, food behavior of university students, and provided some baseline data for planning nutrition education for university students.
